竹木地板加工过程中，经过初步加工的竹条，需要打捆以后再经过清洗、干燥等若干工序，才能用于加工板体；以往是工人手工将竹片堆成捆，再用尼龙绳捆扎起来，因为竹条本身较为光滑，捆扎时候容易散开，工人不但劳累，工作效率还低，因此设想提供一种设备来解决这一问题。

本实用新型所要解决的问题就是竹条本身较为光滑，捆扎时候容易散开，单纯靠人工捆扎效率低下。本实用新型通过卡爪和支杆配合，能够把竹条快速固定成堆，并在机架边安装尼龙绳线盘，方便工人捆扎，大大提高了工作效率。
