本发明涉及油田管道技术领域，特别涉及一种气动伸缩式管内清扫器。该清扫器包括固定架、清扫板、前挡板、后挡板、两个气缸及两个托架；清扫器通过固定架与管道内对口器伸缩盘连接，清扫板夹在前挡板和后挡板之间；后挡板与两个托架焊接成一体；后挡板两端焊有挡块，与后挡板端部突出部分形成U型槽，卡在管道内对口器伸缩盘的两侧，定架与两个气缸固定连接，两个托架分别套在两个气缸的活塞杆上，随着活塞的升降能够调整清扫板与管道内壁间的距离；随着管道内对口器在管内行走，清扫板将管道下部的沉积物推至管口并清出管外。本发明提供的气动伸缩式管内清扫器，具有劳动强度低、效率高、清扫效果好、对内防腐层破坏小、健康环保等优点。

Description

一种气动伸缩式管内清扫器
技术领域
本发明涉及油田管道技术领域，特别涉及一种气动伸缩式管内清扫器。
背景技术
在长输管道工程中，对内衬有防腐层的管道，组对焊接后要对内壁进行清扫处理，防止因砂尘、焊渣等杂物堆积过多，在后续施工中导致内防腐层受到破坏，影响施工质量。目前，中、小口径管道采用空气吹扫的方法进行清扫，对于大口径管道，采用的方法是人钻进管道，用条帚、拖布等工具进行人工清扫，效率低、清扫效果差。
发明内容
（一）所要解决的技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种气动伸缩式管内清扫器，以克服在风沙较大地区，管内积尘多，目前针对大口径管道采用的人工清扫办法存在的劳动强度高、效率低、清扫不干净、对内防腐层有破坏、清扫人员健康受影响等缺陷。
（二）技术内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种气动伸缩式管内清扫器，包括固定架、清扫板、前挡板、后挡板、两个气缸及两个托架；
所述清扫器通过固定架与管道内对口器伸缩盘连接，通过管道内对口器伸缩盘的运动带动清扫器在管道内行走；
所述清扫板采用橡胶制成，夹在前挡板和后挡板之间，后挡板与两个托架焊接成一体；后挡板两端焊有挡块，与后挡板端部突出部分形成U型槽，卡在管道内对口器伸缩盘的两侧，在清扫板工作过程中可起到限位和导向作用；
固定架与两个气缸固定连接，两个托架分别套在两个气缸的活塞杆上，并用限位螺栓固定位置，随着活塞杆的升降，能够调整清扫板与管道内壁间的距离；
随着内对口器在管内行走，清扫板将管道下部的沉积物推至管口并清出管外。
优选地，所述清扫器通过固定架与管道内对口器伸缩盘采用焊接或螺栓连接。
（三）有益效果
本发明提供一种气动伸缩式管内清扫器，其可适应多种壁厚管道的清扫，在管道对口过程中就可完成管内沉积物的清扫工作。与人工清扫方法相比，具有劳动强度低、效率高、清扫效果好、对内防腐层破坏小、健康环保等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明，但不是用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1和图2所示，本发明提供一种气动伸缩式管内清扫器， 包括固定架8、清扫板2、前挡板1、后挡板3、两个气缸9及两个托架5；清扫器通过固定架8与管道内对口器伸缩盘4采用焊接或螺栓连接，通过管道内对口器伸缩盘4的运动带动清扫器在管道内行走；
所述清扫板2采用橡胶制成，夹在前挡板1和后挡板3之间，后挡板3与两个托架5焊接成一体；后挡板3两端焊有挡块11，与后挡板3端部突出部分形成U型槽，卡在管道内对口器伸缩盘4的两侧，在清扫板2工作过程中可起到限位和导向作用；
固定架8与两个气缸9固定连接，两个托架5分别套在两个气缸9的活塞杆上，并用限位螺栓固定位置，随着活塞杆的升降，能够调整清扫板2与管道内壁间的距离；
随着内对口器在管内行走，清扫板2将管道下部的沉积物推至管口清出管外。
下面具体描述一下该气动伸缩式管内清扫器的工作过程：在管道建设施工中，针对大口径管道采用气动伸缩式管内清扫器清扫管道内沉积物。根据管道直径选用相应型号的橡胶清扫板，将清扫器与相对应的管道内对口器组合，此时，清扫器气缸活塞收缩，清扫板与管道内壁保持一定间隙，当清扫器随管道内对口器头部进入管口后，清扫器气缸活塞向下伸长，清扫板与管道内壁接触，随着内对口器在管道内的行走，清扫板将管道内的沉积物从管道一端推到另一端管口，并清出管外。
本发明提供的气动伸缩式管内清扫器，其可适应多种壁厚管道的清扫，在管道对口过程中就可完成管内沉积物的清扫工作。与人工清扫方法相比，具有劳动强度低、效率高、清扫效果好、对内防腐层破坏小、健康环保等优点。

1.一种气动伸缩式管内清扫器，其特征在于，包括固定架、清扫板、前挡板、后挡板、两个气缸及两个托架；
所述清扫器通过固定架与管道内对口器伸缩盘连接，通过管道内对口器伸缩盘的运动带动清扫器在管道内行走；
所述清扫板采用橡胶制成，夹在前挡板和后挡板之间；所述后挡板与两个托架焊接成一体；所述后挡板两端焊有挡块，与后挡板端部突出部分形成U型槽，卡在管道内对口器伸缩盘的两侧，在清扫板工作过程中可起到限位和导向作用；
所述固定架与两个气缸固定连接，两个托架分别套在两个气缸的活塞杆上，并用限位螺栓固定位置，随着活塞杆的升降，能够调整清扫板与管道内壁间的距离；
随着管道内对口器在管内行走，清扫板将管道下部的沉积物推至管口并清出管外。
