背景技术
随着电线电缆应用的快速增长以及经济的迅速发展,各领域对电线电缆料的质量和性能的要求都在提高。要求电缆具有很好的阻燃性、耐高温性,同时使用不会给环境带来危害,阻燃电缆料就是应用越来越广泛的电缆料,一般的阻燃电缆料虽提高了电缆护套的阻燃性能,但是,这种电缆护套会在燃烧时产生大量有毒气体,产生污染。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种无烟阻燃电缆料,具有无烟的特点,对环境的影响小,同时强度、耐酸碱性都能够达到使用要求。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种无烟阻燃电缆料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
低密度聚乙烯6-13份,高密度聚乙烯4-9份,氢氧化铝7-10份,抗氧剂3-8份,三元乙丙橡胶6-12份,对苯二甲酸二辛酯5-10份,ACR助剂4-8份,玻璃纤维5-7份,联苯菊酯4-11份,丙烯—四氟乙烯共聚物5-13份,三氧化二锑4-8份,氧化锌4-6份,四季戊四醇酯7-9份,硼砂5-8份,对苯二酚6-8份,过氧化苯甲酰4-10份,甲苯1-5份。
