本发明属于包装膜技术领域,涉及一种用于巧克力或棒棒糖的包装膜,具体地说是一种高阻隔扭结包装膜,包括镀铝聚酯膜层,所述镀铝聚酯膜层一侧表面印刷设置有油墨层,另一侧表面贴合设置有镀二氧化硅聚酯膜层,所述油墨层表面设置有光油层;所述镀铝聚酯膜层的厚度为12um~19um,所述油墨层的厚度为1um,所述镀二氧化硅聚酯膜层的厚度为12um。本发明产品的镀铝聚酯膜的镀铝面印刷油墨后涂布高粘光油,在包扎糖果时有利于扭结定型,而镀二氧化硅聚酯薄膜由于具有高阻隔性能,可以更好地提升内容物的货架期,同时由于是镀二氧化硅聚酯面与包装内容物接触,卫生性能有了很大的保障。

技术领域
本发明属于包装膜技术领域,涉及一种用于巧克力或棒棒糖的包装膜,具体地说是一种高阻隔扭结包装膜。
背景技术
在软包装市场上,巧克力以及棒棒糖的包装膜越来越多地采用在包装膜内侧涂布冷封胶的技术,这种包装技术可以极大地解决巧克力包装时热封温度高巧克力被熔化的问题,但是由于冷封胶是涂布在包装膜的内侧,直接与巧克力进行解决,会对巧克力以及棒棒糖产品的卫生性能造成一定的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单、巧妙、合理的高阻隔扭结包装膜,该包装膜性能稳定可靠、可广泛适用于糖类产品包装。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:一种高阻隔扭结包装膜,其特征在于:包括镀铝聚酯膜层,所述镀铝聚酯膜层一侧表面印刷设置有油墨层,另一侧表面贴合设置有镀二氧化硅聚酯膜层,所述油墨层表面设置有光油层;所述镀铝聚酯膜层的厚度为12um~19um,所述油墨层的厚度为1um,所述镀二氧化硅聚酯膜层的厚度为12um。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述镀二氧化硅聚酯膜层与镀铝聚酯膜层通过胶黏剂相互连接。
本发明与现有技术相比,优点在于:本发明产品的镀铝聚酯膜的镀铝面印刷油墨后涂布高粘光油,在包扎糖果时有利于扭结定型,而镀二氧化硅聚酯薄膜由于具有高阻隔性能,可以更好地提升内容物的货架期,同时由于是镀二氧化硅聚酯面与包装内容物接触,卫生性能有了很大的保障。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,包括光油层1、油墨层2、镀铝聚酯膜层3、胶黏剂4、镀二氧化硅聚酯膜层5等。
如图1所示,本发明一种高阻隔扭结包装膜,包括镀铝聚酯膜层3,所述镀铝聚酯膜层3一侧表面印刷设置有油墨层2,另一侧表面贴合设置有镀二氧化硅聚酯膜层5,所述油墨层2表面设置有光油层1;所述镀铝聚酯膜层3的厚度为12um~19um,所述油墨层2的厚度为1um,所述镀二氧化硅聚酯膜层5的厚度为12um。
所述镀二氧化硅聚酯膜层5与镀铝聚酯膜层3通过胶黏剂4相互连接。
本发明产的生产制作过程如下:将镀铝聚酯膜层3上先印刷一层油墨层2,镀铝聚酯膜层3的厚度为12um~19um,油墨层2的厚度为1um,然后常温固化24小时,最后在油墨层2表面涂布一层光油层1,与镀二氧化硅聚酯膜层5复合在一起,其中镀铝聚酯膜层3的厚度选为12μm能够实现最佳效果,镀二氧化硅聚酯薄膜的厚度为12um。

1.一种高阻隔扭结包装膜,其特征在于:包括镀铝聚酯膜层(3),所述镀铝聚酯膜层(3)一侧表面印刷设置有油墨层(2),另一侧表面贴合设置有镀二氧化硅聚酯膜层(5),所述油墨层(2)表面设置有光油层(1);所述镀铝聚酯膜层(3)的厚度为12um~19um,所述油墨层(2)的厚度为1um,所述镀二氧化硅聚酯膜层(5)的厚度为12um。
2.如权利要求1所述的高阻隔扭结包装膜,其特征在于:所述镀二氧化硅聚酯膜层(5)与镀铝聚酯膜层(3)通过胶黏剂(4)相互连接。
