本发明涉及一种新型智能操作的食品加工成型装置。
背景技术
很多食品的制作需要经过挑选、烘干、研磨、加热、搅拌、熟成、冷却、灌模成型，才能形成一方完美黑亮的很多食品。主要由可可粉、可可脂、乳粉、蔗糖及磷脂等组成。很多食品可以制成圆形、方形等各种形状，对于圆片形的很多食品首先需要对其成型，在操作上很不方便，成型质量及效率低，工人劳动强度比较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够适应燕麦很多食品的大规模加工和连续化加工的新型智能操作的食品加工成型装置设备。
为了实现上述目的，本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现：一种新型智能操作的食品加工成型装置，包括机身、出料仓、进料斗、连接杆、操作杆、刷子、输送带、驱动装置、辊轴、滚轴和转轴，所述机身下方设置有机脚，所述机身内部设置有电控柜和存储箱，所述机身上端设有进料斗，所述机身下端设有出料仓，所述机身上设置有驱动装置，所述机身内通过驱动轮设有输送带，所述输送带通过驱动轮与驱动装置相连，所述输送带上设有若干沿输送方向并列设置的辊轴，所述辊轴内设有滚轴，所述输送带的一侧设有连接杆，所述连接杆通过操作杆连接有刷子，所述机身内顶端通过转轴连接有烘干装置，所述输送带的另一侧延伸至出料仓外侧，所述机身在出料仓的一端上设置有控制箱，所述控制箱上设置有显示屏和控制按钮，所述驱动装置和控制箱通过导线分别与电控柜相连，所述驱动装置和控制箱通过信号线分别与控制箱相连。
作为优选，所述机脚底部设置有行走轮。
作为优选，所述操作杆可伸缩。
本发明具有多个并列设置的辊轴，可以连续不断地对燕麦很多食品进行成型处理，从而能够适应燕麦很多食品的大规模加工和连续化加工，同时刷子以及驱动装置的设置，很好的避免了燕麦很多食品成堆状况的出现，另外通过驱动装置带动输送带进行传送工作，而且设置有加热器在成型处理过程中，一边加热一边成型处理，给工作人员带来方便，结果简单，操作方便，通过控制箱进行智能控制，实用性强。

参照图1，本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案：一种新型智能操作的食品加工成型装置，包括机身1、出料仓2、进料斗3、连接杆4、操作杆5、刷子6、输送带7、驱动装置8、辊轴9、滚轴10和转轴11，所述机身1下方设置有机脚14，所述机身1内部设置有电控柜13和存储箱，所述机身1上端设有进料斗3，所述机身1下端设有出料仓2，所述机身1上设置有驱动装置8，所述机身1内通过驱动轮设有输送带7，所述输送带7通过驱动轮与驱动装置8相连，所述输送带7上设有若干沿输送方向并列设置的辊轴9，所述辊轴9内设有滚轴10，所述输送带7的一侧设有连接杆4，所述连接杆4通过操作杆5连接有刷子6，所述机身1内顶端通过转轴11连接有烘干装置12，所述输送带7的另一侧延伸至出料仓2外侧，所述机身1在出料仓2的一端上设置有控制箱16，所述控制箱16上设置有显示屏和控制按钮，所述驱动装置8和控制箱16通过导线分别与电控柜相连，所述驱动装置8和控制箱16通过信号线分别与控制箱相连，所述控制箱16上设置有显示屏和控制按钮，所述机身1上还设置有照明灯。
值得注意的是，所述机脚14底部设置有行走轮15。
值得注意的是，所述操作杆5可伸缩。
本发明具有多个并列设置的辊轴，可以连续不断地对燕麦很多食品进行成型处理，从而能够适应燕麦很多食品的大规模加工和连续化加工，同时刷子以及驱动装置的设置，很好的避免了燕麦很多食品成堆状况的出现，另外通过驱动装置带动输送带进行传送工作，而且设置有加热器在成型处理过程中，一边加热一边成型处理，给工作人员带来方便，结果简单，操作方便，通过控制箱进行智能控制，实用性强。
本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买，异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制，各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段，机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中，常规的型号，加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式，在此不再详述。
