本发明涉及一种塑料拉丝机的冷却装置,包括:冷却水箱、出水管、水流量传感器、进水管、水流量调节装置、控制器、温度表、热电偶;出水管和进水管都分别与冷却水箱相连接,水流量传感器安装在进水管靠近冷却水箱处,水流量调节装置安装在进水管上,温度表通过热电偶与冷却水箱相连接,水流量传感器、水流量调节装置和温度表都分别与控制器相连接。该塑料拉丝机的冷却装置能够自动控制冷却温度,操作方便,避免了大量废丝造成的生产成本的增加。

一种塑料拉丝机的冷却装置
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料编织袋机械技术领域,特别涉及一种塑料拉丝机的冷却装置。
背景技术
塑料拉丝机主要利用聚丙烯、高密度乙烯为原料,经加热、挤出、剖丝、拉伸形成扁丝,经收卷后所得成卷丝供给圆织机编织。塑料拉丝机一般都进行了多次改进,可利用100%的再生料、粉料或颗粒料拉制扁丝。在原料经螺杆挤出机,到成膜并分割的过程,利用四个滚筒将挤出的原料拉伸成塑料膜,并在成膜滚筒尾端加装切割刀具,将塑料膜切割为数根宽度相等的坯丝。这一过程中塑料成膜需要冷却,现有技术中冷却水箱里的温度控制一般多采用人工控制,而人工控制只能凭感觉来调节水的温度;而不同的塑料材料成型冷却温度差异很大,因此这种人工控制水箱冷却温度的方法极易导致塑料产品得不到很好的冷却,冷却效果一般,进而影响成丝质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术的不足提供一种自动控制、操作方便、产品冷却效果好的塑料拉丝机的冷却装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种塑料拉丝机的冷却装置,包括:冷却水箱、出水管、水流量传感器、进水管、水流量调节装置、控制器、温度表、热电偶;出水管和进水管都分别与冷却水箱相连接,水流量传感器安装在进水管靠近冷却水箱处,水流量调节装置安装在进水管上,温度表通过热电偶与冷却水箱相连接,水流量传感器、水流量调节装置和温度表都分别与控制器相连接。
所述的水流量调节装置包括伺服电机,伺服电机通过导线与控制器连接。
本发明的有益效果在于,该塑料拉丝机的冷却装置能够自动控制冷却温度,操作方便,避免了大量废丝造成的生产成本的增加。

下面结合附图通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
一种塑料拉丝机的冷却装置,包括:冷却水箱1、出水管2、水流量传感器3、进水管4、水流量调节装置5、控制器6、温度表7、热电偶8;出水管2和进水管4都分别与冷却水箱1相连接,水流量传感器3安装在进水管4靠近冷却水箱1处,水流量调节装置5安装在进水管4上,温度表7通过热电偶8与冷却水箱1相连接,水流量传感器3、水流量调节装置5和温度表7都分别与控制器6相连接,其中水流量调节装置5的伺服电机通过导线与控制器6连接。
工作原理如下:在冷却过程中,进水管4缓缓不断的定量进水,且进水不能出现波纹。根据每种塑料的适宜冷却温度并设定一个温度,当冷却水箱1里水的温度超出这个温度时,温度表7将信号反馈至控制器6,控制器6发送指令控制水流量调节装置5,进水管4开始进水,水流量传感器3将进水流量信号传递给控制器6,当温度表7达到设定的温度,控制器6控制水流量调节装置5停止进水。

1.一种塑料拉丝机的冷却装置,其特征在于,包括:冷却水箱(1)、出水管(2)、水流量传感器(3)、进水管(4)、水流量调节装置(5)、控制器(6)、温度表(7)、热电偶(8);出水管(2)和进水管(4)都分别与冷却水箱(1)相连接,水流量传感器(3)安装在进水管(4)靠近冷却水箱(1)处,水流量调节装置(5)安装在进水管(4)上,温度表(7)通过热电偶(8)与冷却水箱(1)相连接,水流量传感器(3)、水流量调节装置(5)和温度表(7)都分别与控制器(6)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述塑料拉丝机的冷却装置,其特征在于,所述的水流量调节装置(5)包括伺服电机,伺服电机通过导线与控制器(6)连接。
