本发明公开了一种高性能绝缘漆,属于绝缘漆技术领域。解决了现有绝缘漆综合性能不高的缺陷,由以下重量份的原料组成:双马来酰亚胺树脂30‑40份,环氧树脂20‑30份,环己酮50‑60份,间对甲酚40‑50份,十溴二苯醚5‑10份,三氧化二锑10‑17份,2‑苯基‑4‑甲基咪唑3‑8份,丙烯酸树脂3‑6份,二甲基氨基乙醇1‑3份,纳米二氧化硅5‑15份,氧化镁5‑10份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂3‑5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1‑3份,烷基改性有机硅氧烷1‑3份,氨基树脂1‑3份。本发明综合性能较高,广泛适用于各种电气设备。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性能绝缘漆,属于绝缘漆技术领域。
背景技术
绝缘漆又叫绝缘涂料,是一种具有优良电绝缘性的涂料。它以高分子聚合物为基础,能在一定的条件下固化成绝缘膜或绝缘整体,具有良好的电性能、热性能、机械性能和化学性能。绝缘漆是电力方面的必备材料,主要用在一些电工设备上,有效的起到给导体绝缘的效果。绝缘漆作为一种日常生产中常用的原料,在大多数电力设备、电缆电线生产中均需用到大量的绝缘漆,绝缘漆的各种性能直接影响其使用效果,如附着力不好,容易在使用过程中脱落,硬度低则导致绝缘膜裂开,不耐高温则导致绝缘漆熔化等,这些现象会导致用电设备漏电,短路,甚至更严重的灾害。工业上,对绝缘漆有以下要求:1、绝缘性能优良;2、附着力好,机械强度高;3、收缩应力小;4、耐热性可以满足变压器的不同要求;5、对户外或特殊环境可以满足其特殊要求,防辐射,防腐蚀,防紫外线等;6、工艺性良好,操作性好,无毒或低毒,干燥时间短等。但现有的绝缘漆还无法完全满足上述要求。
发明目的
本发明的目的在于提供一种综合性能较好的高性能绝缘漆,具有绝缘性好,附着力强,硬度高,耐高温、耐磨损等优良性能。
所述的高性能绝缘漆,由以下重量份的原料组成:双马来酰亚胺树脂30-40份,环氧树脂20-30份,环己酮50-60份,间对甲酚40-50份,十溴二苯醚5-10份,三氧化二锑10-17份,2-苯基-4-甲基咪唑3-8份,丙烯酸树脂3-6份,二甲基氨基乙醇1-3份,纳米二氧化硅5-15份,氧化镁5-10份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂3-5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-3份,烷基改性有机硅氧烷1-3份,氨基树脂1-3份。
所述的高性能绝缘漆,由以下重量份的原料组成:双马来酰亚胺树脂35份,环氧树脂25份,环己酮55份,间对甲酚45份,十溴二苯醚8份,三氧化二锑15份,2-苯基-4-甲基咪唑5份,丙烯酸树脂5份,二甲基氨基乙醇2份,纳米二氧化硅10份,氧化镁8份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂4份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2份,烷基改性有机硅氧烷2份,氨基树脂2份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
环氧树脂漆附着力强,收缩力小,耐化学品性、防腐性、耐水性、热稳定性和电绝缘性优良,广泛用于建筑、化工、汽车、舰船、电气绝缘等方面。双马来酰亚胺树脂具有优异的耐热性、电绝缘性、透波性、耐辐射、阻燃性,良好的力学性能和尺寸稳定性,成型工艺类似于环氧树脂,有与环氧树脂相近的流动性和可模塑性,可用与环氧树脂相同的一般方法进行加工成型,克服了环氧树脂耐热性相对较低的缺点。本发明采用双马来酰亚胺树脂和环氧树脂配合使用,辅以各种涂料助剂,所生产的绝缘漆具有优异的绝缘性能,附着力好,粘接能力突出,漆膜硬度高,丰满度好,漆膜表面均匀、致密、光滑,无微孔,而且具有良好的机械性能,硬度高,耐磨损,耐刮伤等性能,本发明综合性能较高,广泛适用于各种电气设备。

所述的高性能绝缘漆,由以下重量份的原料组成:双马来酰亚胺树脂35份,环氧树脂25份,环己酮55份,间对甲酚45份,十溴二苯醚8份,三氧化二锑15份,2-苯基-4-甲基咪唑5份,丙烯酸树脂5份,二甲基氨基乙醇2份,纳米二氧化硅10份,氧化镁8份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂4份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2份,烷基改性有机硅氧烷2份,氨基树脂2份。
实施例2
所述的高性能绝缘漆,由以下重量份的原料组成:双马来酰亚胺树脂30份,环氧树脂20份,环己酮50份,间对甲酚40份,十溴二苯醚5份,三氧化二锑10份,2-苯基-4-甲基咪唑3份,丙烯酸树脂3份,二甲基氨基乙醇1份,纳米二氧化硅5份,氧化镁5份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂3份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份,烷基改性有机硅氧烷1份,氨基树脂1份。

所述的高性能绝缘漆,由以下重量份的原料组成:双马来酰亚胺树脂40份,环氧树脂30份,环己酮60份,间对甲酚50份,十溴二苯醚10份,三氧化二锑17份,2-苯基-4-甲基咪唑8份,丙烯酸树脂6份,二甲基氨基乙醇3份,纳米二氧化硅15份,氧化镁10份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份,烷基改性有机硅氧烷3份,氨基树脂3份。

1.一种高性能绝缘漆,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料组成:双马来酰亚胺树脂30-40份,环氧树脂20-30份,环己酮50-60份,间对甲酚40-50份,十溴二苯醚5-10份,三氧化二锑10-17份,2-苯基-4-甲基咪唑3-8份,丙烯酸树脂3-6份,二甲基氨基乙醇1-3份,纳米二氧化硅5-15份,氧化镁5-10份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯3-5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-3份,烷基改性有机硅氧烷1-3份,氨基树脂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能绝缘漆,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料组成:双马来酰亚胺树脂35份,环氧树脂25份,环己酮55份,间对甲酚45份,十溴二苯醚8份,三氧化二锑15份,2-苯基-4-甲基咪唑5份,丙烯酸树脂5份,二甲基氨基乙醇2份,纳米二氧化硅10份,氧化镁8份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯4份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2份,烷基改性有机硅氧烷2份,氨基树脂2份。
