本发明提供一种可拆分式大型圆筒体工件的精加工工艺,适用长3-5米,最大外圆尺寸0.3-0.6米,最小外圆尺寸0.03-0.06米,中间空心筒体长度2-3.6米,两端支承轴为阶梯轴的系列圆筒体工件加工;首先将圆筒体工件拆分,包括左、右支撑轴,左、右端盖及筒体五个组成零件的制造工艺,其中,所述左、右支撑轴和左、右端盖制造工艺是粗、半精加工外圆及端面;本发明涉及的这种可拆分式大型圆筒体工件的精加工工艺,能保证制造质量,减少对大型设备的需求,制造成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可拆分式大型圆筒体工件的精加工工艺,属于机械技术领域。
背景技术
    印刷机械向高速、全自动化的生产线方向发展。大型高速辊筒是高速印刷机械的重要零部件,通过安装在高速辊筒上的印模板与印刷纸板接触,按印模版的形状将油墨压印在印刷纸板表面,从而印刷各种各样的图案。高速辊筒表面光洁度、几何精度、回转精度等对印刷品的质量产生重要影响。现有的低速辊筒的制造工艺难以满足高速辊筒的回转精度和稳定性要求,大型高速辊筒制造工艺不仅需要保证其制造质量,还要保证其高速回转的回转精度和稳定性,同时考虑其制造成本、生产效率和工人劳动强度。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可拆分式大型圆筒体工件的精加工工艺,能够克服以上所述缺陷。
    为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:包括以下步骤:
     一种可拆分式大型圆筒体工件的精加工工艺,所述可拆分式大型圆筒体工件的精加工工艺适用长3-5米,最大外圆尺寸0.3-0.6米,最小外圆尺寸0.03-0.06米,中间空心筒体长度2-3.6米,两端支承轴为阶梯轴的系列圆筒体工件加工;首先将圆筒体工件拆分,包括左、右支撑轴,左、右端盖及筒体五个组成零件的制造工艺,其中,所述左、右支撑轴和左、右端盖制造工艺是粗、半精加工外圆及端面;所述筒体制造工艺是粗、半精加工外圆及端面,筒体端面销孔、螺纹底孔与左、右端盖销孔、沉头底孔配钻加工;所述左、右支承制造工艺包括左、右支承组装及支承制造工艺,其中,左、右支承组装是将左、右端盖分别和左、右支撑轴的轴颈通过热套过盈连接组成左、右支承,支承制造工艺是将热套后的左、右支承整体精加工外圆及端面,铣缺口,以缺口定位钻出销孔底孔、周圈沉头孔中心位置底孔及其它螺纹底孔,并完成其它螺纹孔攻丝,再通过专用夹具配钻铰左、右支承的销孔、配钻沉头孔底孔,最后扩、锪沉头孔;精车组合圆筒体工件的各部外圆,动平衡后铣U型油墨槽、钻孔槽,安装配件后再动平衡,轴颈局部淬火低温回火,再动平衡,最后磨削轴颈、筒体外表面,保证零件表面粗糙度要求,有助于提高筒体的耐腐蚀性以及圆筒体工件抗疲劳强度。
    所述圆筒体工件加工工艺中的光整加工及最终热处理:采用研磨、抛光筒体;最终热处理采用筒体镀硬铬。
