Abstract

本发明涉及一种多辊热贴遮光超平广告布生产设备。传统的室内展厅材料往往存在着其平滑性、产品不够环保等不足,作为展厅材料,其平滑性差造成展厅表现效果差,环保性差的产品会造成展厅中散发的气味污染室内空气,对人身体不利,如其隔音性差还会影响人与人的交流。本发明其特征在于包括面膜预热辊、网布预热辊、底膜预热辊、面膜加热辊、底膜加热辊和多个压辊,底膜经底膜预热辊和底膜加热辊后与经过预热的网布贴合,贴合后的网布和底模再输送至面膜加热辊上与面膜贴合。本发明采用多辊热帖工艺,通过减小加热辊辊面温差,提升贴合温度,通过多道压轮压合,使产品受压、受温均匀,达到产品幅面一致性好,通过压花轮组,使膜的两面效果接近一致,达到平整亮丽,平整度超平、使用年限长的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多辊热贴遮光超平广告布生产设备。
背景技术
传统的室内展厅材料往往存在着其平滑性、产品不够环保等不足,作为展厅材料,其平滑性差造成展厅表现效果差,环保性差的产品会造成展厅中散发的气味污染室内空气,对人身体不利,如其隔音性差还会影响人与人的交流。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种多辊热贴遮光超平广告布生产设备,通过多道压轮压合,使产品受压、受温均匀,达到产品幅面一致性好。
为此,本发明采取如下技术方案:一种多辊热贴遮光超平广告布生产设备,其特征在在于包括面膜预热辊、网布预热辊、底膜预热辊、面膜加热辊、底膜加热辊和多个压辊,底膜经底膜预热辊和底膜加热辊后与经过预热的网布贴合,贴合后的网布和底模再输送至面膜加热辊上与面膜贴合。
所述的面膜加热辊和底膜加热辊并行设置,且所述的面膜加热辊和底膜加热辊的直径大于面膜预热辊、网布预热辊和底膜预热辊。
所述面膜加热辊的出口端还连接压花轮组。
在面膜加热辊的下部设置冷却辊组。
还包括中膜发送辊和中膜预热辊。
本发明采用多辊热帖工艺,通过减小加热辊辊面温差,提升贴合温度,通过多道压轮压合,使产品受压、受温均匀,达到产品幅面一致性好,通过压花轮组,使膜的两面效果接近一致,达到平整亮丽,平整度超平、使用年限长的效果。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-2所示的一种多辊热贴遮光超平广告布生产设备,包括面膜输送辊1、网布输送辊7、底膜输送辊8、面膜预热辊2、网布预热辊5、底膜预热辊10、面膜加热辊3、底膜加热辊4和多个压辊,底膜经底膜预热辊和底膜加热辊后与经过预热的网布贴合,贴合后的网布和底模再输送至面膜加热辊上与面膜贴合。
面膜加热辊和底膜加热辊并行设置,且面膜加热辊和底膜加热辊的直径大于面膜预热辊、网布预热辊和底膜预热辊。面膜加热辊的出口端还连接压花轮组11。面膜加热辊的下部设置冷却辊组12,还包括中膜发送辊8和中膜预热辊6。

1.一种多辊热贴遮光超平广告布生产设备,其特征在在于包括面膜预热辊、网布预热辊、底膜预热辊、面膜加热辊、底膜加热辊和多个压辊,底膜经底膜预热辊和底膜加热辊后与网布贴合后再输送至面膜加热辊上与面膜贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多辊热贴遮光超平广告布生产设备,其特征在于所述的面膜加热辊和底膜加热辊并行设置,且所述的面膜加热辊和底膜加热辊的直径大于面膜预热辊、网布预热辊和底膜预热辊。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多辊热贴遮光超平广告布生产设备,其特征在于所述的面膜加热辊的出口端还连接压花轮组。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种多辊热贴遮光超平广告布生产设备,其特征在于所述在面膜加热辊的下部设置冷却辊组。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种多辊热贴遮光超平广告布生产设备,其特征在于还包括中膜发送辊和中膜预热辊。
