本发明公开了一种双面覆膜注塑工艺,包括以下步骤:a、准备好透明的表层胶膜和底层胶膜;b、在表层胶膜和底层胶膜印制设计好的图案,并将表层胶膜和底层胶膜加工成设定形状;c、将表层胶膜及底层胶膜放置在模具内并定位;d、注塑,将透明的塑胶填充到表层胶膜和底层胶膜之间;e、冷却,开模。采用上述步骤的本发明通过在表层胶膜和底层胶膜内侧印制图案,并在二者之间填充塑胶,达到表层胶膜和底层胶膜双层组成的印刷图案相互叠加,形成深邃的视觉效果,且表层胶膜和底层胶膜双面覆膜结构,形成变形力的平衡,减少产品变形和翘曲。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种双面覆膜注塑工艺。
背景技术
现有的膜片注塑工艺一般采用通过在单片胶膜上印制图案后进行注塑,此种工艺注塑出来的成品色层单一,不具有立体感,不能满足客户对体验感越来越高的要求,为此有必要对现有的注塑工艺进行结构上的改进设计。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种双面覆膜注塑工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种双面覆膜注塑工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、准备好透明的表层胶膜和底层胶膜;
b、在表层胶膜和底层胶膜印制设计好的图案,并将表层胶膜和底层胶膜加工成设定形状;
c、将表层胶膜及底层胶膜放置在模具内并定位;
d、注塑,将透明的塑胶填充到表层胶膜和底层胶膜之间;
e、冷却,开模。
所述步骤b中通过将表层胶膜和底层胶膜放入成型模具中加热冷却固化成型。
所述步骤c中通过在注塑模具中设置顶针顶压方式进行定位。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述步骤的本发明通过在表层胶膜和底层胶膜内侧印制图案,并在二者之间填充塑胶,达到表层胶膜和底层胶膜双层组成的印刷图案相互叠加,形成深邃的视觉效果,且表层胶膜和底层胶膜双面覆膜结构,形成变形力的平衡,减少产品变形和翘曲。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明是一种双面覆膜注塑工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、准备好透明的表层胶膜和底层胶膜;
b、在表层胶膜和底层胶膜印制设计好的图案,并将表层胶膜和底层胶膜加工成设定形状;
c、将表层胶膜及底层胶膜放置在模具内并定位;
d、注塑,将透明的塑胶填充到表层胶膜和底层胶膜之间;
e、冷却,开模。
步骤b中通过将表层胶膜和底层胶膜放入成型模具中加热冷却固化成型。
步骤c中通过在注塑模具中设置顶针顶压方式进行定位。
采用上述步骤的本发明通过在表层胶膜和底层胶膜内侧印制图案,并在二者之间填充塑胶,达到表层胶膜和底层胶膜双层组成的印刷图案相互叠加,形成深邃的视觉效果,且表层胶膜和底层胶膜双面覆膜结构,形成变形力的平衡,减少产品变形和翘曲。

Claims (3)

1.一种双面覆膜注塑工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、准备好透明的表层胶膜和底层胶膜;
b、在表层胶膜和底层胶膜印制设计好的图案,并将表层胶膜和底层胶膜加工成设定形状;
c、将表层胶膜及底层胶膜放置在模具内并定位;
d、注塑,将透明的塑胶填充到表层胶膜和底层胶膜之间;
e、冷却,开模。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双面覆膜注塑工艺,其特征在于所述步骤b中通过将表层胶膜和底层胶膜放入成型模具中加热冷却固化成型。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种双面覆膜注塑工艺,其特征在于所述步骤c中通过在注塑模具中设置顶针顶压方式进行定位。
