Abstract

本发明公开了一种扩散膜入光侧降噪结构,其包括前光源、后光源、出光面、上增亮模、下增亮膜、下扩膜、导光板、网点层、反光膜、黑胶块,前光源、后光源分别位于反光膜的两侧,前光源、后光源都正对膜的导光板,网点层位于导光板下方,反射膜位于网点层的下方,下扩膜位于导光板的上方,下增亮膜位于下扩膜的上方、上增亮膜位于下增亮膜的上方,出光面位于上增亮膜的上方并且位于整个膜的最上方,黑胶块位于导光板的上方,黑胶块与下扩膜相连。本发明能使扩散膜在背光源的中心主要区域柔和地散播,并且在入光侧边缘阻挡一部分的光并吸收一部分光,弱化边缘光线,降低扩散膜边缘光衍射的作用,显著地降低对人视觉的刺激。

扩散膜入光侧降噪结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种扩散膜机构,特别是涉及一种扩散膜入光侧降噪结构。
背景技术
目前公知的是,扩散膜在背光源的中心主要区域可以很柔和的散播,但是在入光侧边缘有大量的光线衍射。背光源的边缘视觉效果差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种扩散膜入光侧降噪结构,其克服了现有扩散膜不能将LED发出的光源进行边缘处理的问题,降低了入侧光线对人视觉的刺激。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:扩散膜入光侧降噪结构,其包括前光源、后光源、出光面、上增亮模、下增亮膜、下扩膜、导光板、网点层、反光膜、黑胶块,前光源、后光源分别位于反光膜的两侧,前光源、后光源都正对膜的导光板,网点层位于导光板下方,反射膜位于网点层的下方,下扩膜位于导光板的上方,下增亮膜位于下扩膜的上方、上增亮膜位于下增亮膜的上方,出光面位于上增亮膜的上方并且位于整个膜的最上方,黑胶块位于导光板的上方,黑胶块与下扩膜相连。LED发出的光源,通过导光板进行传光,利用导光板背面的网点层与反射膜进行反射光源,再由下扩膜进行扩散,由下增亮膜与上增亮膜进行增光,形成背光源,提供两光,所述扩散膜入光处设计添加黑胶块,使入光处的扩散膜边缘光线弱化,达到降噪的作用。
优选地,所述上增亮模的厚度与下增亮膜的厚度相等。
优选地,所述上增亮模的厚度大于下扩膜的厚度。
优选地,所述下扩膜的厚度大于网点层的厚度。
优选地,所述网点层的厚度大于反光膜的厚度。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:本发明在扩散膜入光处添加一条黑胶块,使扩散膜在背光源的中心主要区域可以很柔和的散播,并且在入光侧边缘阻挡一部分的光并吸收一部分光,弱化边缘光线,降低扩散膜边缘光衍射,对入侧光线进行处理,并且显著地降低对人视觉的刺激。

下面结合附图给出本发明较佳实施例,以详细说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示,本发明扩散膜入光侧降噪结构包括前光源1、后光源2、出光面3、上增亮模4、下增亮膜5、下扩膜6、导光板7、网点层8、反光膜9、黑胶块10,前光源1、后光源2都分别位于反光膜的两侧,前光源1、后光源2正对膜的导光板7,网点层8位于导光板7下方,反射膜9位于网点层的下方,下扩膜6位于导光板7的上方,下增亮膜5位于下扩膜6的上方、上增亮膜4位于下增亮膜5的上方,出光面3位于上增亮膜4的上方并且位于整个膜的最上方,黑胶块10位于导光板7的上方,黑胶块10与下扩膜6相连。LED发出的光源,通过导光板7进行传光,利用导光板背面的网点层8与反射膜9进行反射光源,再由下扩膜6进行扩散,由下增亮膜5与上增亮膜4进行增光,形成背光源,提供两光,所述扩散膜入光处设计添加黑胶块10,使入光处的扩散膜边缘光线弱化,达到降噪的作用。上增亮模4的厚度与下增亮膜5的厚度相等。上增亮模4的厚度大于下扩膜6的厚度。下扩膜6的厚度大于网点层8的厚度。网点层8的厚度大于反光膜9的厚度。上述厚度结构的效果最好,最节约材料,成本低。

1.扩散膜入光侧降噪结构,其特征在于,其包括前光源、后光源、出光面、上增亮模、下增亮膜、下扩膜、导光板、网点层、反光膜、黑胶块,前光源、后光源分别位于反光膜的两侧,前光源、后光源都正对膜的导光板,网点层位于导光板下方,反射膜位于网点层的下方,下扩膜位于导光板的上方,下增亮膜位于下扩膜的上方、上增亮膜位于下增亮膜的上方,出光面位于上增亮膜的上方并且位于整个膜的最上方,黑胶块位于导光板的上方,黑胶块与下扩膜相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扩散膜入光侧降噪结构,其特征在于,所述上增亮模的厚度与下增亮膜的厚度相等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的扩散膜入光侧降噪结构,其特征在于,所述上增亮模的厚度大于下扩膜的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的扩散膜入光侧降噪结构,其特征在于,所述下扩膜的厚度大于网点层的厚度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的扩散膜入光侧降噪结构,其特征在于,所述网点层的厚度大于反光膜的厚度。
