本发明涉及一种耐磨管,属于工程元件技术领域。该耐磨管包括圆管形的金属基板和陶瓷体,金属基板制有贯通其外圆柱面和内圆柱面的安装孔,金属基板外圆柱面和内圆柱面上均覆有浇铸层,陶瓷体设于浇铸层和安装孔内。该耐磨管可以将陶瓷体牢固固定在金属基板上,使得耐磨管内部耐磨,成本低。

本发明涉及一种耐磨管,属于工程元件技术领域。
背景技术
潜水泵通常包含泵体、电机、叶轮;所述泵体上设置有进水口、出水口;电机启动带动叶轮转动,带动水从进水口进入,然后从出水口排出,水流通道是通过泵体内部的中空部分形成的通道。
潜水泵是输送液体或使液体增压的机械。它将原动机的机械能或 其他外部能量传送给液体,使液体能量增加,主要用来输送液体包括水、油、酸碱液、乳化液、悬乳液和液态金属等,也可输送液体、气体混合物以及含悬浮固体物 的液体。
据申请人了解,在水中含有相当多的泥砂时,潜水泵的使用寿命往往不是取决于电机质量而是取决于水泵过流零件(如叶轮、泵盖)的耐泥砂磨损能力。
针对潜水泵而言,原材料成本及加工成本的综合,是不能不考虑的因素。基于这一条件,采用低成本,探求提高潜水电泵过流另件抗砂磨损性能的途径,是值得重视的一项课题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种低成本且耐磨的耐磨管。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种耐磨管,包括圆管形的金属基板和陶瓷体,所述金属基板制有贯通其外圆柱面和内圆柱面的安装孔,所述金属基板外圆柱面和内圆柱面上均覆有浇铸层,所述陶瓷体设于浇铸层和安装孔内。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:由于耐磨管包括圆管形的金属基板和陶瓷体,通过金属基板制有贯通其外圆柱面和内圆柱面的安装孔,金属基板外圆柱面和内圆柱面上均覆有浇铸层,陶瓷体设于浇铸层和安装孔内,制作耐磨管时,可以将陶瓷体设于安装孔上,出水管外部的浇铸层通过安装孔流入出水管内部,将陶瓷体牢固固定在圆管形的金属基板上,使得耐磨管内部耐磨,成本低。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述浇铸层上涂有树脂层。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述浇铸层含有的成分和质量百分比含量为:C: 3.5~3.7%,Sb:0.04~0.08%,Mn:0.40~0.60%,Cu: 0.30~0.40%,其余为Fe和不可避免的夹杂元素。
锑: Sb熔点630℃ ,它是促进珠光体形成元素, 对薄壁铸件, 可使组织完全珠光体化, 且对不同壁厚基体组织差异极微, 壁厚敏感性明显减少。具有较大熔化潜热,加入0.04~0.08%含量的 Sb,明显细化宏观组织,在部分微区形成温度起伏,引起析出石墨核心,可细化石墨。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:通过在浇铸层内加入微量的Sb和Cu,生产成本低廉, 耐磨性能好,使得潜水泵在水中工作使用寿命提高明显。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述安装孔是锥形安装孔,所述陶瓷体是对应所述安装孔的锥形陶瓷体。

本实施例的耐磨管,如图1所示,包括圆管形的金属基板1和陶瓷体2。金属基板1制有贯通其外圆柱面和内圆柱面的安装孔3,金属基板1外圆柱面和内圆柱面上均覆有浇铸层4,陶瓷体2设于浇铸层4和安装孔3内。
本实施例的浇铸层4上涂有树脂层5。
本实施例的浇铸层4含有的成分和质量百分比含量为:C: 3.5~3.7%,Sb:0.04~0.08%,Mn:0.40~0.60%,Cu: 0.30~0.40%,其余为Fe和不可避免的夹杂元素。
本实施例的安装孔3是锥形安装孔,陶瓷体2是对应安装孔3的锥形陶瓷体。
本发明不局限于上述实施例。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种耐磨管,其特征在于:包括圆管形的金属基板和陶瓷体,所述金属基板制有贯通其外圆柱面和内圆柱面的安装孔,所述金属基板外圆柱面和内圆柱面上均覆有浇铸层,所述陶瓷体设于浇铸层和安装孔内。
2.如权利要求1所述耐磨管,其特征在于:所述浇铸层上涂有树脂层。
3.如权利要求1所述耐磨管,其特征在于:所述浇铸层含有的成分和质量百分比含量为:C: 3.5~3.7%,Sb:0.04~0.08%,Mn:0.40~0.60%,Cu: 0.30~0.40%,其余为Fe和不可避免的夹杂元素。
4.如权利要求1所述耐磨管,其特征在于:所述安装孔是锥形安装孔,所述陶瓷体是对应所述安装孔的锥形陶瓷体。
