Abstract

本发明公开了一种隔热性高挺度食品包装膜,该隔热性高挺度食品包装膜包括下述各层复合层,并将下述各层复合层通过上下双辊挤压方式复合加工成高挺度隔热食品包装膜,其中上下双辊挤压复合区的控制压区压力100-120kN/m;后段热风干燥曲线温度60-80℃,控制出烘干区水分在相对于包装膜总质量的9-15%。本发明的优点在于:挺度性能优异、隔热隔光性能好,非常适用于棒棒糖等食品的包装。

隔热性高挺度食品包装膜
技术领域
本发明属于包装膜领域,具体是指一种隔热性高挺度食品包装膜。
背景技术
目前,棒棒糖包装全部是缠绕包裹底部扭结热烫而成,既不卫生、密封性又差又不隔热,并且又破坏包装膜体现不出印刷整体造型的美感同时还因为天气热、潮湿等原因,易粘糖,隔热性、密封性差,保质期短等原因,常常出现包装膜粘糖、难以打开取食的现象,不尽如人意。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的缺点和不足,而提供一种适用于棒棒糖等食品包装、且印刷方便精美、包装美观的隔热性高挺度食品包装膜。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种隔热性高挺度食品包装膜。
为实现本发明的第一个目的,本发明的技术方案是该新型隔热性高挺度食品包装膜包括下述各层复合层,并将下述各层复合层通过上下双辊挤压方式复合加工成高挺度隔热食品包装膜,其中上下双辊挤压复合区的控制压区压力100-120kN/m;后段热风干燥曲线温度60-80℃,控制出烘干区水分在相对于包装膜总质量的9-15%,其中各层复合层为:
(1)第一层复合层,选择电晕预处理、厚度为12-18μmPET薄膜,该PET薄膜的底面印刷图案并施胶,施胶量8-10g/m2,固化量为3-5g/m2
(2)第二层复合层,选择食品级包装纸,食品级包装纸定量40-60g/m2,纵向抗张强度≥1kN/m,平滑度≥100s;
(3)第三层复合层,选择厚度为65-70μm铝箔;
(4)第四层复合层,选择电晕预处理、厚度为12-18μmPET薄膜,该PET薄膜采用里印印刷图案并施胶,施胶量8-10g/m2,固化量为3-5g/m2
(5)第五层复合层,预涂胶于第四层复合层的PET薄膜的底面的热溶胶层。
进一步设置是所述的第一层复合层和第四层复合层的施胶工序采用干式转移法单面施胶;其所用的施胶剂为苯乙烯丙烯酸类胶乳。
本设置还可以是所述的第一层复合层和第四层复合层的施胶工序所用的施胶剂为淀粉、聚氨酯胶黏剂。
本发明的第二个目的是通过以下技术方案实现的包括上下复合的各层复合层,该高挺度隔热食品包装膜的定量105-155g/m2,纵向、横向的抗张强度≥10kN/m,纵向、横向的撕裂度≥500mN,透明度≥60%;平滑度≥100s;
其中各层复合层上下依次为:其中各层复合层为:
(1)第一层复合层,选择电晕预处理、厚度为12-18μmPET薄膜,该PET薄膜的底面印刷图案并施胶,施胶量8-10g/m2,固化量为3-5g/m2
(2)第二层复合层,选择食品级包装纸,食品级包装纸定量40-60g/m2,纵向抗张强度≥1kN/m,平滑度≥100s;
(3)第三层复合层,选择厚度为65-7μm铝箔;
(4)第四层复合层,选择电晕预处理、厚度为12-18μmPET薄膜,该PET薄膜采用里印印刷图案并施胶,施胶量8-10g/m2,固化量为3-5g/m2
(5)第五层复合层,预涂胶于第四层复合层的PET薄膜的底面的热溶胶层。
上述所使用的PET薄膜的材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,英文名:polyethyleneterephthalate,简称PET,为高聚合物,由对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯发生脱水缩合反应而来。
本发明的优点是:采用上述工艺所制备的隔热性高挺度食品包装膜,各复合层之间的参数以及用料选择配置非常合理,使其具有适用于棒棒糖等食品的包装的挺度要求。其理由是:通过本发明的包装膜进行类似棒棒糖等食品的包装,可以通过一个透明的并带有容置腔PC盒,该PC盒的容置腔外端开口设置,通过本申请的包装膜粘接盖覆固定在PC盒的开口边缘,由于本申请具有合适的挺度,因此,在包装膜包覆PC盒的开口边缘时,能够包装包装膜处于合理的绷紧状态,不仅使得其包装膜上印刷图案显示清晰,而且还可以使得PC盒整体强度大为增强。另外,本申请的结构在隔光和隔热性能非常优秀,能够有效防止天气热等原因,造成的易粘糖,隔热性、密封性差,保质期短等问题。
下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步介绍。

下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体的描述,只用于对本发明进行进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限定,该领域的技术工程师可根据上述发明的内容对本发明作出一些非本质的改进和调整。
实施例1
该隔热性高挺度食品包装膜包括下述各层复合层,并将下述各层复合层通过上下双辊挤压方式复合加工成高挺度隔热食品包装膜,其中上下双辊挤压复合区的控制压区压力100-120kN/m;后段热风干燥曲线温度60-80℃,控制出烘干区水分在相对于包装膜总质量的9-15%,其中各层复合层为,参见图1:
(1)第一层复合层1,选择电晕预处理、厚度为12-18μmPET薄膜,该PET薄膜的底面印刷图案并施胶,施胶量8-10g/m2,固化量为3-5g/m2
(2)第二层复合层2,选择食品级包装纸,食品级包装纸定量40-60g/m2,纵向抗张强度≥1kN/m,平滑度≥100s;
(3)第三层复合层3,选择厚度为65-70μm铝箔;
(4)第四层复合层4,选择电晕预处理、厚度为12-18μmPET薄膜,该PET薄膜采用里印印刷图案并施胶,施胶量8-10g/m2,固化量为3-5g/m2
(5)第五层复合层5,预涂胶于第四层复合层的PET薄膜的底面的热溶胶层。
本实施例所述的第一层复合层和第四层复合层的施胶工序采用干式转移法单面施胶;其所用的施胶剂为聚氨酯胶黏剂。或者所述的第二层复合层和第三层复合层的施胶工序所用的施胶剂为淀粉胶。

1.隔热性高挺度食品包装膜其特征在于:该新型高挺度隔热食品包装膜包括下述各层复合层,并将下述各层复合层通过上下双辊挤压方式复合加工成高挺度隔热食品包装膜,其中上下双辊挤压复合区的控制压区压力100-120kN/m;后段热风干燥曲线温度60-80℃,控制出烘干区水分在相对于包装膜总质量的9-15%,其中各层复合层为:(1)第一层复合层,选择电晕预处理、厚度为12-18μmPET薄膜,该PET薄膜采用里印印刷图案并施胶,施胶量8-10g/m2,固化量为3-5g/m2;(2)第二层复合层,选择食品级包装纸,食品级包装纸定量40-60g/m2,纵向抗张强度≥1kN/m,平滑度≥100s;(3)第三层复合层,选择厚度为65-70μm铝箔;(4)第四层复合层,选择电晕预处理、厚度为12-18μmPET薄膜,该PET薄膜采用里印印刷图案并施胶,施胶量8-10g/m2,固化量为3-5g/m2;(5)第五层涂胶层,预涂胶于第四层复合层的PET薄膜的正面的热溶胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热性高挺度食品包装膜其特征在于:所述的第一层复合层和第四层复合层的施胶工序采用干式转移法单面施胶;其所用的施胶剂为聚氨酯胶黏剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔热性高挺度食品包装膜其特征在于:所述的第二层复合层和第三层复合层的施胶工序采用的湿式转移法单面施胶;其所用的施胶剂为淀粉胶。
4.一种如权利要求1-4之一所述隔热性高挺度食品包装膜,其特征在于:包括上下复合的各层复合层,该高挺度隔热食品包装膜的定量105-155g/m2,纵向、横向的抗张强度≥10kN/m,纵向、横向的撕裂度≥500mN,透明度≥60%;平滑度≥100s;
其中各层复合层上下依次为:其中各层复合层为:(1)第一层复合层,选择电晕预处理、厚度为12-18μmPET薄膜,该PET薄膜的底面印刷图案并施胶,施胶量8-10g/m2,固化量为3-5g/m2;(2)第二层复合层,选择食品级包装纸,食品级包装纸定量40-60g/m2,纵向抗张强度≥1kN/m,平滑度≥100s;(3)第三层复合层,选择厚度为65-70μm铝箔;(4)第四层复合层,选择电晕预处理、厚度为12-18μmPET薄膜,该PET薄膜采用里印印刷图案并施胶,施胶量8-10g/m2,固化量为3-5g/m2;(5)第五层复合层,预涂胶于第四层复合层的PET薄膜的底面的热溶胶层。
