技术领域
本发明涉及易腐物品的保藏。更具体地,本发明涉及一种用于贮藏诸如食品的易腐物品的改进的贮藏容器,该贮藏容器具有一体的可扩展介质,在贮藏容器被抽空时,所述可扩展介质从盖伸展到贮藏容器中,以帮助抽空并提供抽空的视觉指示符。
背景技术
现有技术中已知用于保藏诸如食品的易腐物品的贮藏容器。这样的贮藏容器保护易腐物品免受空气中的氧气的破坏效应。还已知使用流体地连接至贮藏容器的真空源来抽空贮藏容器内部的空气。由于可能不能彻底地抽空所有空气,这样的布置具有缺点。此外,并不总是容易地确定贮藏容器何时被抽空。
发明内容
在实施例中,提供了一种食品保藏容器,包括:本体,所述本体包括至少一个侧壁且具有内容积;盖,所述盖用于可移除地附接至所述本体,用于以空气密封和液体密封的方式密封所述食品保藏容器;附接至所述盖的可扩展介质,所述可扩展介质包括多个角板,所述多个角板通常以压缩的第一构造抵靠所述盖;以及形成在所述至少一个侧壁中的端口,所述端口被配置成连接至抽吸源。抽吸用于抽空所述容器,并且使得所述可扩展介质远离所述盖扩展并进入所述内容积以达到扩展的第二构造。
在实施例中,提供了一种保藏易腐物品的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:从具有容纳待保藏的易腐物品的内容积的密封的贮藏容器排出空气;将附接至所述贮藏容器的盖的可扩展介质扩展到所述内容积中;以及通过视觉地观察所述可扩展介质是否已扩展到所述内容积中,来检验所述贮藏容器是否已抽空。

具体实施方式
现在参照附图的图1-2,在实施例中示出了一种改进的真空食品贮藏容器100或用于贮藏包括食品但不限于食品的易腐物品的罐。在使用时,容器100通过管20被流体地连接至真空源以抽空包含食品变质氧气的空气。在图1中,真空源是包括但不限于真空包装机10的食品贮藏机,但真空源可以来自于诸如真空泵(未示出)的其它源。管20通过形成在容器100的顶部中的端口110连接至容器100,并且连接至真空包装机10上的真空出口15。管20的两端上的配件25(还参见图4)将管20连接至端口110和真空出口15。在管20流体地连接至真空包装机10时,真空包装器械10中的真空马达(未示出)产生抽空容器100所需的抽吸力。容器100包括开口以及适于覆盖开口以限定封闭的室或内容积150的盖120。
在实施例中,容器100可以由具有适于保藏食物的合适特性的任何合适的材料形成,并可以形成为具有内容积150的器皿。代表性地,选择具有低的氧气传输率的材料,诸如尼龙、塑料、玻璃等。类似地,盖120可以由具有这种特性的任何合适的材料形成。盖120可以形成有螺纹122,螺纹122与容器100的颈部115上的螺纹117啮合、形成适配的或本领域已知的任何其它紧固方法。盖120可移除地固定至容器100的本体,用于以空气密封和液体密封的方式来密封容器100。
现在还参照图3-5,在实施例中,示出了具有可扩展介质130的容器100,其中,从盖120向下延伸到容器100的内容积150中,可扩展介质130随着容器100被抽空而扩展。可扩展介质130通过占据内容积150的一部分而帮助抽空容器100,并且提供容器100未被抽空或被抽空的视觉指示符。如前所述,端口110被设置用于连接至管20以连接至真空源(未示出)。端口110通过容器100的侧壁延伸到内容积150中,以经由管20将内容积150流体地连接至真空出口15。可扩展介质130包括形成多个相互连接的角板135的具有回弹力的弹性材料,如图3和4所示,多个相互连接的角板135通常彼此压缩。该材料可以包括塑料,诸如聚乙烯、聚酯纤维以及聚丙烯或尼龙。每个相继的角板135的直径小于下一相邻角板135的直径,使得多个角板135可以以第一构造压缩(参加图4)以及以第二构造充分扩展(参见图5)。
如图3所示,第一构造从盖120的顶部或外侧能够可视地观察,其中,可扩展介质130被压缩且基本上布置在盖120的平面内。当通过端口110对容器100的内容积150施加抽吸力时,大气压被施加至可扩展介质130的外侧,从而迫使多个角板135扩展至内容积150中,这进一步偏移内容积150内的空气。可扩展介质130还用作视觉工具,以在图3和4所示的非抽空构造与图5所示的充分抽空构造之间辅助确定容器100抽空的程度。这样,可以通过观察可扩展介质130充分扩展来检验容器100的抽空。邻近端口110布置有用于将先前抽空的内容积150向大气连通(vent)的气压排放阀112。为了使内容积150向大气连通,压下气压排放阀112,直到内容积150中的气压与大气压相等为止。当内容积150中的压力与大气压相等时,真空的缺乏使得包括可扩展介质130的弹性材料恢复到图4所示的第一或压缩构造。如果材料在被拉伸或挤压之后能够立即恢复到其原始形状或尺寸,则该材料是弹性的。在容器100的内容积150与环境大气压相等之后,可以容易地移除盖120以获得容器100的内容物。

Claims (15)
1.一种食品保藏容器,包括:
本体,所述本体包括至少一个侧壁且具有内容积;
盖,所述盖用于可移除地附接至所述本体,用于以空气密封和液体密封的方式密封所述食品保藏容器;
附接至所述盖的可扩展介质,所述可扩展介质包括多个角板,所述多个角板通常以压缩的第一构造抵靠所述盖;以及
形成在所述至少一个侧壁中的端口,所述端口被配置成连接至抽吸源,抽吸用于抽空所述食品保藏容器,并且使得所述可扩展介质远离所述盖扩展并进入所述内容积,以达到扩展的第二构造。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品保藏容器,还包括:
布置在所述侧壁中的阀,在抽空所述食品保藏容器后,所述阀被压下使得所述内容积内的压力与大气压相等。
3.根据权利要求2所述的食品保藏容器,其中,当所述阀被压下并且所述内容积内的压力与大气压相等时,使得所述可扩展介质恢复至所述第一构造。
4.根据权利要求1所述的食品保藏容器,还包括在所述食品保藏容器的所述本体上的颈部,所述颈部具有与所述盖上的被配置成将所述盖密封到所述本体上的互补螺纹啮合的螺纹。
5.根据权利要求1所述的食品保藏容器,还包括:
所述可扩展介质包括多个角板,所述多个角板相互连接,使得所述可扩展介质以所述第一构造压缩以及以所述第二构造扩展。
6.根据权利要求1所述的食品保藏容器,还包括:所述本体视觉上透明,使得当所述可扩展介质处于所述压缩的第一构造时能够将所述可扩展介质看作所述食品保藏容器未被抽空的视觉指示符。
7.根据权利要求1所述的食品保藏容器,还包括:所述本体视觉上透明,使得当所述可扩展介质处于所述扩展的第二构造时能够将所述可扩展介质看作所述食品保藏容器被抽空的视觉指示符。
8.根据权利要求1所述的食品保藏容器,还包括:能够从所述盖外部看到所述可扩展介质,使得在所述可扩展介质处于所述压缩的第一构造时,所述可扩展介质为所述食品保藏容器未被抽空的视觉指示符,或者在所述可扩展介质处于所述扩展的第二构造时,所述可扩展介质为所述食品保藏容器被抽空的视觉指示符。
9.根据权利要求1所述的食品保藏容器,其中,所述食品保藏容器的所述本体由塑料或尼龙组成。
10.根据权利要求1所述的食品保藏容器,其中,所述抽吸源为真空包装机。
11.一种保藏易腐物品的方法,包括如下步骤:
从具有容纳待保藏的易腐物品的内容积的密封的贮藏容器抽出空气;
将附接至所述贮藏容器的盖的可扩展介质扩展到所述内容积中;以及
通过视觉地观察所述可扩展介质是否已扩展到所述内容积中,来检验是否已抽空所述贮藏容器。
12.根据权利要求11所述的保藏易腐物品的方法,还包括经由管将所述贮藏容器流体地连接至真空源的步骤。
13.根据权利要求12所述的保藏易腐物品的方法,其中,所述真空源为食品贮藏机。
14.根据权利要求11所述的保藏易腐物品的方法,还包括以下步骤:
压下所述食品贮藏容器上的阀,所述阀被配置成使所述内容积中的压力与大气压相等,从而使得所述可扩展介质折叠成压缩构造。
15.根据权利要求14所述的保藏易腐物品的方法,还包括以下步骤:
通过视觉地观察所述可扩展介质是否折叠成所述压缩构造,来检验所述贮藏容器是否不再是抽空的。
