技术领域
本发明主要用于大型管道关闭阀门使用。
背景技术
 我单位投入使用的发电机组循环冷却水系统中,一旦循环水泵故障或停电,循环水泵不能工作,处于屋顶的高位水池热水会通过大直径回水管迅速灌满地下水池,淹没水泵房,并波及附近一层的房间,需要有一种能在循环水泵故障或停电时能迅速切断大直径回水管里的水流,阻止屋顶高位水池的水下泄。 
发明内容
本发明解决了上述问题,它主要由阀体A(1),阀体B(2),球形阀芯(3),传动杆(4),半圆形叶片(5),螺栓螺母(6),密封条(7),嵌固槽(8),轴承(9),法兰盘(10),传动装置(11)组成;阀体A(1)的左右两端有法兰盘(10),阀体B(2)的左右两端有法兰盘(10),阀体A(1)的右端法兰盘(10)通过螺栓螺母(6)与阀体B(2)的左法兰盘(10)相连,将阀体A(1)、阀体B(2)连接成整个阀体,阀体上下端固定有轴承(9),传动杆(4)的下端固定在阀体下部的轴承(9)的轴套内,传动杆(4)的上端穿过阀体上部的轴承(9)的轴套并与轴承(9)的轴套固定,传动杆(4)的上端与传动装置(11)的齿轮(12)固定,球形阀芯(3)在阀体内并与传动杆(4)固定,半圆形叶片(5)的上下端与球形阀芯(3)的上下内侧焊接,半圆形叶片(5)的右端与传动杆(4)焊接,半圆形叶片(5)的方向垂直于球形阀芯(3)的开口面,嵌固槽(8)固定在阀体B(2)的内侧面上,密封条(7)嵌固在嵌固槽(8)内;传动装置(11)由齿轮(12),条形齿(13),储能弹簧(14),导向杆(15),底架(16),锁扣装置(17)组成,底架(16)与阀体上表面固定,储能弹簧(14)一端与底架(16)的左侧固定,另一端与条形齿(13)的左端固定,条形齿(13)有孔(23),导向杆(15)的杆身穿过条形齿(13)的孔(23),条形齿(13)可以沿导向杆(15)的杆身左右滑动,导向杆(15)的左右两个杆脚与底架(16)固定,齿轮(12)与传动杆(4)的上端固定,齿轮(12)的转动带动传动杆(4)转动,条形齿(13)的齿与齿轮(12)的齿相互对应,条形齿(13)的齿水平运动可以带动齿轮(12)转动;锁扣装置(17)由锁舌(18),锁舌腔(19),弹簧(20),电磁阀(21),电磁阀阀杆(22)组成,锁舌(18),弹簧(20)均安装在锁舌腔(19)内,弹簧(20)的上端与锁舌(18)的下端固定,弹簧(20)的下端与锁舌腔(19)的内底面固定,电磁阀(21)及锁舌腔(19)均与底架(16)固定,电磁阀(21)的电源线和循环水泵的电源线串连,循环水泵断电停止工作时,电磁阀(21)同时断电,电磁阀(21)在通电的情况下,将电磁阀阀杆(22)向前推动,将锁舌(18)推出锁舌腔(19)外并带动弹簧(20)伸长,电磁阀(21)在断电的情况下,电磁阀阀杆(22)失去推力,弹簧(20)回缩,带动锁舌(18)回缩至锁舌腔(19)内。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
首先说明本发明隔断水流的工作原理:参见图1,阀体A(1)的左端法兰盘(10)通过螺栓螺母(6)与上游大直径管道相连,阀体A(1)的右端法兰盘(10)通过螺栓螺母(6)与阀体B(2)的左法兰盘(10)相连,将阀体A(1)、阀体B(2)连接成整个阀体,阀体B(2)的右端法兰盘(10)通过螺栓螺母(6)与下游大直径管道相连,整个阀体与管道连接完成,一般来说,阀体组装在工厂进行,阀体与管道连接在施工现场进行。参见图2、图3、图4、图5、图6,当阀门完全开启时,球形阀芯(3)的开口方向正好对准大直径管道的管道口,当然半圆形叶片(5)的方向垂直于大直径管道的管道口,球形阀芯(3)的过水面积略大于大直径管道的截面面积,故本发明在开启状态下,不会对整个管道形成管阻,这是本发明的优点之一;当阀门开始关闭时,球形阀芯(3)顺时针旋转,半圆形叶片(5)也随着顺时针旋转,旋转角度越大,半圆形叶片(5)承受水流的冲击面积越大,这样可以帮助阀门快速关闭,同时也弥补了储能弹簧(14)在弹簧回弹时,推力减小的缺陷,这是本发明的最大优点;当球形阀芯(3)转到90度后,球形阀芯(3)的左侧挡水面将来水完全挡住,球形阀芯(3)的右侧挡水面紧贴密封条(7),将水完全隔住,完成止水功能。需说明:球形阀芯(3)在整个转动过程中,只与密封条(7)接触而产生摩擦力,与传统的球阀相比,大大减小了摩擦力,这也是本发明的优点之一。
本发明的具体实施方式是:本发明在通水状态,球形阀芯(3)处于开启状态,储能弹簧(14)处于压缩的储能状态,电磁阀(21)处于通电状态,电磁阀阀杆(22)将锁舌(18)顶出锁舌腔(19)外,锁舌(18)将条形齿(13)卡住,弹簧(20)处于伸长状态;当循环冷却水系统的循环水泵因停电故障不能正常工作时,电磁阀(21)断电,电磁阀阀杆(22)失去推力,弹簧(20)回缩,将锁舌(18)拉回锁舌腔(19),条形齿(13)失去约束,储能弹簧(14)回弹,推动条形齿(13)向右做直线运动,条形齿(13)的齿带动齿轮(12)转动从而带动传动杆(4)转动,传动杆(4)带动球形阀芯(3)转动至关闭状态,完成关闭阀门动作,导向杆(15)的杆身有定位挡板,当条形齿(13)运动到阀门关闭状态时,导向杆(15)的定位挡板阻止条形齿(13)进一步向右运动;当循环冷却水系统的循环水泵排除故障需重新工作时,阀门需重新开启,首先用专用工具将条形齿(13)向左推并带动球形阀芯(3)至开启状态,储能弹簧(14)被压缩处于储能状态,将电磁阀(21)通电,电磁阀(21)将电磁阀阀杆(22)顶出,电磁阀阀杆(22)将锁舌(18)顶出,锁舌(18)将条形齿(13)卡住,这时弹簧(20)处于伸长状态,传动装置(11)又重新回到断电关阀的待命状态。

1. 大直径管道断电关闭阀,其特征是:它主要由阀体A(1),阀体B(2),球形阀芯(3),传动杆(4),半圆形叶片(5),螺栓螺母(6),密封条(7),嵌固槽(8),轴承(9),法兰盘(10),传动装置(11)组成;阀体A(1)的左右两端有法兰盘(10),阀体B(2)的左右两端有法兰盘(10),阀体A(1)的右端法兰盘(10)通过螺栓螺母(6)与阀体B(2)的左法兰盘(10)相连,将阀体A(1)、阀体B(2)连接成整个阀体,阀体上下端固定有轴承(9),传动杆(4)的下端固定在阀体下部的轴承(9)的轴套内,传动杆(4)的上端穿过阀体上部的轴承(9)的轴套并与轴承(9)的轴套固定,传动杆(4)的上端与传动装置(11)的齿轮(12)固定,球形阀芯(3)在阀体内并与传动杆(4)固定,半圆形叶片(5)的上下端与球形阀芯(3)的上下内侧焊接,半圆形叶片(5)的右端与传动杆(4)焊接,半圆形叶片(5)的方向垂直于球形阀芯(3)的开口面,嵌固槽(8)固定在阀体B(2)的内侧面上,密封条(7)嵌固在嵌固槽(8)内;传动装置(11)由齿轮(12),条形齿(13),储能弹簧(14),导向杆(15),底架(16),锁扣装置(17)组成,底架(16)与阀体上表面固定,储能弹簧(14)一端与底架(16)的左侧固定,另一端与条形齿(13)的左端固定,条形齿(13)有孔(23),导向杆(15)的杆身穿过条形齿(13)的孔(23),条形齿(13)可以沿导向杆(15)的杆身左右滑动,导向杆(15)的左右两个杆脚与底架(16)固定,齿轮(12)与传动杆(4)的上端固定,齿轮(12)的转动带动传动杆(4)转动,条形齿(13)的齿与齿轮(12)的齿相互对应,条形齿(13)的齿水平运动可以带动齿轮(12)转动;锁扣装置(17)由锁舌(18),锁舌腔(19),弹簧(20),电磁阀(21),电磁阀阀杆(22)组成,锁舌(18),弹簧(20)均安装在锁舌腔(19)内,弹簧(20)的上端与锁舌(18)的下端固定,弹簧(20)的下端与锁舌腔(19)的内底面固定,电磁阀(21)及锁舌腔(19)均与底架(16)固定,电磁阀(21)的电源线和循环水泵的电源线串连,循环水泵断电停止工作时,电磁阀(21)同时断电,电磁阀(21)在通电的情况下,将电磁阀阀杆(22)向前推动,将锁舌(18)推出锁舌腔(19)外并带动弹簧(20)伸长,电磁阀(21)在断电的情况下,电磁阀阀杆(22)失去推力,弹簧(20)回缩,带动锁舌(18)回缩至锁舌腔(19)。
