一种捆葱模具。打开模具卡锁，翻开模具盖，将大葱齐放在挤压版上，当大葱数量放置的高度位于挡板的顶端时，盖上模具盖，扣紧卡锁，按压伸缩压杆，将其挡在档杆柱下方，大葱收到挤压体积会减小、定型，通过提前铺在挤压板上的绳子，把大葱上中下的捆起来，捆好后，松开伸缩压杆，打开卡锁，打开模具盖，将挡板挡柱调开，展开右侧挡板，取出捆好的大葱。

本发明涉及模具领域，特别是一种能够捆葱的模具。
背景技术
在目前菜农来说，大葱，在销售到蔬菜批发市场时，散装销售，价格会比捆装便宜很多，而菜农又无法将大葱捆装到批发指定的程度，这样，大葱会卖的很便宜。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种捆葱的模具，从而使菜农将大葱捆装批发。
为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种捆葱的模具，该模具是由挡板、模具盖、挡板挡柱、伸缩压杆、挤压版、档杆柱、卡锁、滑轮顶杆、伸缩拉线、杠杆拉点、活动轴、模具架和万向链接组成。打开模具卡锁，翻开模具盖，将大葱齐放在挤压版上，当大葱数量放置的高度位于挡板的顶端时，盖上模具盖，扣紧卡锁，按压伸缩压杆，将其挡在档杆柱下方，大葱收到挤压体积会减小、定型，通过提前铺在挤压板上的绳子，把大葱上中下的捆起来，捆好后，松开伸缩压杆，打开卡锁，打开模具盖，将挡板挡柱调开，展开右侧挡板，取出捆好的大葱，如图8所示，方便使用，易于成捆。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明是由挡板1、模具盖2、挡板挡柱3、伸缩压杆4、挤压版5、档杆柱6、卡锁7、滑轮顶杆8、伸缩拉线9、杠杆拉点10、活动轴11、模具架12、万向链接13组成。该捆葱模具架的模具盖2上装有卡锁7，卡锁7的链接方式如图6所示；卡锁架固定在模具盖2上，推拉卡锁7，用来固定模具盖2与挡板1的链接，在模具盖2的左侧，位置如图2所示，链接在第一档板1和第3挡板1的左侧，起到模具盖2的翻盖作用，链接方式如图5所示；在右侧的第二挡板1处，装有挡板挡3柱，通过调节挡板挡住3，如图7所示；可以使右侧挡板1从模具架12侧转展开，同时，由于万向链接13，伸缩压杆4也可展开，如图2所示；在模具架12内部，装有两根活动轴11，活动轴11上有滑轮顶杆8和杠杆拉点10，两轴之间连有伸缩拉线9，在前端活动轴11的右侧装有万向链接13，万向链接13上连有伸缩压杆4，如图3所示；挤压版5放在模具架12的上方，通过按压伸缩压杆4，使其第一活动轴11旋转，第一活动轴11旋转，通过伸缩拉线9拉动第二活动轴11，由于伸缩拉线9连在两活动轴11的杠杆拉点10上，因此，第一活动轴11在旋转时，第二活动轴11也在旋转，此时，滑轮顶杆8因为其轴上的杠杆原理往上翘，同时顶起挤压板5上走，起到挤压作用，以上如图4所示；如图1所示，挤压时可将伸缩压杆4压在档杆柱6下，起到固定挤压作用，方便使用。

1.打开模具卡锁，翻开模具盖，将大葱齐放在挤压版上，当大葱数量放置的高度位于挡板的顶端时，盖上模具盖，扣紧卡锁，按压伸缩压杆，将其挡在档杆柱下方，大葱收到挤压体积会减小、定型，通过提前铺在挤压板上的绳子，把大葱上中下的捆起来，捆好后，松开伸缩压杆，打开卡锁，打开模具盖，将挡板挡柱调开，展开右侧挡板，取出捆好的大葱。
