Abstract
一种接地系统,它包括一个箱形外壳,外壳里面在沿底部从两侧边缘向内伸展的支撑板上纵向地装设导轨。导轨上面有向上凸起的接地隆起体。在空调器主体装入箱形外壳的时候,接地隆起体将空调器主体基座上的油漆涂层剥除掉使空调器主体与箱形外壳能够金属体与金属体相对而达到电气上的相互接触。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于窗式空调器的接地装置,具体说涉及的是一种接地系统,即在空调器外壳底面的两侧边缘处做出至少一个接地的隆起体,当空调器主体被装进外壳的时候,使得空调器的外壳底面直接接地。
空调器通常是利用致冷循环冷却室内空气的。致冷循环包括一套压缩式的致冷机。致冷剂由压缩机在高温高压状态下加以压缩,在冷凝器内由鼓风机强制冷却使之液化,再经过毛细管使之减压,然后在蒸发器内被气化时吸收了室内空气中的热量。此时,由鼓风机吸入的室内空气经过蒸发器得到冷却,然后排入室内。
这种窗式空调器通常由一个箱形外壳10(如图1和图3所示),装有蒸发器的仓室(在室内一侧)和装有压缩机与冷凝器的仓室(在室外一侧)以及分隔开各个仓室的壁板等部分组成。外壳10包括前面的面板20,面板20上有吸进室内空气的进风孔21和向室内排放进行了热交换的空气的出风孔22。
另一方面,一般的窗式空调器利用致冷剂使室内空气在蒸发器内进行热交换的办法,降低房间的温度,室内空气中的水分由于结雾现象而凝结。尤其在湿度高的夏季,由蒸发器凝结的水分大量增加,使得电气绝缘性能恶化,供给压缩机的电流通过电气接点发生泄漏。接着,空调器的电气装置与外壳之间短路产生泄漏电流。
为了防止这种电气泄漏的发生,普通的空调器都设有独立的接地线,或者使用各种不同的金属连接件来保持空调器的外壳和其它部件的接地。
通常的接地装置包括连接件。如图1、图2和图3中的“A”所示,接地装置由以下部件构成:在外壳10的侧壁上做出连接孔11,在连接孔11的周边装入垫圈41,用连接件40将空调器主体的基座30和外壳10联接成为一体。这样,只要外壳10被接地,它与空调器主体的基座30在电气上就被连接在一起了。
空调器接地装置的典型范例披露在日本实用新型公开说明书No.60-4826内。接地装置包括一条接地线,它可拆卸地连接在电气接线盒与外壳之间,以便空调器接地。
但是,先前的接地装置都有诸如所需部件数量多,组装和拆卸工作麻烦,制造费用大等问题。
为了解决这些问题,克服原先工艺上的缺点,本发明的目的就是要提供一种便于空调器主体与外壳的组装和拆卸、并简化空调器接地的窗式空调器接地系统。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种由于结构简单而使造价减低的窗式空调器接地系统。
为实现上述发明目的,根据本发明提供一种窗式空调器的接地系统,包括:一个包装空调器主体的箱形外壳;其特征在于:一个装在上述箱形外壳底板上由两侧向内伸展的支撑板;至少一条在上述支撑板上面纵向伸展的、截面呈半球形状的导轨;多个在上述导轨上形成的、呈尖头接点形状的接地隆起体。
本发明包括:在外壳底板的两侧边缘设置导轨,导轨的顶部有接地的隆起体,接地隆起体在空调器主体装入外壳时将主体基座底面上的油漆涂层剥除掉,因而使得空调器主体的金属部分能够与外壳的金属部分相接触,空调器在此处接地。
下面参照附图对本发明的一种实施例加以说明。附图包括:

窗式空调器一般由一个箱形的外壳10和空调器主体29组成。空调器主体29包括室内部分(内装蒸发器)和室外部分(内装压缩机和冷凝器)。箱形外壳10包括面板20,面板上有吸入室内空气的进风孔21和向室内排放通过蒸发器进行了热交换的空气的出风孔22。
另一方面,本发明的接地系统包括一个如图4所示的箱形外壳10,外壳10里面沿着由外壳两侧向里伸展的支撑板12纵向地装有导轨13。导轨13以半球的形状向上胀起,使得空调器主体29能够沿纵向方向在导轨上前后移动,与空调器主体基座30的底面32相接触,可拆卸地装进箱形外壳10内。
按照本发明,接地系统装备有隆起体14,使得导轨13的上部顶端明显地凸起一定的高度。
所以,本发明的接地系统能使组装空调器获得如下效果:
首先,包括室内部分和室外部分的空调器主体29放置在箱形外壳10的支撑板12上面组成的导轨13之上。空调器主体29沿导轨13移动被推向箱形外壳10的后部,其底面32上的油漆涂层被尖锐的隆起体14切割剥除。此时,空调器主体基座30的金属体与箱形外壳10的金属体相接触,这样就使得空调器主体29与箱形外壳10之间形成电气接触,因而使得空调器可以容易地被接地,在以冷却工序运行时可使泄漏电流被导入大地。而且,在导轨13之上相隔一定间距适当地做出多个接地隆起体14,从而得到可靠的电气接触。
因此,本发明使得在箱形外壳10底面两侧伸展的导轨13上形成的接地隆起体14能将空调器主体基座与箱形外壳在电气上加以连接,从而使泄漏电流轻易地得以接地。如此简单的结构形式简化了空调器主体与外壳的组装和拆卸工作,并且降低了接地系统的生产费用。
Claims (3)
1.窗式空调器的接地系统,包括:
一个包装空调器主体的箱形外壳;其特征在于:
一个装在上述箱形外壳底板上由两侧向内伸展的支撑板;
至少一条在上述支撑板上面纵向伸展的、截面呈半球形状的导轨;
多个在上述导轨上形成的、呈尖头接点形状的接地隆起体。
2.如权利要求1所述之窗式空调器接地系统,其特征在于:
上述接地隆起体利用在上述空调器主体沿着上述导轨装入上述箱形外壳的时候,将上述空调器主体基座底面油漆涂层剥除掉的方法,使得上述空调器主体能与上述箱形外壳相接触。
3.如权利要求1所述之窗式空调器接地系统,其特征在于:在上述导轨之上相隔一定间距做出多个上述接地隆起体。
