背景技术

本发明调理患有代谢综合征人群的食品配方的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,第一组合物配料步骤:各取猕猴桃、菠萝、红枣、苹果、芹菜、空心菜和苦瓜等冻干粉5kg,嗜酸乳杆菌冻干粉10.5kg、长双歧杆菌冻干粉10.5kg、副干酪乳杆菌冻干粉10.5kg g、鼠李糖乳杆菌冻干粉10.5kg、发酵乳杆菌冻干粉10.5kg、嗜热链球菌冻干粉10.5kg、瑞士乳杆菌冻干粉10.5kg和低聚果糖粉14kg;在洁净室中将上述原料倒入混合机的锅中,以250转/分的速度混合上述原料30分钟,之后装袋成规格为3.5g/包的产品;
步骤二,第二组合物配料步骤:各取菠菜、花椰菜、胡萝卜、红枣、薏苡仁、黄豌豆、燕麦、菠萝、梨子、荔枝和葡萄等冻干粉5kg,嗜酸乳杆菌冻干粉1.83 kg、长双歧杆菌冻干粉1.83 kg、副干酪乳杆菌冻干粉1.83 kg、鼠李糖乳杆菌冻干粉1.83 kg、发酵乳杆菌冻干粉1.83 kg 、嗜热链球菌冻干粉1.83 kg、瑞士乳杆菌冻干粉1.83 kg和低聚果糖粉5.49 kg;在洁净室中将上述原料倒入混合机的锅中,以250转/分的速度混合上述原料30分钟,之后装袋成规格为8g/包的产品;
步骤三,第三组合物配料步骤:各取梨子、香蕉、猕猴桃、草莓、苹果、菠萝和木瓜等冻干粉10kg、嗜酸乳杆菌冻干粉10.5kg、长双歧杆菌冻干粉10.5kg、副干酪乳杆菌冻干粉10.5kg、鼠李糖乳杆菌冻干粉10.5kg、发酵乳杆菌冻干粉10.5kg、嗜热链球菌冻干粉10.5kg、瑞士乳杆菌冻干粉10.5kg、低聚果糖粉14kg;在洁净室中将上述原料倒入混合机的锅中,以250转/分的速度混合上述原料30分钟,之后装袋成规格为4.5g/包的产品。
本发明利用优膳宝组合产品干预患有肥胖、高血压、糖尿病和高血脂等代谢病症的调理方案。该方案共分为三个阶段,即可准备阶段、替餐阶段和复食阶段,具体内容如下:
准备阶段:用2天的时间减食,即第一天每餐吃饭吃8成饱,第二天吃6成饱,每天晚上睡觉前服用第三组合物2包。
替餐阶段:这期间只用优膳宝代替一日三餐,不吃其他任何食物。如饥饿难耐,则可多加1包第二组合物以增加饱腹感,再不行则可多喝一餐优膳宝。用摇摇杯,加入37℃以下的温开水(250 毫升左右),再加入第一组合物1包,3号3包,摇均匀后,尽快饮用完毕,再喝一杯等量的温热水,每天三次替餐,连续服用10天,为一阶段。
复食阶段:全替餐结束后恢复进食,由进软食(半流质)、素食开始,循序渐进地恢复至正常进餐。进餐量第一天4-5分饱,逐渐增至7-8分饱,即定为进餐习惯。复食1周内忌用发酵之面包,刺激性、辛辣食物,冰冷食物,太硬的食物,1个月以内切不可暴饮暴食。
第三组合物食用说明:每天1次,一般建议睡前半小时到1小时服用。因第三组合物每次用量因个人体质而异,所以第一次建议服用2包(便秘者可加量),再根据第二天排便次数调整用量,若第二天排便次数超过三次,则减量半勺至1包,若排便次数低于2次,则加量半包至1包,总之保持每天排2-3次水泻状态的大便为最佳效果。
本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改型和改变。因此,本发明覆盖了落入所附的权利要求书及其等同物的范围内的各种改型和改变。
Claims (2)
1.一种调理患有代谢综合征人群的食品配方,其特征在于,其由第一组合物、第二组合物和第三组合物组成;
第一组合物包括以下组分:猕猴桃、菠萝、红枣、苹果、芹菜、空心菜和苦瓜等比例混合发酵粉1g、嗜酸乳杆菌0.3g、长双歧杆菌0.3g、副干酪乳杆菌0.3g、鼠李糖乳杆菌0.3g、发酵乳杆菌0.3g、嗜热链球菌0.3g、瑞士乳杆菌0.3g和低聚果糖0.4g;
第二组合物包括以下组分:菠菜、花椰菜、胡萝卜、红枣、薏苡仁、黄豌豆、燕麦、菠萝、梨子、荔枝和葡萄等比例混合发酵粉6g 、嗜酸乳杆菌0.2g、长双歧杆菌0.2g、副干酪乳杆菌0.2g、鼠李糖乳杆菌0.2g、发酵乳杆菌0.2g、嗜热链球菌0.2g、瑞士乳杆菌0.2g和低聚果糖0.6g;
第三组合物包括以下组分:梨子、香蕉、猕猴桃、草莓、苹果、菠萝和木瓜等比例发酵混合粉2g、嗜酸乳杆菌0.3g、长双歧杆菌0.3g、副干酪乳杆菌0.3g、鼠李糖乳杆菌0.3g、发酵乳杆菌0.3g、嗜热链球菌0.3g、瑞士乳杆菌0.3g、低聚果糖0.4g。

步骤二,第二组合物配料步骤:各取菠菜、花椰菜、胡萝卜、红枣、薏苡仁、黄豌豆、燕麦、菠萝、梨子、荔枝和葡萄等冻干粉5kg,嗜酸乳杆菌冻干粉1.83 kg、长双歧杆菌冻干粉1.83 kg、副干酪乳杆菌冻干粉1.83 kg、鼠李糖乳杆菌冻干粉1.83 kg、发酵乳杆菌冻干粉1.83 kg 、嗜热链球菌冻干粉1.83 kg、瑞士乳杆菌冻干粉1.83 kg和低聚果糖粉5.49 kg;在洁净室中将上述原料倒入混合机的锅中,以250转/分的速度混合上述原料30分钟,之后装袋成规格为8g/包的产品;
