Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在机动车中自动调节可运动的车辆部件(车窗、后盖板、推拉门、在侧面的翼形车门、天窗等)时的卡塞识别设备。
背景技术
具有自动开启或关闭的后盖板(作为可运动的车辆部件的实例)的当前车辆通常在控制侧具有用于识别和用于阻止夹塞情形或者说卡塞情形的调节逻辑单元。在此,例如作为驱动器的电动机的用于调节的转速或电流被检测并且通过定义触发阈值被监控突然的变化。通过相应低的触发阈值可以实现在卡塞情形下的敏感且可靠的响应性能,并且由此通过停止电动机(驱动器)可以将枢转区域的损伤危险减小到最小值。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,在保持减小的损伤危险的情况下却提高在调节可运动的车辆部件时的自动运行的可用性。
按照本发明,所述目的通过在机动车中自动调节可运动的车辆部件时的卡塞识别设备来实现,该卡塞识别设备具有电动机式驱动器,其中,驱动器的驱动电流和运动速度都能由电子控制单元检测,并且在运动速度的提高超出正常水平时,如果驱动电流的对于运动速度的该提高所需要的提高不可确定,那么电子控制单元抑制卡塞情形的识别。
按照本发明的在机动车中自动调节可运动的车辆部件时的卡塞识别设备具有电动机式驱动器和电子控制单元。电子控制单元原则上利用驱动电流以达到一定的运动速度的方式驱动驱动器。驱动器的驱动电流和运动速度都由电子控制单元检测和监控。在运动速度的提高超出正常水平时,如果驱动电流的对于运动速度的该提高所需要的提高不可确定,那么电子控制单元抑制卡塞情形的识别。为了实施按照本发明优化的该卡塞识别,电子控制单元例如包括相应编程的软件模块。
本发明基于如下考虑、认识和构思:
为了实现夹塞识别设备或者说卡塞识别设备的尽可能敏感的响应性能,触发阈值必须被选择地相应低。在一定情形下、特别是在附加地手动操纵(例如在自动开启运行期间用手抬起)时,这导致臆想地识别为夹塞情形或者说卡塞情形。对此的原因在于,通过附加地手动抬起例如后盖板,通常所需的驱动电流减小,或者说转速(运动速度)被提高超出在纯自动方法时的值。相反,结束手动支持又导致短时间的电流提高或者转速下降。随着由此断开按照现有技术的卡塞识别,执行器(电动机式驱动器)停止,并且因此车辆部件的自动开启或关闭过程结束。由于自动调节系统的与此相关联的有限的可用性,这可能导致不理解和烦恼。
因此按照本发明提出,将信号即驱动器(例如电动机)的驱动电流和运动速度(例如转速)为了监控可靠性而以如下方式智能地互相联系:通过考虑提高超出正常水平的转速但却没有为此真正所需的提高的驱动电流需求,可推断出与车辆部件的自动调节方向相同指向的手动支持。在结束手动支持时出现的转速下降或电流提高便可以相应地在一定的时间段内和/或车辆部件的一定的路程内被忽略。
也可以在识别到手动支持之后在一定的时间段内和/或一定的路程内才对运动速度和/或驱动电流的较大的变化作出反应,以便继续阻止臆想地识别为卡塞情形。

具体实施方式
图1示出车辆1的后半部,该后半部具有可自动调节的后盖板2和以电动机(在此是主轴马达)形式的电动机式驱动器3。电动机式驱动器3用驱动电流I驱动。驱动电流I的理论值由电子控制单元4来调节。驱动电流I的实际值由电子控制单元4检测并且分析利用。此外,后盖板2的运动速度以电动机式驱动器3的转速n的形式在电子控制单元4中被检测并且分析利用。
电子控制单元4包括在此未进一步示出的相应编程的软件模块,在转速或者说运动速度n的提高dn1/dt超出正常水平dn0/dt时,如果对于运动速度n的该提高dn1/dt所需要的驱动电流I的提高dI1/dt不可确定,那么通过该软件模块抑制卡塞情形的识别。为此接下来利用图2a至2c详细阐述一个实例:
在图2a中示出关于时间t的转速n。首先实施后盖板2的仅自动的关闭过程(在图1中的虚线箭头)。转速n以正常水平dn0/dt提高。在时刻t1上,关闭过程被在后盖板2上手动实施的附加的力F支持。由此,转速n以超出正常水平dn0/dt的梯度dn1/dt提高。在图2c中示出,对于运动速度n的该提高dn1/dt需要驱动电流I的提高dI1/dt(以虚线示出),然而驱动电流的该提高在按照图2b的该实施例中在时刻t1上实际上不可被确定(实线)。驱动电流I甚至可能从时刻t1开始由于手动支持而稍微下降。因此,卡塞情形的识别正当地被抑制并且后盖板2继续自动关闭。
如果在时刻t2上又去除力F、亦即沿着关闭方向的手动支持结束,那么这导致转速下降-dn2/dt。现在在按照本发明的一种进一步扩展方案中,如果在从提高dn1/dt出现开始的预定的持续时间Dt(或预定的路程)期间或之后识别到转速n的下降-dn2/dt和同时驱动电流I的提高dI2/dt,那么卡塞情形的识别继续被抑制。
因此,原则上在按照图2b的驱动电流I的曲线时不识别为卡塞情形。
在本发明的另一种优选设计方案中,在走完从卡塞情形的识别被抑制开始的、预定的时间或可运动的车辆部件2的预定的路程之后,如果驱动电流I不继续相应提高,那么电子控制单元4继续在不识别为卡塞情形的情况下允许运动速度n超出已经增加的提高dn1/dt的继续增大。
本发明当然不仅可以用于关闭过程,而且同样可以用于具有沿着开启方向的手动支持的开启过程。
Claims (3)
1.在机动车(1)中自动调节可运动的车辆部件(2)时的卡塞识别设备,该卡塞识别设备具有电动机式驱动器(3),其中,驱动器(3)的驱动电流(I)和运动速度(n)都能由电子控制单元(4)检测,并且在运动速度(n)的提高(dn1/dt)超出正常水平(dn0/dt)时,如果驱动电流(I)的对于运动速度(n)的该提高(dn1/dt)所需要的提高(dI1/dt)不可确定,那么电子控制单元(4)抑制卡塞情形的识别。
2.按照权利要求1所述的卡塞识别设备,其特征在于,在运动速度(n)的提高(dn1/dt)超出正常水平(dn0/dt)时,如果在预定的持续时间(Dt)或预定的路程期间或之后识别到运动速度(n)的下降(-dn2/dt)和同时驱动电流(I)的提高(dI2/dt),那么卡塞情形的识别在电子控制单元(4)中还继续被抑制。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的卡塞识别设备,其特征在于,在走完从卡塞情形的识别被抑制开始的预定的时间或可运动的车辆部件(2)的预定的路程之后,如果驱动电流(I)不继续相应提高,那么电子控制单元(4)继续在不识别为卡塞情形的情况下允许运动速度(n)超出已经增大的提高(dn1/dt)的继续增大。
