本发明公开了一种抗衰老饮料及其制备方法,其主要成分包括:黑木耳提取液、香菇提取液、葡萄籽提取液、白砂糖、柠檬酸、维生素C等。该饮料含有丰富的黑木耳多糖,香菇多糖,原花青素等物质,风味独特,易于大众接受,既方便人们的饮用,又有抗衰老功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种功能性饮料,尤其是涉及一种含有原花青素,香菇多糖,黑木耳多糖等成分,具有抗衰老作用的功能性饮料。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,人们生活水平的不断提高,对生活质量的要求也越来越高,对每日饮食的要求就不仅是能维持所需的营养,而要求有一定的保健功效。
本发明的抗衰老饮料的主要功效成分为:原花青素是当今医学研究中发现的具有最强的抗氧化及清除自由基(一种代谢过程产生的有害的活性离子)及抗衰老作用的物质;香菇多糖具有良好的抗衰老作用,几乎无任何副作用;黑木耳多糖能使血清中血浆胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白显著下降,同时能相对提高血清中高密度脂蛋白的含量,降低血脂和防止胆固醇沉积,从而起到降血脂的作用,且能抗衰老、抗肝炎、抗糖尿病、抗癌,并有增强人们的生理活性的医疗保键作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种新的抗衰老饮料;目的之二是上述饮料的制备方法。
本发明提供的一种抗衰老饮料,其原料成分及含量为(以100mL饮料计):黑木耳提取液10ml,香菇提取液10ml,葡萄籽提取液1ml,白砂糖8g,柠檬酸0.14g,维生素C 0.05g,余量为纯净水。
本发明的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a.将黑木耳破碎,加5倍纯净水,于70-90℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为2小时,合并提取液,过滤,得黑木耳提取液备用;b.将干香菇粉碎,加30倍纯净水,于70-90℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为2小时,合并提取液,过滤,得香菇提取液备用;c.将整粒葡萄籽置于5倍乙醇-水溶液(乙醇浓度为40%,v/v)中,50-60℃温度下提取2次,每次提取时间为1小时,合并提取液,过滤,得葡萄籽提取液备用;d.将a.、b.和c.步骤制备的黑木耳提取液、香菇提取液和葡萄籽提取液混合,加入白砂糖、柠檬酸和维生素C,充分混匀,均质并灌装封口,后经巴氏灭菌得到本发明的抗衰老功能饮料。
本发明将黑木耳提取液、香菇提取液、葡萄籽提取液以及白砂糖、柠檬酸、维生素C等原料在饮料中合理配比。从而提供一种酸甜适口,没有防腐剂和色素,适合广泛人群饮用,并具有抗衰老作用的功能性保健饮料。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
本发明的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a.将黑木耳破碎,加5倍纯净水,于70℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为2小时,合并提取液,过滤,得黑木耳提取液备用;b.将干香菇粉碎,加30倍纯净水,于70℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为2小时,合并提取液,过滤,得香菇提取液备用;c.将整粒葡萄籽置于5倍乙醇-水溶液(乙醇浓度为40%,v/v)中,50℃温度下提取2次,每次提取时间为1小时,合并提取液,过滤,得葡萄籽提取液备用;d.将a.、b.和c.步骤制备的黑木耳提取液、香菇提取液和葡萄籽提取液混合,加入白砂糖、柠檬酸和维生素C,充分混匀,均质并灌装封口,后经巴氏灭菌得到本发明的抗衰老功能饮料。
实施例二:
本发明的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a.将黑木耳破碎,加5倍纯净水,于80℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为2小时,合并提取液,过滤,得黑木耳提取液备用;b.将干香菇粉碎,加30倍纯净水,于80℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为2小时,合并提取液,过滤,得香菇提取液备用;c.将整粒葡萄籽置于5倍乙醇-水溶液(乙醇浓度为40%,v/v)中,55℃温度下提取2次,每次提取时间为1小时,合并提取液,过滤,得葡萄籽提取液备用;d.将a.、b.和c.步骤制备的黑木耳提取液、香菇提取液和葡萄籽提取液混合,加入白砂糖、柠檬酸和维生素C,充分混匀,均质并灌装封口,后经巴氏灭菌得到本发明的抗衰老功能饮料。
实施例三:
本发明的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a.将黑木耳破碎,加5倍纯净水,于90℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为2小时,合并提取液,过滤,得黑木耳提取液备用;b.将干香菇粉碎,加30倍纯净水,于90℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为2小时,合并提取液,过滤,得香菇提取液备用;c.将整粒葡萄籽置于5倍乙醇-水溶液(乙醇浓度为40%,v/v)中,60℃温度下提取2次,每次提取时间为1小时,合并提取液,过滤,得葡萄籽提取液备用;d.将a.、b.和c.步骤制备的黑木耳提取液、香菇提取液和葡萄籽提取液混合,加入白砂糖、柠檬酸和维生素C,充分混匀,均质并灌装封口,后经巴氏灭菌得到本发明的抗衰老功能饮料。
Claims (2)
1.一种抗衰老饮料,其特征在于,原料成分及含量为(以100mL饮料计):黑木耳提取液10ml,香菇提取液10ml,葡萄籽提取液1ml,白砂糖8g,柠檬酸0.14g,维生素C 0.05g,余量为纯净水。
2.权利要求1所述的一种抗疲劳饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a.将黑木耳破碎,加5倍纯净水,于70-90℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为2小时,合并提取液,过滤,得黑木耳提取液备用;b.将干香菇粉碎,加30倍纯净水,于70-90℃的温度下提取2次,每次的提取时间为2小时,合并提取液,过滤,得香菇提取液备用;c.将整粒葡萄籽置于5倍乙醇-水溶液(乙醇浓度为40%,v/v)中,50-60℃温度下提取2次,每次提取时间为1小时,合并提取液,过滤,得葡萄籽提取液备用;d.将a.、b.和c.步骤制备的黑木耳提取液、香菇提取液和葡萄籽提取液混合,加入白砂糖、柠檬酸和维生素C,充分混匀,均质并灌装封口,后经巴氏灭菌得到本发明的抗衰老功能饮料。
