技术领域
本发明涉及阻隔蓝光膜技术领域,具体为一种阻隔蓝光有机PET硅胶保护薄膜。
背景技术
蓝光,是指波长在400-500纳米的光线。蓝光是一种可见光,蓝光波短、能量高,能够直接穿透晶状体直达眼底视网膜上。智能手机时代人们更多的时间花费在盯着手机屏幕上,然而手机屏幕、LED、电脑屏幕灯都会产生大量的蓝光,这样会给人们的眼睛与手带来危害,会激发褐色色素,让皮肤产生黄斑、雀斑,会加深眼睛近视程度,产生视觉疲劳感,同时也不利于正常睡眠。主要存在于手机、平板电脑、电脑显示器、荧光灯、数码产品、液晶显示屏、LED等光线中。防蓝光保护膜是基于减少蓝光对人的伤害而被研发出来的产品。比起市面上新兴出现的屏幕保护膜,防蓝光保护膜除了有防爆、消除指纹、防刮、灭菌等功能外,其最具特色的功能是蓝光阻断。通过吸收并转化手机、电脑、电视、LED灯等发光源散发出来的蓝光,防蓝光保护膜可以大大减轻蓝光对眼睛的刺激,控制近视加深;蓝光保护膜除了可以防近视外,还通过对紫外线的吸收并转化,防止紫外线反射引起的皮肤干燥导致皮肤色斑、黄褐斑等问题的产生。但是现有的蓝光保护膜存在以下问题:
1、在大量运输过程时由于薄膜重量较大,导致运输不方便,抗压性差;
2、不可滤光,抑制蓝光性能不好,导致蓝光对用户的视网造成损伤,同时不能在运输过程中对温度进行实时监测。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种阻隔蓝光有机PET硅胶保护薄膜,解决了在大量运输过程时由于薄膜重量较大,导致运输不方便,抗压性差和不可滤光,抑制蓝光性能不好,导致蓝光对用户的视网造成损伤,同时不能在运输过程中对温度进行实时监测的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种阻隔蓝光有机PET硅胶保护薄膜,包括离型层,所述离型层的下表面贴附有PET高光亮膜,所述PET高光亮膜的下表面贴附有有机硅胶层,所述有机硅胶层的下表面贴附有硅胶保护层,所述硅胶保护层的下表面贴附有PET层,所述PET层的下表面贴覆有防眩光层,所述防眩光层的下表面贴覆有防蓝光层,所述防蓝光层的下表面贴附有滤光层,所述滤光层的下表面贴覆有防静电层,所述防静电层的下表面贴附有耐磨层,所述耐磨层的下表面贴附有基膜。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述离型层的材质为有机硅离型膜材料,所述PET高光亮膜的材质为有机硅材料,所述离型层和PET高光亮膜的厚度之比为零点六到零点八之间。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述离型层的下部边缘开设有若干组凹槽,所述凹槽的形状为半圆形,所述PET高光亮膜的内部均匀分布有若干组气孔,所述气孔的平均直径大小为五到十微米之间。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述有机硅胶层的厚度大小为零点零一微米到零点零五微米之间,所述硅胶保护层的透明硅胶材料。

1、该阻隔蓝光有机PET硅胶保护薄膜,通过设置的凹槽可以承受不同方向的力,增加保护薄膜的抗压性能并能减轻一部分的重量,通过在PET高光亮膜的内部设置有若干组气孔,可以将蓝光反射出去,解决眩光问题,通过设置有硅胶保护层和有机硅胶层,可以使保护薄膜的弹性更好,在不小心被撞击时可以起到良好的缓冲作用,设置有耐磨层,可对物品实施更好的保护,延长其使用寿命;
2、该阻隔蓝光有机PET硅胶保护薄膜,通过在基膜的内部设置感温荧光填料填充的气泡,可以利用感温荧光填料的温度可变性,通过颜色大概判断环境温度,当环境温度较高时,可以为了保护薄膜的损坏将其转移至低温处,进而可以灵活的维护薄膜的安全性,使其更加耐用。

本发明的工作原理及使用流程:使用时,通过设置的凹槽16可以承受不同方向的力,增加保护薄膜的抗压性能并能减轻一部分的重量,通过在PET高光亮膜2的内部设置有若干组气孔12,可以将蓝光反射出去,解决眩光问题,通过在防眩光层6的上表面设置硬化树脂层13可以有更好的防眩光的效果,通过设置有硅胶保护层4和有机硅胶层3,可以使保护薄膜的弹性更好,在不小心被撞击时可以起到良好的缓冲作用,设置有耐磨层10,可对物品实施更好的保护,延长其使用寿命;通过设置有滤光层8,可将部分光波过滤掉,获得更好的视力保护,通过在基膜11的内部设置感温荧光填料15填充的气泡14,可以利用感温荧光填料15的温度可变性,通过颜色大概判断环境温度,当环境温度较高时,可以为了保护薄膜的损坏将其转移至低温处,进而可以灵活的维护薄膜的安全性,使其更加耐用。

Claims (9)
1.一种阻隔蓝光有机PET硅胶保护薄膜,包括离型层(1),其特征在于:所述离型层(1)的下表面贴附有PET高光亮膜(2),所述PET高光亮膜(2)的下表面贴附有有机硅胶层(3),所述有机硅胶层(3)的下表面贴附有硅胶保护层(4),所述硅胶保护层(4)的下表面贴附有PET层(5),所述PET层(5)的下表面贴覆有防眩光层(6),所述防眩光层(6)的下表面贴覆有防蓝光层(7),所述防蓝光层(7)的下表面贴附有滤光层(8),所述滤光层(8)的下表面贴覆有防静电层(9),所述防静电层(9)的下表面贴附有耐磨层(10),所述耐磨层(10)的下表面贴附有基膜(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻隔蓝光有机PET硅胶保护薄膜,其特征在于:所述离型层(1)的材质为有机硅离型膜材料,所述PET高光亮膜(2)的材质为有机硅材料,所述离型层(1)和PET高光亮膜(2)的厚度之比为零点六到零点八之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻隔蓝光有机PET硅胶保护薄膜,其特征在于:所述离型层(1)的下部边缘开设有若干组凹槽(16),所述凹槽(16)的形状为半圆形,所述PET高光亮膜(2)的内部均匀分布有若干组气孔(12),所述气孔(12)的平均直径大小为五到十微米之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻隔蓝光有机PET硅胶保护薄膜,其特征在于:所述有机硅胶层(3)的厚度大小为零点零一微米到零点零五微米之间,所述硅胶保护层(4)的透明硅胶材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻隔蓝光有机PET硅胶保护薄膜,其特征在于:所述防蓝光层(7)的蓝光阻隔聚酯薄膜材料,所述PET层(5)和防蓝光层(7)的厚度大小之比为一到一点七五之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻隔蓝光有机PET硅胶保护薄膜,其特征在于:所述防眩光层(6)的上表面设置有硬化树脂层(13),所述硬化树脂层(13)的形状为网纹状,所述防眩光层(6)的厚度大小为二到五微米之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻隔蓝光有机PET硅胶保护薄膜,其特征在于:所述滤光层(8)的材质为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯材料,且滤光层(8)的厚度大小为五到十微米之间。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻隔蓝光有机PET硅胶保护薄膜,其特征在于:所述防静电层(9)与耐磨层(10)的厚度大小之比为一点七五到一点九之间,所述防静电层(9)的材质为聚硅酸乙酯材料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻隔蓝光有机PET硅胶保护薄膜,其特征在于:所述基膜(11)的内部设置有若干组气泡(14),所述气泡(14)内填充有感温荧光填料(15)。
