Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型耐磨套,包括有面板和装在所述面板上的耐磨块,以及安装在面板下方的基板,所述耐磨块的形状为锥形,所述面板上设有多个锥形的安装通孔;在每个所述安装通孔内装有一块所述耐磨块。由于采用上述技术方案,充分利用了耐磨块和面板的锥形契合,使得其物理连接牢固,有效的提高了耐磨块的牢固性,可以有效的防止耐磨块脱落。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及机械零部件制造技术领域,特别是一种用于安装在输送颗粒和粉末等物料的管道、溜槽及料斗内表面上的耐磨零部件。
【背景技术】
目前,在电力、冶金、矿山、码头、建材、化工等行业中,用于输送颗粒和粉末等物料的管道、溜槽及料斗内表面的板体为了防止磨损,大都装有硬度高的耐磨套,但是由于耐磨块与基板的安装较为困难,其牢固性不够强,比如靠粘合技术将耐磨块与基板粘结,在收到冲击、震动的情况下,很容易脱落。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用物理定位方式的新型耐磨套,旨在解决耐磨块容易脱落的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种新型耐磨套,包括有面板和装在所述面板上的耐磨块,以及安装在面板下方的基板,所述耐磨块的形状为锥形,所述面板上设有多个锥形的安装通孔;在每个所述安装通孔内装有一块所述耐磨块。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述面板由金属或者非金属或者金属和非金属复合制成。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述耐磨块由硬质合金或者陶瓷或者复合陶瓷制成。
本发明的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,充分利用了耐磨块和面板的锥形契合,使得其物理连接牢固,有效的提高了耐磨块的牢固性,可以有效的防止耐磨块脱落。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,一种新型耐磨套,包括有面板2和装在所述面板2上的耐磨块1,以及安装在面板2下方的基板3,所述耐磨块的形状为锥形,所述面板2上设有多个锥形的安装通孔;在每个所述安装通孔内装有一块所述耐磨块1。将耐磨块1放入安装通孔中,再将面板2底部安装上基板3,由于锥形契合的缘故,耐磨块1便稳固在面板2中,不会再脱落。
优选的,所述面板2由金属或者非金属或者金属和非金属复合制成。有力提高了耐磨套整体的耐磨性能。
优选的,所述耐磨块1由硬质合金或者陶瓷或者复合陶瓷制成。有力提高了耐磨套整体的耐磨性能;并且可以根据耐磨块的材料的不同,适用在不同要求的环境中。
本发明也可以配合粘合技术、焊接技术等使用,形成混合式的安装技术方案,使得耐磨块与面板的连接更为牢固、可靠。
由于采用上述技术方案,充分利用了耐磨块1和面板2的锥形契合,使得其物理连接牢固,有效的提高了耐磨块的牢固性,可以有效的防止耐磨块脱落。在现有耐磨套中尚未发现有锥形耐磨块的使用,本发明是新型号的耐磨套,由于称呼的不同,也是新型耐磨板。

1.一种新型耐磨套,包括有面板和装在所述面板上的耐磨块,以及安装在面板下方的基板,其特征在于:所述耐磨块的形状为锥形,所述面板上设有多个锥形的安装通孔;在每个所述安装通孔内装有一块所述耐磨块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型耐磨套,其特征在于:所述面板由金属或者非金属或者金属和非金属复合制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型耐磨套,其特征在于:所述耐磨块由硬质合金或者陶瓷或者复合陶瓷制成。
