Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于化妆品、食品以及医药行业的来自油状活性物质的水性乳液的制造方法。
背景技术
化妆品、食品以及医药行业的领域具有各种各样的油状活性物质,即亲脂性或疏水性的:植物油、精油、芳香浓缩物、用于化妆品、食品或医药产品的油状活性物质。由这些油状活性物质产生水性乳液是极其引人关注的,并且一个重要原因在于:水是最适当的用于人体的媒剂,无论外部(香料和化妆品应用)或内部(食品或医药应用)。“水包油型”乳液长久以来借助于多种化学乳化剂而产生,但是这些乳化剂具有众人皆知的缺点:一般难以被人体所耐受、其应相对于活性物质以相当大的浓度使用。虽然环糊精技术为替代方案,但其也强加若干限制,大大减少其用途。另一方面,已考虑使用皂苷,其为属于碳水化合物(糖苷)类的植物乳化剂。第一应用类别使用大量辅助物质(碳水化合物、乙醇等),其使最终乳液变形。第二应用模式如专利FR 02 14436所提供并未使用辅助物质,但实际上具有令人满意的流动性和稳定性,其不允许显著上升超过油相中30%乳液的浓度,这是令人不适的限制,尤其对于某些化妆品应用来说。
迄今,尚无已知工艺允许使用小于1%的植物乳化剂产生含有大于40%的油相的流动且稳定的水性乳液。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于化妆品、食品或医药用途的油状活性物质的水性的乳液的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
提供亲水性组分的混合物,其包含水、乳化的皂苷,其中无论油相比例,所述乳化的皂苷占所述乳液的比例小于1%,
提供亲脂性组分的混合物,其包含油状活性物质,其中所述油状活性物质达到所述乳液的40%,
借助于转子-定子型混合器或超声波混合器第1次均质化前述两个混合物,直到获得平均直径低于6微米的油滴,
借助于高压均质机第2次均质化前述混合物,直到获得平均直径低于0.4微米的油滴。

具体实施方式
发明描述
为了解决上文提及的问题,从专利FR 02 14436中所述的工艺开始,申请人已探索若干路径,具体来说:
使用添加剂(助乳化剂等)
实施全部已知机械混合技术
应用多种操作模式。
所用路径尚无一种实现预期目的。
在若干年研究和试验之后,申请人已开发一种允许由化妆品、食品以及医药行业中的油状水性物质产生水性乳液的工艺,其中所述工艺消除目前可用技术的缺点,允许使用小于1%的植物乳化剂产生含有大于40%的油相的流动且稳定的水性乳液。以这种方式,本发明涉及由用于化妆品、食品或医药用途的油状活性物质制造水性乳液的工艺,包含以下步骤:
混合亲水性组分,包含水、乳化皂苷,所述乳化皂苷占具有任何油相比例的乳液的比例小于1%;
混合亲脂性组分,包含油状活性物质,其可达到乳液的40%;
借助于转子定子混合器或超声波混合器第1次均质化前述两相,直到获得平均直径低于6微米的油滴;
借助于高压均质机第2次均质化前述混合物,直到获得平均直径低于0.4微米的油滴。
油滴的平均直径是通过传统粒度测量来测定。
鉴于有待乳化的油状物质的多样性、所需的浓度以及将采用的设备,最佳乳化浓度和均质机的操作参数必须通过初步测试来确定。
仅“皂苷+第1次均质化+第2次均质化”的组合允许使用小于1%的植物乳化剂获得含有40%的油相的流动且稳定的水性乳液。
因此,如果使用另一种乳化剂、缺少2个均质化步骤之一或未遵守指定值,那么无法获得提及的结果。
这3个要素的组合确保达成预期目的是非显而易见的。而且,之前都未开发出此方法。
下面给出使用与本发明中的组合不同的组合所观察到的一些结果的描述,其中将提及的实例作为基础。
如果使用例如基于聚甘油酯(polyglyceric esters)的执行化学乳化剂,那么不可能使用小于3%的乳化剂,其它全部保持相同。
如果并未执行两次均质化之一或并未考虑到乳滴尺寸的指定值,那么使用1%的皂苷无法实现40%值的油相:大体上可容易在乳液表面看见油相的相当大的一部分,使其变得不适于使用。
有利的是,将至少一种亲水性添加剂添加到亲水性组分的混合物和将至少一种亲脂性添加剂添加到亲脂性组分的混合物。
“添加剂”定义为如防腐剂、抗氧化剂、螯合剂等的补充物质,其确保活性物质的保藏。
可以使用另一种保藏方式代替添加剂,如整个均质化乳液的灭菌步骤。
所获得的乳液始终是乳白色的。
在一些应用中,有可能或建议使用除皂苷之外的至少一种天然或合成助乳化剂。
最后,应指出,在本发明中的极具流动性的乳液可能充当通过添加增稠剂用于产生凝胶或乳膏以适于其施用的基础。
根据本发明方法的乳液的制造实例
制造具有40%植物油的水性乳液。
乳液组分和其质量%如下。
亲水性组分:去矿物质水(连续相):58.7%;纯皂苷(乳化剂):0.8%;亲脂性组分:植物油(分散相):40.0%;托尔的Microcare MTD2(防腐剂):0.5%,总计:100.0%。为了获得均质相,亲水性组分和亲脂性组分分开混合。使用Ultra-Turrax商标的转子定子型混合器在20.000转/分下执行两相的第1次均质化。使用APV商标的高压混合器以再循环模式和600巴的工作压力执行前述混合物的第2次均质化。
获得流动且稳定的乳白色乳液。
均质化时间必须以实验方式确定且取决于植物油的性质和均质机的特征。
下面提供使用上述设备的各1千克批次的不同混合物的值。
混合物a:葵花油50%+橄榄油50%
混合物b:葵花油25%+乳油木油35%+摩洛哥坚果油40%

Claims (7)
1.一种用于化妆品、食品或医药用途的油状活性物质的水性的乳液的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
提供亲水性组分的混合物,其包含水、乳化的皂苷,其中无论油相比例,所述乳化的皂苷占所述乳液的比例小于1%,
提供亲脂性组分的混合物,其包含油状活性物质,其中所述油状活性物质达到所述乳液的40%,且所述亲水性组分和亲脂性组分的混合物不含有其他乳化剂或助乳化剂,
借助于转子-定子型混合器或超声波混合器第1次均质化前述两个混合物,直到获得平均直径低于6微米的油滴,
借助于高压均质机第2次均质化前述混合物,直到获得平均直径低于0.4微米的油滴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于化妆品、食品或医药用途的油状活性物质的水性的乳液的制造方法,其中将至少一种亲水性添加剂添加到所述亲水性组分的混合物,并且将至少一种亲脂性添加剂添加到所述亲脂性组分的混合物。
