Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动机集电环轴向限位结构,它设在由转子轴、集电环和电磁绕组为主要构件的电动机转子组件上,集电环套装在转子轴的左端;在转子轴上集电环左端面位置设有一环槽,所述环槽中嵌装轴用弹性挡圈,构成集电环轴向限位结构。本发明结构简单,工艺也简单,易于实现;采用轴用弹性挡圈进行轴向限位,不会出现松动、脱落现象,能可靠地实现电动机集电环轴向限位。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动机转子结构,特别是一种具有集电环的电动机转子结构。 
背景技术
电动机集电环的作用是用来和换向器配合实现机械换向的,现有技术的电动机集电环套装在电机转子轴上,电动机集电环端面套装限位挡圈,限位挡圈上设有紧定螺钉,紧定螺钉贯穿限位挡圈紧固在电机转子轴上,从而实现对电动机集电环的轴向限位。这种电动机集电环轴向限位结构简单,可以起到轴向限位作用,但由于电动机集电环随电机转子轴一起旋转,限位挡圈上的紧定螺钉可能会发生松动,紧定螺钉一旦松动,限位挡圈就会移位,就无法对电动机集电环起到轴向限位作用,电动机集电环就无法发挥作用,限位挡圈、紧定螺钉松动甚至脱落会造成电动机内部损坏。 
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,能可靠地实现电动机集电环轴向限位的电动机集电环轴向限位结构。 
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。 
电动机集电环轴向限位结构,它设在由转子轴、集电环和电磁绕组为主要构件的电动机转子组件上,所述集电环套装在转子轴的左端;其改进之处在于:在转子轴上集电环左端面位置设有一环槽,所述环槽中嵌装轴用弹性挡圈,构成集电环轴向限位结构。 
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果: 
1.    结构简单,易于实现;
2.    能可靠地实现电动机集电环轴向限位。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。 
附图2所示现有技术的电动机集电环轴向限位结构,它设在由转子轴1、集电环3和电磁绕组4为主要构件的电动机转子组件上,集电环3套装在转子轴1的左端;在转子轴1上集电环3左端面位置设有限位挡圈5,限位挡圈5上设有紧定螺钉6,紧定螺钉6贯穿限位挡圈5紧固在转子轴1上,从而实现对电动机集电环的轴向限位。这种结构在使用过程中,会因紧定螺钉6发生松动而造成限位挡圈5移位或脱落,无法对电动机集电环起到轴向限位作用,限位挡圈5、紧定螺钉6松动甚至脱落会造成电动机内部损坏。 
附图1所示本发明的电动机集电环轴向限位结构,它设在由转子轴1、集电环3和电磁绕组4为主要构件的电动机转子组件上,集电环3套装在转子轴1的左端;在转子轴1上集电环3左端面位置设有一环槽1.1,所述环槽1.1中嵌装轴用弹性挡圈2,构成集电环轴向限位结构。本发明在转子轴1上集电环3左端面位置加工一环槽1.1,使用时嵌装轴用弹性挡圈2即可实现,结构简单,工艺也简单,易于实现;采用轴用弹性挡圈进行轴向限位,不会出现松动、脱落现象,能可靠地实现电动机集电环轴向限位。

1.一种电动机集电环轴向限位结构,它设在由转子轴(1)、集电环(3)和电磁绕组(4)为主要构件的电动机转子组件上,所述集电环(3)套装在转子轴(1)的左端;其特征在于:在转子轴(1)上集电环(3)左端面位置设有一环槽(1.1),所述环槽(1.1)中嵌装轴用弹性挡圈(2),构成集电环轴向限位结构。
