本实用新型涉及一种网格布吹风定型装置。
背景技术
网格布的后段整理车间的产品PVC涂塑网，因产品的特殊性，主料是PVC粉，浓度很高，最大的问题是容易网格堵孔，严重影响品质，多次打样给客户，达不到客户的品质要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型其目的就在于提供一种网格布吹风定型装置，解决了网格布面布堵孔的问题，具有结构简单、使用方便、成本低的特点，且提升产品质量。
实现上述目的而采取的技术方案，包括织布机末端的网格布，所述网格布下方设有支撑杆，支撑杆固定在底座上，所述支撑杆上端经箍扣连接空气管，空气管另一端连接空压机。
有益效果
与现有技术相比本实用新型具有以下优点。
由于采用了空气管吹孔的结构设计，因而解决了网格布面布堵孔的问题，具有结构简单、使用方便、成本低的特点，且提升产品质量。

具体实施方式
本装置包括织布机末端的网格布4，如图1所示，所述网格布4下方设有支撑杆2，支撑杆2固定在底座1上，所述支撑杆2上端经箍扣3连接空气管5，空气管5另一端连接空压机6。
所述空气管5为软管，所述支撑杆2为PVC管。
实施例
使用空气管长5m、直径3mm、支撑杆PVC管长1.5m，直径5mm,把空气管的一端和支撑杆PVC管的一端用箍扣捆一起，把网格布的堵孔吹开，提升品质。

1.一种网格布吹风定型装置，包括织布机末端的网格布（4），其特征在于，所述网格布（4）下方设有支撑杆（2），支撑杆（2）固定在底座（1）上，所述支撑杆（2）上端经箍扣（3）连接空气管（5），空气管（5）另一端连接空压机（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种网格布吹风定型装置，其特征在于，所述空气管（5）为软管，所述支撑杆（2）为PVC管。
