本发明公开了一种阻燃卷材,涉及建筑材料技术领域,包括两个外层,其中一个外层由以下重量份的原材料制成:石墨21~35份,玻璃纤维15~27份,石膏9~17份,石棉粉7~20份,珍珠岩18~40份,阻燃纤维12~25份,过氯乙烯6~11份,氯化橡胶13~23份;另一个外层由以下重量份的原材料制成:硅胶12~23份,环氧粘结剂15~27份,橡胶11~22份,阻燃剂5~10份。与现有技术相比,本发明具有较强的阻燃和粘结的作用。

阻燃卷材
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其是一种阻燃卷材。
背景技术
卷材主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。卷材主要有沥青防水卷材和高分子防水卷材。现有的卷材中主要以防水为主,缺少阻燃性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种阻燃卷材,它可以解决卷材缺少阻燃性能的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种阻燃卷材,至少包括两个外层,其特征在于:其中一个外层由以下重量份的原材料制成:石墨21~35份,玻璃纤维15~27份,石膏9~17份,石棉粉7~20份,珍珠岩18~40份,阻燃纤维12~25份,过氯乙烯6~11份,氯化橡胶13~23份;另一个外层由以下重量份的原材料制成:硅胶12~23份,环氧粘结剂15~27份,橡胶11~22份,阻燃剂5~10份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:石墨28份,玻璃纤维21份,石膏13份,石棉粉13份,珍珠岩29份,阻燃纤维18份,过氯乙烯8份,氯化橡胶18份。
进一步的:硅胶17份,环氧粘结剂21份,橡胶16份,阻燃剂7份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、石墨的燃点在3000℃以上;玻璃纤维的熔点为680℃,石膏、石棉粉和珍珠岩都具有较好的阻燃性能,石墨、玻璃纤维、石膏、石棉粉和珍珠岩混合,可以使得本发明具有较高阻燃性能。
2、阻燃纤维、过氯乙烯和氯化橡胶均具有较好的阻燃性能,能够使得卷材阻燃性能提高。
3、第二的橡胶、硅胶和环氧粘结剂混合制成粘性较高的卷材粘结层,可以直接与使用卷材的面板粘结;掺入阻燃剂可以使得卷材粘结层具有阻燃的性能。
以下通过两组实验进一步验证本发明的有益效果:
将本发明的阻燃卷材取一段放入燃烧中的火堆中,放置60分钟,将本阻燃卷材取出,未发现有烧焦、烧毁的痕迹;
将本发明的阻燃卷材取一段与橡胶地板粘贴,粘贴上后需要用100牛顿的力才能将阻燃卷材与橡胶地板分开。
实验表面本阻燃材料具有较好的防火性能;反面具有较强的粘结性能。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
这种阻燃卷材,至少包括正面和反面,还包括中间层,所述正面由以下重量份的原材料制成:石墨21份,玻璃纤维15份,石膏9份,石棉粉7份,珍珠岩18份,阻燃纤维12份,过氯乙烯6份,氯化橡胶13份,所述反面由以下重量份的原材料制成:硅胶12份,环氧粘结剂15份,橡胶11份,阻燃剂5份。
制法:将石墨、玻璃纤维、石膏、石棉粉、珍珠岩熔融混合,得到第一混合物,在第一混合物中添加阻燃纤维、过氯乙烯、氯化橡胶,搅拌均匀,得到第二混合物,压延工艺,得到卷材的一个外层;将硅胶和橡胶融化混合,得到第三混合物,在所述第三混合物中掺入环氧粘结剂和阻燃剂,搅拌均匀,得到第四混合物,采用压延机通过压延工艺,得到卷材的另一个外层;将两个外层与中间层粘结在一起即可制得本阻燃卷材。
实施例2:
这种阻燃卷材,至少包括正面和反面,还包括中间层,所述正面由以下重量份的原材料制成:石墨35份,玻璃纤维27份,石膏17份,石棉粉20份,珍珠岩40份,阻燃纤维25份,过氯乙烯11份,氯化橡胶23份,所述反面由以下重量份的原材料制成:硅胶23份,环氧粘结剂27份,橡胶22份,阻燃剂10份。
制法:将石墨、玻璃纤维、石膏、石棉粉、珍珠岩熔融混合,得到第一混合物,在第一混合物中添加阻燃纤维、过氯乙烯、氯化橡胶,搅拌均匀,得到第二混合物,压延工艺,得到卷材的一个外层;将硅胶和橡胶融化混合,得到第三混合物,在所述第三混合物中掺入环氧粘结剂和阻燃剂,搅拌均匀,得到第四混合物,采用压延机通过压延工艺,得到卷材的另一个外层;将两个外层与中间层粘结在一起即可制得本阻燃卷材。

1.一种阻燃卷材,至少包括两个外层,其特征在于:其中一个外层由以下重量份的原材料制成:石墨21~35份,玻璃纤维15~27份,石膏9~17份,石棉粉7~20份,珍珠岩18~40份,阻燃纤维12~25份,过氯乙烯6~11份,氯化橡胶13~23份;另一个外层由以下重量份的原材料制成:硅胶12~23份,环氧粘结剂15~27份,橡胶11~22份,阻燃剂5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃材料,其特征在于:石墨28份,玻璃纤维21份,石膏13份,石棉粉13份,珍珠岩29份,阻燃纤维18份,过氯乙烯8份,氯化橡胶18份。
