Abstract

本发明涉及一种齿轮，尤其是除污型齿轮。该齿轮包括齿圈、齿牙、齿轮轮毂孔和环形槽，齿圈外沿设有齿牙，齿圈中心设有齿轮轮毂孔，齿圈与齿轮轮毂孔之间设有环形槽，齿圈外侧壁与支架相连，支架顶端设有毛刷体，毛刷体与齿牙相贴合，齿圈外侧面设有滚珠轴承，支架尾端垂直连接有轴杆，支架通过轴杆置于滚珠轴承内。实现了与齿圈的转动连接，支架尾端设有橡胶罩，滚珠轴承与轴杆都置于橡胶罩内，该齿轮可以在运转时就进行齿牙除污作业，节约了成本，提高了功效。

本发明涉及一种齿轮，尤其是除污型齿轮。
背景技术
齿轮是一种常见的机械传动零件，在传动的过程中，由于齿轮的传动需要齿牙之间相互齿合传动来实现动力的传输，但现有的齿轮容易因为沾染污物，从而影响到正常运作。
发明内容
为了克服现有的齿轮容易沾染污物的不足，本发明提供了除污型齿轮。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：除污型齿轮，包括齿圈、齿牙、齿轮轮毂孔和环形槽，齿圈外沿设有齿牙，齿圈中心设有齿轮轮毂孔，齿圈与齿轮轮毂孔之间设有环形槽，齿圈外侧壁与支架相连，支架顶端设有毛刷体，毛刷体与齿牙相贴合。
根据本发明的另一个实施例，进一步包括齿圈外侧面设有滚珠轴承，支架尾端垂直连接有轴杆，支架通过轴杆置于滚珠轴承内。实现了与齿圈的转动连接。
根据本发明的另一个实施例，进一步包括支架尾端设有橡胶罩，滚珠轴承与轴杆都置于橡胶罩内。
本发明的有益效果是，该齿轮可以在运转时就进行齿牙除污作业，节约了成本，提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图，除污型齿轮，包括齿圈1、齿牙2、齿轮轮毂孔3和环形槽4，齿圈1外沿设有齿牙2，齿圈1中心设有齿轮轮毂孔3，齿圈1与齿轮轮毂孔3之间设有环形槽4，齿圈1外侧壁与支架5相连，支架5顶端设有毛刷体6，毛刷体6与齿牙2相贴合，齿圈1外侧面设有滚珠轴承7，支架5尾端垂直连接有轴杆8，支架5通过轴杆8置于滚珠轴承7内。实现了与齿圈1的转动连接，支架5尾端设有橡胶罩9，滚珠轴承7与轴杆8都置于橡胶罩9内。
当齿圈1开始转动时，支架5尾端的轴杆8置于滚珠轴承7内，所以支架5可以相对于齿圈1保持静止不动，这样齿牙2就会在齿圈1的旋转带动中，被毛刷体6进行清污刷除。而橡胶罩9可以防止外部污物渗入到滚珠轴承7内，从而影响到支架5与齿圈1的相对转动。该齿轮可以在运转时就进行齿牙除污作业，节约了成本，提高了功效。

Claims (4)

1.除污型齿轮，包括齿圈（1）、齿牙（2）、齿轮轮毂孔（3）和环形槽（4），齿圈（1）外沿设有齿牙（2），齿圈（1）中心设有齿轮轮毂孔（3），齿圈（1）与齿轮轮毂孔（3）之间设有环形槽（4），其特征是，齿圈（1）外侧壁与支架（5）相连，支架（5）顶端设有毛刷体（6），毛刷体（6）与齿牙（2）相贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除污型齿轮，其特征是，齿圈（1）外侧面设有滚珠轴承（7），支架（5）尾端垂直连接有轴杆（8），支架（5）通过轴杆（8）置于滚珠轴承（7）内。
3.实现了与齿圈（1）的转动连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的除污型齿轮，其特征是，支架（5）尾端设有橡胶罩（9），滚珠轴承（7）与轴杆（8）都置于橡胶罩（9）内。
