本发明公开了一种全焊接球阀用防爆橡胶密封圈组合物,包括下列重量份数的原料:包括下列重量份数的原料:氟橡胶80-100份,炭黑35-55份,硫化活性剂1-4份,过氧化物类硫化剂1-2份,硫化引发剂1-4份,分散剂1-4。本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点和积极效果:本发明的原料配比合理,其产品的耐高温(250℃)、耐高压、耐磨、耐油、耐酸碱、耐水蒸气、耐H2S等酸性介质的性能较高,尤其是对突然失压爆破的抗耐性较好,产品的使用寿命长。

一种全焊接球阀用防爆橡胶密封圈组合物
技术领域
    本发明涉及一种橡胶密封圈,尤其是涉及一种全焊接球阀用橡胶密封圈组合物。 
背景技术
球阀用橡胶密封圈是一种安装于全焊接球阀球体与密封阀座之间的软密封结构,其在开启和关闭阀门时起密封作用。现有的密封圈具有较低的拉伸强度和抗张力 ,在Class900磅及以上使用时,如遇突然失压状态时, 就会导致密封件内部出现气泡、破裂或爆裂造成密封失败。其主要原因是产生的内应力超过了弹性体的物理强度与弹性体表面相接触的气体或气体混合物,在压力下可被弹性体吸收,高压环境下被吸收的气体处于压缩状态,当外部压力降低后,压缩气体会在瞬间或者相对较短的时间内在弹性体材料内部迅速膨胀扩大,这会导致弹性体内部产生裂纹,这些裂纹在材料内部扩散并进而可能导致在弹性体表面形成空隙或出现裂缝,造成密封失败。 
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种全焊接球阀用防爆橡胶密封圈组合物,该组合物具有优良的各种抗耐性,且具有良好的防失压爆破性能。 
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,本发明包括下列重量份数的原料: 
氟橡胶80-100份,
炭黑 35-50份,
硫化活性剂1-4份,
过氧化物类硫化剂1-2份,
硫化引发剂1-4份,
分散剂1-4。
优选地,本发明包括下列重量份数的原料: 
氟橡胶100份,
炭黑 40份,
硫化活性剂3份,
过氧化物类硫化剂2份,
硫化引发剂4份,
分散剂1.5份。
优选地,所述硫化活性剂是纳米ZnO。 
优选地,所述炭黑是导电炭黑G250、高耐磨炭黑N330、热裂解炭黑N990、半补强炭黑、喷雾炭黑五种成份中的一种或两种或三种成份组合。 
优选地,所述过氧化物硫化剂是2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(叔丁基过氧基)已烷或过氧化二异并苯之一。 
优选地,所述硫化引发剂是三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(C12H15N3O3)。 
优选地,所述分散剂是分散剂HT290、分散剂WS280或分散剂RL28之一。 
将上述原料通过常规方法即可合成防爆橡胶密封圈组合物。 
通过本发明制备出来的产品性能参见如下:

本发明的有益效果:
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点和积极效果:本发明的原料配比合理,其产品的耐高温(250℃)、耐高压、耐磨、耐油、耐酸碱、耐水蒸气、耐H2S等酸性介质的性能较高,尤其是对突然失压爆破的抗耐性较好,产品的使用寿命长。

实施例1: 
本发明包括下列重量份数的原料:
氟橡胶                                                      100份,
导电炭黑                                                   25份,
热裂解炭黑N990                                       12份
纳米ZnO                                                    3份,
2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰                               1.7份,
三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(C12H15N3O3)       2.2份,
分散剂HT290                                             1份。
实施例2: 
本发明包括下列重量份数的原料:
氟橡胶                                                       100份,
热裂解炭黑N990                                        25份,
喷雾炭黑                                                    18份,
高耐磨炭黑N330                                        5份,
纳米ZnO                                                    3份,
2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(叔丁基过氧基)已烷     2份,
三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯                                    4份,
分散剂WS280                                             1.5份。
实施例3: 
本发明包括下列重量份数的原料:
氟橡胶                                                    100份,
半补强炭黑                                             20份,
热裂解炭黑N990                                   30 份,    
喷雾炭黑                                                5 份,
纳米ZnO                                               3份,
过氧化二异并苯                                     2份,
三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯                              4份,
分散剂WS280                                       1.5份。

Claims (7)

1.一种全焊接球阀用防爆橡胶密封圈组合物,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的原料:
氟橡胶80-100份,
炭黑 35-50份,
硫化活性剂1-4份,
过氧化物类硫化剂1-2份,
硫化引发剂1-4份,
分散剂1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全焊接球阀用防爆橡胶密封圈组合物,其特征在于:包括下列重量份数的原料:
氟橡胶100份,
炭黑 40份,
硫化活性剂3份,
过氧化物类硫化剂2份,
硫化引发剂4份,
分散剂1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种全焊接球阀用防爆橡胶密封圈组合物,其特征在于:所述硫化活性剂是纳米ZnO。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种全焊接球阀用防爆橡胶密封圈组合物,其特征在于:所述炭黑是导电炭黑G250、高耐磨炭黑N330、热裂解炭黑N990、半补强炭黑、喷雾炭黑五种成份中的一种或两种或三种成份组合。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种全焊接球阀用防爆橡胶密封圈组合物,其特征在于:所述过氧化物硫化剂是2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(叔丁基过氧基)已烷或过氧化二异并苯之一。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种全焊接球阀用防爆橡胶密封圈组合物,其特征在于:所述硫化引发剂是三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种全焊接球阀用防爆橡胶密封圈组合物,其特征在于:所述分散剂是分散剂HT290、分散剂WS280或分散剂RL28之一。
