背景技术
头发是人类美容的第一要素,而脱发则是对容貌的最大损害 ,对自信心也是极大的打击,对人的心身健康有着极大的关系。目前对脱发的病因已有较全面的认识,治疗脱发的产品也不少,但是,或因药物组方不较完善和合理,或因制备工艺不够优良,或因剂型不利于充分发挥药物功效,使治疗普遍不能达到理想的效果。
发明内容
本发明人通过对传统中医药治疗脱发的深入研究 ,并对现代科学在脱发机理的认识上进行进一步探索,在传统中药炮制的启发下,采用现代生物发酵技术,经过反复试验、优选、改良,制得一种生发乌发的生物活性制剂,完成了本发明,本发明具有生发、乌发、美发的显著功效,用其洗头沐发,能有效阻止各种原因引起的脱发症状的发展,并有效促进生发,使头发更乌黑、光亮、润泽、柔韧,还能使头皮恢复良好健康状态,达到去头屑、止痕痒的效果,且产品所用原料天然、安全无毒副作用。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种生发乌发的生物活性制剂,由以下重量的原料制成:
(1)A组原料:何首乌80-100g、生地40-80g、当归20-60g、侧柏叶20-60g、墨旱莲20-60g;
(2)B组原料:嘉宝果20-60g、成熟桑椹果10-30g、未成熟番木瓜5-15g;
(3)C组原料:紫鹊界紫米2-6g、红茶10g、绿茶10g、红糖40-80g、纯净水2000g、
红茶菌母液160-240g;
(4)D组原料:百部10-50g、川椒4-10g、防风3-7g、蛇床子10-30g;
(5)E组原料:亚麻籽胶20-100g、食盐10-30g;
(6)F组原料:EM菌菌液20-40g;
一种生发乌发的生物活性制剂的制备方法,在采用上述重量的原料基础上,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将A组原料混合一起,用粉碎机粉碎成粗粒,装入发酵容器中,发酵容器的底部安装一个能排放液料的阀门,加入A组原料4倍重量的水,连同容器放入蒸汽锅内121℃高压蒸煮30分钟,冷却至55℃,备用;
(2)将B组原料中的嘉宝果和成熟桑椹果用无菌水冲洗干净,压烂,用100℃蒸汽蒸6分钟灭菌,加入到步骤(1)的发酵容器中与容器中冷却至55℃的原料混合,然后将B组原料中的未成熟番木瓜用无菌水冲洗干净,切碎,加入混合,将发酵容器密封,62℃恒温发酵48小时,冷却至30℃,得发酵物;
(3)在C组原料中,先将红茶、绿茶、红糖与纯净水一起煮沸15分钟,100目过滤去渣,滤得的茶叶红糖水装入锥形玻璃瓶中,然后将紫鹊界紫米粉碎成末粉后加入,煮沸,冷却至30℃,加入红茶菌母液,12层经灭菌处理的纱布封瓶口,恒温30℃发酵至PH3.6-3.8,得红茶菌发酵物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的红茶菌发酵物加入至步骤(2)的发酵容器中,与步骤(2)的发酵物混合,用14层经灭菌处理的纱布封住发酵容器的开口处,30℃恒温发酵3天,打开发酵容器底部的排液阀门,通过装有200目滤网的洁净漏斗,使发酵液流入一个经灭菌处理的洁净容器内,待发酵液基本流完后,用7000g无菌水从容器上方注入,将发酵物冲洗一次,充分收取发酵余液,待冲洗得到的发酵余液基本流完时,将装有发酵液和发酵余液的洁净容器密封,2-8℃冷藏备用;
(5)将D组原料混合,用粉碎机粉碎成粗粒粉状,121℃蒸汽蒸5分钟,冷却至40℃,加入D组原料2.5倍重量的60度米酒,密封,38-40℃恒温浸泡6天,200目过滤去除药渣,得药酒液;(6)将E组原料加25倍重量的水溶解,煮沸5分钟,冷却至30℃,得含盐胶体液;
(7)将步骤(4)所得的发酵液和发酵余液与步骤(5)所得的药酒液混合,然后加入步骤(6)所得的含盐胶体液搅拌均匀,添加无菌水定重量至15kg,搅拌均匀,经均质机25-30MPa压力均质后,加入F组原料的EM菌菌液,搅拌均匀后灌装、封口,3-8℃冷藏保存,制得一种生发乌发的生物活性制剂,可采用涂搽头皮或洗头沐发的方式使用,也可内服。
本发明中各原料的作用:
何首乌:为中药材,味甘、苦,性温。入肝、肾经 ,功能养血益肝、固精益肾、乌发、降血脂。
生地:为中药材,味甘、苦,性凉。入心 、肝、脾、肺经。功能清热凉血、养阴生津、润燥。
当归:为中药材,味甘、辛,性温。入肝、心、脾经。功能补血活血、润肠通便。
侧柏叶:为中药材,味苦,性寒。入肺 、肝、脾经。功能凉血止血、乌须发、祛风湿。
墨旱莲:为中药材,味甘、酸 ,性寒。入肝、肾经。功能凉血、补肾、益阴、乌须发。
嘉宝果:为桃金娘科常绿灌木嘉宝果植物的成熟果实 ,果皮呈紫色,含丰富的花色素,果肉多汁,气味芬芳,含丰富及多种营养物质。
成熟桑椹果:为桑科植物桑的成熟果穗,多汁 ,紫红色,所含营养物质非常丰富,有补益肝肾、滋阴养血、息风、乌发功能。
未成熟番木瓜:番木瓜又称木瓜、万寿果,味甘 ,性平,有舒筋通络作用。未成熟的番木瓜含丰富的蛋白酶。
紫鹊界紫米:为产自中国湖南省新化县紫鹊界梯田的一种紫色稻米 ,又称紫鹊界贡米,已获国家地理标志认证的粮食产品。有补肾、健脾暖肝、明目、养血活血的功效。紫鹊界紫米为稀有的碱性稻米品种。
红茶:含丰富茶黄素、茶红素、有消脂降血糖作用,对红茶菌繁殖生长有促进作用。
绿茶:绿茶保留了丰富的叶绿素、茶多酚、咖啡碱、维生素等天然物质,有防衰老、抗辐射、降血脂功能,对红茶菌繁殖生长有促进作用。
红糖:为甘蔗原汁熬制的红褐色原糖,含丰富营养成份 ,对红茶菌繁殖生长有重要的提供营养和促进生长作用。
百部:为中药材,味甘、苦,性微温。入肺经。功能散瘀止痛 、解毒消肿、润肺止咳、杀虫灭虱、治皮肤疥癣湿疹。
川椒:为中药材,味辛、麻,性温。入脾、胃、肾经。功能温中止痛、杀虫止痒。
防风:为中药材,味辛、甘,性温。入膀胱、肝、脾经。功能祛风解毒、祛湿止痛、解痉、止痒、抗过敏。
蛇床子:为中药材,味辛、苦 ,性温。入肾经。功能散寒温肾、除湿止痒、灭菌消炎、抗过敏。
亚麻籽胶:为胡麻子植物提取的一种天然亲水可食用胶体 ,具有乳化性能化异、黏度大、保湿性好、耐酸碱能力较强、解毒、爽滑的特点。
食盐:有消炎、止痒、去头屑作用。
EM菌菌液:为一种益生菌混合菌液 ,由日本琉球大学的比嘉照教授于1982年研究成功,80年代投入市场。具发酵分解多种物质的能力,能强力抑杀病原微生物和有害物质。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)引起脱发的因素很多、很复杂,如脂溢、病毒细菌、有害化学品、空气污染、有害辐射、染烫发损害、营养失衡或障碍、肥胖、遗传、情绪等,但本发明人经研究分析认为,无论是什么因素致病,其最终结果就是导致毛囊损害或堵塞,使头发无法获得正常的营养供给而枯萎,以致脱落,就如植物失去水土的滋养一样,因此,在消除致病因素的同时,关键是疏通毛囊、活化毛囊细胞,并补充良好的营养,使落发重生、枯发再荣。中医经典《黄帝内经》叙述:“肾者,主蛰,封藏之本,精之处也,其华在发、其充在骨,……”,“肺主皮毛”,“肝主藏血”,“发为血之余”。还有中医认为“血热则生风”,“治风先治血,血行风自灭”,风性燥,会令肤痒而发枯,因此,血液能否良好地循环到发根是关键所在,而血液的良好循环状态又需要臓腑具有良好的生理协调、平衡功能这样一种健康状态来支持的,因此,治疗脱发必须内外兼顾,标本兼治。明白了脱发的致病机理,就必须采用相应的治法和方剂,本发明以调补臓腑养血、活血通络、祛风止痒、灭菌消炎、灭虱、润燥、生物活化、再生为法,采用何首乌养血益肝、固精益肾、降血脂以调补肝肾,以当归补血活血润燥,配合生地凉血、养阴、润燥,使血旺而又和畅,以资生发之源,侧柏叶入肺经而凉血、祛风、乌须发以助气血输达皮毛,墨旱莲入肝肾经以益阴血而增强乌发功效,成熟桑椹果富含花色素、抗氧化、补益肝肾、养血息风而乌发,尤其是本发明人试验发现,嘉宝果发酵物有非常显著的润发、乌发效果,可能与其所含丰富的营养物质和花色素有关。又利用紫鹊界紫米铁、锌、维生素B含量高,对毛发有很好的滋养作用。还以百部、川椒、防风、蛇床子加强灭菌、灭虱、祛风、止痒作用,以达到祛邪目的,这样才能有利于恢复头发正常生态环境,有利于头发对营养的吸收。
(2)本发明先将A组原料粉碎后加水高压蒸煮,进行初步的提取,并同时灭菌目的,再利用B组原料的生物酵素作用,使A组原料的有效成份通过发酵分解而有效释放,保持并更活化了生物活性,令药理效果更显著;
(3)一般的红茶菌制作都是用茶叶和红糖制作发酵营养基液,本发明加入紫鹊界紫米,由于紫鹊界紫米为碱性,能缓冲红茶菌发酵的产酸,对红花菌繁殖更有利,更重要的创新是传统中医乌发名方剂《七宝美髯丹》中,何首乌的炮制方法是用米泔水浸三四日后加黑豆九蒸九晒而成,过程复杂繁重,耗时长,本发明利用紫鹊界紫米经红茶菌发酵后再与何首乌一起发酵,既起到酒制的效果,又使熟化反应更理想,紫米所含的紫色素及维生素B与首乌配合,产生更强的乌发、生发促进效果,又简化了工艺,亦是对传统中药炮制方法的一种创新;
(4)为保持发酵产物的生物活性,应当避免发酵后的高温灭菌工艺,但不灭菌又难以保持产品不变质,本发明在工艺后期加入EM菌菌液混合,然后灌装封口,利用EM菌强大的抑制有害菌、保鲜保质功能,使产品能长时间贮存,还同时提高组方的灭菌生新作用,尤其是活化毛囊细胞起到很好的增效作用。
(5)制备步骤(7)中的高压均质能使物料分子更微细化,达到纳米级,加上发酵的分解作用使功能成份分解成小分子物质,大大增强了对皮肤的渗透能力。亚麻籽胶又有利于乳化和粘附保持,食盐也能增强对皮肤的亲和力;
(6)红茶菌的发酵掌握在PH3.6-3.8之间,不宜过酸,只有这样,产品的最终PH才最有利于活化皮肤和头发生机,达到去旧生新的作用;
(7)D组原料采用酒浸提取,提取物对灭菌灭虱力更强,祛风止痒作用也最好;
(8)本发明最大特点是通过生物酶解及微生物再发酵,使组方原料的有效功能成份产生充分的反应、协同、增效效果,具有很强的生物活性,比其它剂型更具活性和药理效果,尤其在提高渗透力、活化皮肤和毛囊细胞、去腐生新、促进生机蓬勃方面效果卓越,并有类似脂质体一样的渗透力和亲和力的功能,但比脂质体更为稳定,易于保质和保存,且工艺和设备更为简单、易操作;
(9)本发明所采用的原料都是为可食用原料,因此,具有天然、安全的优势,无论外用、内服都具有显著生发、乌发、美发功能,并能同时消除各种致病的内外因素,祛邪扶正,标本兼治,更直达病所,因此能治疗各种原因的脱发及其相关病症,内服兼外用,效果更卓著,由于组方严谨,配合周密全面,功能协调增效,并通过工艺的配合,才能使产品功效获得显著的提高,是一组创新的高效组方和一项进步的炮制工艺。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
[实施例。
优选地,一种生发乌发的生物活性制剂的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将首乌90g、生地60g、当归40g、侧柏叶40 g、墨旱莲40g混合一起,用粉碎机粉碎成粗粒,装入发酵容器中,发酵容器的底部安装一个能排放液料的阀门,加入1080g的水,连同容器放入蒸汽锅内121℃高压蒸煮30分钟,冷却至55℃,备用;
(2)将嘉宝果40g和成熟桑椹果20g用无菌水冲洗干净,压烂,用100℃蒸汽蒸6分钟灭菌,加入到步骤(1)的发酵容器中与容器中冷却至55℃的原料混合,然后将未成熟番木瓜10g用无菌水冲洗干净,切碎,加入混合,将发酵容器密封,62℃恒温发酵48小时,冷却至30℃,得发酵物;
(3)先将红茶10g、绿茶10g、红糖60g与纯净水2000g一起煮沸15分钟,100目过滤去渣,滤得的茶叶红糖水装入锥形玻璃瓶中,然后将紫鹊界紫米4g粉碎成米粉后加入,煮沸,冷却至30℃,加入红茶菌母液,12层经灭菌处理的纱布封瓶口,恒温30℃发酵至PH3.6-3.8,得红茶菌发酵物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的红茶菌发酵物加入至步骤(2)的发酵容器中,与步骤(2)的发酵物混合,用14层经灭菌处理的纱布封住发酵容器的开口处,30℃恒温发酵3天,打开发酵容器底部的排液阀门,通过装有200目滤网的洁净漏斗,使发酵液流入一个经灭菌处理的洁净容器内,待发酵液基本流完后,用7000g无菌水从容器上方注入,将发酵物冲洗一次,充分收取发酵余液,待冲洗得到的发酵余液基本流完时,将装有发酵液和发酵余液的洁净容器密封,2-8℃冷藏备用;
(5)将百部30g、川椒7g、防风5g、蛇床子20g混合,用粉碎机粉碎成粗粒粉状,121℃蒸汽蒸5分钟,冷却至40℃,加入105g的60度米酒,密封,38-40℃恒温浸泡6天,200目过滤去除药渣,得药酒液;(6)将亚麻籽胶60g、食盐20g加1500g的水溶解,煮沸5分钟,冷却至30℃,得含盐胶体液;
(7)将步骤(4)所得的发酵液和发酵余液与步骤(5)所得的药酒液混合,然后加入步骤(6)所得的含盐胶体液搅拌均匀,添加无菌水定重量至15kg,搅拌均匀,经均质机25-30MPa压力均质后,加入EM菌菌液30g,搅拌均匀后灌装、封口,3-8℃冷藏保存,制得一种生发乌发的生物活性制剂,可采用涂搽头皮或洗头沐发的方式使用,也可内服。
应用例1:谭某,男,48岁,体胖 ,溢脂性脱发,头顶只剩稀疏头发,洗头后用上述本发明制品湿润头皮和头发,半小时后用清水冲洗,并每天内服本发明制品2次,每次20g,9天显效,3个月后头发大量长出,患者身心得以康复,喜形于色。
应用例2:林某,女,39岁,体瘦,面色晄白,唇淡,舌体胖 ,脉沉弱,头发枯黄稀疏,予上述本发明制品洗头后淋沐,并每天内服3次,每次20g,1个月后发质有明显改善,3个月后头发明显黑亮、茂密,嘴唇有些红润,神情喜悦。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的较佳实施方式 ,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制,本发明专利的保护范围以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (1)
1.一种生发乌发的生物活性制剂,其特征在于:由以下重量的原料制成:
(1)A组原料:
何首乌 80-100g
生地 40-80g
当归 20-60g
侧柏叶 20-60g
墨旱莲 20-60g;
(2)B组原料:
嘉宝果 20-60g
成熟桑椹果 10-30g
未成熟番木瓜 5-15g;
(3)C组原料:
紫鹊界紫米 2-6g
红茶 10g
绿茶 10g
红糖 40-80g
纯净水 2000g
红茶菌母液 160-240g;
(4)D组原料:
百部 10-50g
川椒 4-10g
防风 3-7g
蛇床子 10-30g;
(5)E组原料:
亚麻籽胶 20-100g
食盐 10-30g;
(6)F组原料:
EM菌菌液 20-40g;
其制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将A组原料混合一起,用粉碎机粉碎成粗粒,装入发酵容器中,发酵容器的底部安装一个能排放液料的阀门,加入A组原料4倍重量的水,连同容器放入蒸汽锅内121℃高压蒸煮30分钟,冷却至55℃,备用;
(2)将B组原料中的嘉宝果和成熟桑椹果用无菌水冲洗干净,压烂,用100℃蒸汽蒸6分钟灭菌,加入到步骤(1)的发酵容器中与容器中冷却至55℃的原料混合,然后将B组原料中的未成熟番木瓜用无菌水冲洗干净,切碎,加入混合,将发酵容器密封,62℃恒温发酵48小时,冷却至30℃,得发酵物;
(3)在C组原料中,先将红茶、绿茶、红糖与纯净水一起煮沸15分钟,100目过滤去渣,滤得的茶叶红糖水装入锥形玻璃瓶中,然后将紫鹊界紫米粉碎成末粉后加入,煮沸,冷却至30℃,加入红茶菌母液,12层经灭菌处理的纱布封瓶口,恒温30℃发酵至PH3.6-3.8,得红茶菌发酵物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的红茶菌发酵物加入至步骤(2)的发酵容器中,与步骤(2)的发酵物混合,用14层经灭菌处理的纱布封住发酵容器的开口处,30℃恒温发酵3天,打开发酵容器底部的排液阀门,通过装有200目滤网的洁净漏斗,使发酵液流入一个经灭菌处理的洁净容器内,待发酵液基本流完后,用7000g无菌水从容器上方注入,将发酵物冲洗一次,充分收取发酵余液,待冲洗得到的发酵余液基本流完时,将装有发酵液和发酵余液的洁净容器密封,2-8℃冷藏备用;
(5)将D组原料混合,用粉碎机粉碎成粗粒粉状,121℃蒸汽蒸5分钟,冷却至40℃,加入D组原料2.5倍重量的60度米酒,密封,38-40℃恒温浸泡6天,200目过滤去除药渣,得药酒液;(6)将E组原料加25倍重量的水溶解,煮沸5分钟,冷却至30℃,得含盐胶体液;
(7)将步骤(4)所得的发酵液和发酵余液与步骤(5)所得的药酒液混合,然后加入步骤(6)所得的含盐胶体液搅拌均匀,添加无菌水定重量至15kg,搅拌均匀,经均质机25-30MPa压力均质后,加入F组原料的EM菌菌液,搅拌均匀后灌装、封口,3-8℃冷藏保存,制得一种生发乌发的生物活性制剂,可采用涂搽头皮或洗头沐发的方式使用,也可内服。
