Abstract

本发明提供了一种挂面分切机的理杆装置，它是在链条上安装托杆，托杆把挑面杆托起，当遇到侧板上的凸耳时，如果挑面一定数量不够时，挑面杆就被凸耳挡下并滑落，在滑落时，挑面杆上残留的面头就会受到冲击并打碎，使面头从挑面杆上分离，完成清理，当挑面杆积累到一定数量时，被清理干净的挑面杆就会越过凸耳，进入存杆架，等待自动回杆，本发明结构简单、稳定，能有效的清理挑面杆上的面头，并自动排序挑面杆，为后续的挑面杆自动回杆装置提供条件，极大的降低了劳动成本。

本发明涉及食品包装机械领域，具体涉及一种挂面分切机的理杆装置。
背景技术
目前，在挂面生产工艺中，是把湿面条挂在挑面杆，吊挂进入烘房烘干后再切断，在切断的过程中，粘在挑面杆上的面头是切不掉的，如果不去掉这些残留的面头，则会影响挑面杆的回收再利用，因此必须人工把粘在挑面杆上的面头清理再回收，工人劳动量增大，且不利于挑面杆的自动回收再利用，本发明结构简单、稳定，能有效的清理挑面杆上的面头，并自动排序挑面杆，为后续的挑面杆自动回杆装置提供条件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是清理挑面杆上的残留面头，从而节约生产成本，提高生产效率。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的： 本发明所述的一种挂面分切机的理杆装置，它包括机架、传动轴、链条、拖杆、侧板、驱动机构，其特征在于所述传动轴上设有链轮，链轮驱动链条，所述链条上设有附件，所述拖杆的两头分别固定在两条链条的附件上，拖杆拖起挑面杆向上运动，当经过侧板上的凸出部时，因凸出部比拖杆略高，挑面杆会翻滚并滑落，所述侧板通过垫套和连接杆固定在机架上。
本发明所述的一种挂面分切机的理杆装置，其特征在于所述驱动机构包括链轮、电机座、电机，其中所述电机座固定在机架上，所述电机固定在电机座上，所述电机上设有链轮，链轮通过链条带动传动轴旋转。
本发明具有如下优点：本发明结构简单、稳定，能有效的清理挑面杆上的面头，并自动排序挑面杆，为后续的挑面杆自动回杆装置提供条件，极大的降低了劳动成本。

本发明所述的一种挂面分切机的理杆装置，它包括机架(1)、传动轴(2)、链条(3)、拖杆(4)、侧板(5)、驱动机构(6)，其特征在于所述传动轴(2)上设有链轮(9)，链轮(9)驱动链条(3)，所述链条(3)上设有附件(8)，所述拖杆(4)的两头分别固定在两条链条(3)的附件(8)上，拖杆(4)拖起挑面杆(10)向上运动，当经过侧板(5)上的凸出部时，因凸出部比拖杆(4)略高，挑面杆(10)会翻滚并滑落，所述侧板(5)通过垫套(13)和连接杆(14)固定在机架(1)上。
本发明所述的一种挂面分切机的理杆装置，其特征在于所述驱动机构包括链轮、电机座(11)、电机(12)，其中所述电机座(11)固定在机架(1)上，所述电机(12)固定在电机座(11)上，所述电机(12)上设有链轮，链轮通过链条带动传动轴(2)旋转。
本发明工作时，拖杆(4)拖起挑面杆(10)向上运动， 当经过侧板(5)上的凸出部时，因凸出部比拖杆(4)略高，挑面杆(10)会翻滚并滑落，这是挑面杆(10)上的面头因受到冲击就会断裂，从挑面杆(10)上分离，完成挑面杆(10)的清理，当挑面杆(10)达到一定数量时，完成清理的挑面杆(10)就会越过侧板(5)的凸出部，进入存杆架(7)，等待回收。
