本发明公开了一种导光板用物料挤出机,包括:输送壳、螺旋搅拌轴、电机、料斗、出料口、加热片、电控柜,螺旋搅拌轴通过轴承安装在输送壳内,电机通过螺栓安装在输送壳的前端,电机的输出轴通过联轴器与螺旋搅拌轴的前端相连接,料斗焊接在输送壳的前端,出料口焊接在输送壳的后端,输送壳的外圆周面上从前往后通过螺栓均匀安装多个加热片,电控柜设置在输送壳的一侧,且每一个加热片均通过导线与电控柜连接。本发明具有结构简单、成本低等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种导光板用物料挤出机,应用于导光板的生产加工领域。
背景技术
在导光板的生产加工过程中,需要先将树脂基材等物料加工成液态状,目前,所采用的方法是使用物料挤出机挤出物料,但是现有的物料挤出机的结构比较复杂,成本比较高,不适宜广泛推广。
发明内容
    为解决现有技术方案的缺陷,本发明公开了一种结构简单、成本低的导光板用物料挤出机。
本发明公开了一种导光板用物料挤出机,包括:输送壳、螺旋搅拌轴、电机、料斗、出料口、加热片、电控柜,所述的螺旋搅拌轴通过轴承安装在输送壳内,所述的电机通过螺栓安装在输送壳的前端,所述的电机的输出轴通过联轴器与螺旋搅拌轴的前端相连接,所述的料斗焊接在输送壳的前端,所述的出料口焊接在输送壳的后端,所述的输送壳的外圆周面上从前往后通过螺栓均匀安装多个加热片,所述的电控柜设置在输送壳的一侧,且每一个加热片均通过导线与电控柜连接。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益优点:
1、      结构简单;
2、      成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明公开了一种导光板用物料挤出机,包括:输送壳1、螺旋搅拌轴2、电机3、料斗4、出料口5、加热片6、电控柜7,所述的螺旋搅拌轴2通过轴承安装在输送壳1内,所述的电机3通过螺栓安装在输送壳1的前端,所述的电机3的输出轴通过联轴器与螺旋搅拌轴2的前端相连接,所述的料斗4焊接在输送壳1的前端,所述的出料口5焊接在输送壳1的后端,所述的输送壳1的外圆周面上从前往后通过螺栓均匀安装多个加热片6,所述的电控柜7设置在输送壳1的一侧,且每一个加热片6均通过导线与电控柜7连接。
本发明是这样实施的:通过电控柜7控制每一个加热片6对输送壳1进行加热,将树脂基材等物料加入到料斗4内,物料经料斗4进入到输送壳1内,电机3通过输出轴带动螺旋搅拌轴2转动,螺旋搅拌轴2转动的同时带动物料往后输送,物料在被往后输送的同时,由于输送壳1被加热,因此物料逐渐融化,这样呈液态的物料从出料口5输出,使用比较方便,而且本发明所述的导光板用物料挤出机的结构比较简单,成本低,适宜于广泛推广。

1.一种导光板用物料挤出机,包括:输送壳、螺旋搅拌轴、电机、料斗、出料口、加热片、电控柜,其特征在于:所述的螺旋搅拌轴通过轴承安装在输送壳内,所述的电机通过螺栓安装在输送壳的前端,所述的电机的输出轴通过联轴器与螺旋搅拌轴的前端相连接,所述的料斗焊接在输送壳的前端,所述的出料口焊接在输送壳的后端,所述的输送壳的外圆周面上从前往后通过螺栓均匀安装多个加热片,所述的电控柜设置在输送壳的一侧,且每一个加热片均通过导线与电控柜连接。
