本发明涉及纺织领域,特指一种织机开车痕去除方法。
背景技术
由于织机在开车时主轴需要一个加速过程,在开车前几纬的车速没有达到额定速度而导致打纬力变小,产生开车痕,影响到织布的质量,为了消除这种开车痕,人们想出了很多方法来消除这一影响,但实施起来都比较复杂,所花费的成本较高,本发明人对此做进一步研究,研发出一种织机开车痕去除方法,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明提供一种织机开车痕去除方法,能够很方便的去除开车痕。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种织机开车痕去除方法,包括如下步骤:
开机时,只启动主轴,使钢筘开始运动,而综框、引纬机构、卷取电机、送经电机仍旧停止不动,在钢筘打空纬若干下,主轴速度达到预定速度后,织机开始正常工作。
进一步,所述的钢筘打空纬的次数为2-3次。
进一步,启动主轴后,在综框也启动的情况下,主轴需先倒转若干圈。
采用上述方案后,本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
相比于其它消除开车痕的方法,本发明更加简单方便。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步的说明。
织机一般由开口机构(综框等),引纬机构(梭子、储纬器等),打纬机构(钢筘等),卷取机构(电机带动)和送经机构(电机带动)组成。
考虑到钢筘的作用是在打纬运动中将已引入织口的纬纱打向布面方向,与经纱互相交织,本发明人另辟蹊径,从这一点入手来考虑解决问题,通过修改控制织机运动的数控程序,在开机时改变下各部件启动步骤,即可达到较理想的效果,使肉眼分辨不出开车痕。
去除开车痕的方法包括如下步骤:
开机时,只启动主轴,使钢筘开始运动,在钢筘打空纬2-3次后,钢筘速度变成正常工作状态,且与织口接上,此时其余机构启动,织机开始正常工作,经实践证明,采用此种方法后,在停机处肉眼辨别不出开车痕的存在。
上述方法为综框也受电气控制的理想状态,由于现有的织机很多情况下,综框是通过凸轮机构机械控制,一旦启动时综框也会跟着启动,此时只需先将主轴设定倒转若干圈,即可消除综框纹板的不同步带来的影响。
本发明的方案虽然看上去简单,但本发明人从事本行业多年,在本领域中尚未发现采用相同的技术手段。

1.一种织机开车痕去除方法,包括如下步骤:
开机时,只启动主轴,使钢筘开始运动,而综框、引纬机构、卷取电机、送经电机仍旧停止不动,在钢筘打空纬若干下,主轴速度达到预定速度后,织机开始正常工作;所述的钢筘打空纬的次数为2-3次;启动主轴后,在综框也启动的情况下,主轴需先倒转若干圈。
