Abstract
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其是一种高强度耐菌家具漆。其原料包括按重量份为:不饱和聚酯树脂85~90份,硬脂酸锌2~8份,溶剂5~10份,竹炭纤维10~15份,石墨烯0.1~0.4份,阻聚剂0.1~0.3份,防绿化剂0.1~0.3份,消泡剂0.1~0.4份,流平剂0.3~0.6份,防沉剂0.1~0.2份。在生产过程中将不饱和聚酯树脂、50%的溶剂及竹炭纤维、石墨烯、阻聚剂、流平剂、消泡剂混合,搅拌均匀,再加入硬脂酸锌、剩余50%溶剂、防绿化剂、防沉剂,继续搅拌至分布均匀,再加入促进剂与引发剂即可,在产品中引入了石墨烯及竹炭纤维使产品结构更加稳定且具有良好的抑菌抗菌性能,同时产品附着力更加牢靠、耐擦洗、抗裂纹、隔热效果良好。

本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其是一种高强度耐菌家具漆。
背景技术
家具在使用过程中往往接触到许多的细菌,长久以来便会对家具造成一定的损害,同时对用户造成细菌侵害。家具漆在使用过程中,时间久了后往往会被老化或裂化,造成家具表面直接暴露在空气中。
发明内容
本发明针对上诉问题提出了一种高强度耐菌家具漆,为了达到上诉目的,本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种高强度耐菌家具漆其原料包括按重量份为:不饱和聚酯树脂85~90份,硬脂酸锌2~8份,溶剂5~10份,竹炭纤维10~15份,石墨烯0.1~0.4份,阻聚剂0.1~0.3份,防绿化剂0.1~0.3份,消泡剂0.1~0.4份,流平剂0.3~0.6份,防沉剂0.1~0.2份。
所述的一种高强度耐菌家具漆的制作步骤为:将不饱和聚酯树脂、50%的溶剂及竹炭纤维、石墨烯、阻聚剂、流平剂、消泡剂混合,搅拌均匀,再加入硬脂酸锌、剩余50%溶剂、防绿化剂、防沉剂,继续搅拌至分布均匀,再加入促进剂与引发剂即可。
采用本发明制取的家具漆较同种普通漆而言,使用了竹炭纤维使产品结构更加稳定且具有良好的抑菌抗菌性能,石墨烯的使用也使产品附着力更加牢靠、耐擦洗、抗裂纹、隔热效果良好。

为进一步阐述本发明所达到的预定目的与技术手段及功效,以下结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:一种高强度耐菌家具漆其原料包括按重量份为:不饱和聚酯树脂85份,硬脂酸锌5份,溶剂10份,竹炭纤维10份,石墨烯0.2份,阻聚剂0.3份,防绿化剂0.2份,消泡剂0.3份,流平剂0.3份,防沉剂0.1份。将不饱和聚酯树脂、50%的溶剂及竹炭纤维、石墨烯、阻聚剂、流平剂、消泡剂混合,搅拌均匀,再加入硬脂酸锌、剩余50%溶剂、防绿化剂、防沉剂,继续搅拌至分布均匀,再加入促进剂与引发剂即得到产品,产品结构稳定、具有良好的抑菌抗菌性能、附着力牢靠、耐擦洗、抗裂纹、隔热效果良好。
实施例2:一种高强度耐菌家具漆其原料包括按重量份为:不饱和聚酯树脂88份,硬脂酸锌8份,溶剂7份,竹炭纤维15份,石墨烯0.4份,阻聚剂0.2份,防绿化剂0.3份,消泡剂0.2份,流平剂0.6份,防沉剂0.2份。将不饱和聚酯树脂、50%的溶剂及竹炭纤维、石墨烯、阻聚剂、流平剂、消泡剂混合,搅拌均匀,再加入硬脂酸锌、剩余50%溶剂、防绿化剂、防沉剂,继续搅拌至分布均匀,再加入促进剂与引发剂即得到产品,产品结构稳定、具有良好的抑菌抗菌性能、附着力牢靠、耐擦洗、抗裂纹、隔热效果良好。
实施例3:一种高强度耐菌家具漆其原料包括按重量份为:不饱和聚酯树脂90份,硬脂酸锌2份,溶剂5份,竹炭纤维13份,石墨烯0.1份,阻聚剂0.2份,防绿化剂0.1份,消泡剂0.4份,流平剂0.5份,防沉剂0.2份。将不饱和聚酯树脂、50%的溶剂及竹炭纤维、石墨烯、阻聚剂、流平剂、消泡剂混合,搅拌均匀,再加入硬脂酸锌、剩余50%溶剂、防绿化剂、防沉剂,继续搅拌至分布均匀,再加入促进剂与引发剂即得到产品,产品结构稳定、具有良好的抑菌抗菌性能、附着力牢靠、耐擦洗、抗裂纹、隔热效果良好。

1.一种高强度耐菌家具漆,其特征在于,原料包括按重量份为:不饱和聚酯树脂85~90份,硬脂酸锌2~8份,溶剂5~10份,竹炭纤维10~15份,石墨烯0.1~0.4份,阻聚剂0.1~0.3份,防绿化剂0.1~0.3份,消泡剂0.1~0.4份,流平剂0.3~0.6份,防沉剂0.1~0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度耐菌家具漆,其特征在于,其生产步骤为:将不饱和聚酯树脂、50%的溶剂及竹炭纤维、石墨烯、阻聚剂、流平剂、消泡剂混合,搅拌均匀,再加入硬脂酸锌、剩余50%溶剂、防绿化剂、防沉剂,继续搅拌至分布均匀,再加入促进剂与引发剂即可。
