本发明涉及一种钢包浇注料,具体的说是一种钢包内衬或工作层用浇注料。包括如下重量份数的组分,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种钢包浇注料,使用部位为钢包与钢水接触的直接内衬,其中各组分重量百分比为:烧结微孔铝尖晶石12—8mm为8~20%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石8—5mm为l1~15%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石5—3mm为12~15%,烧结微孔铝尖晶石3一lmm为10~15%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石≤1mm为30~35%,改性镁钙砂≤1mm0~5%,二碳化三铬粉1%,复合凝胶粉3~5%,水合氧化铝微粉1%,珍珠陶土粉1%,锗酸铋粉0.5%,改性纯铝酸钙水泥3~5%,外加C7H10N2O2S0.1%,C21H14Na2O6S20.1%,2‑吗啉乙磺酸0.05%。本发明可以降低钢包内衬材料与熔渣的反应程度,提高其抗渣性能钢包产品的高温性能、抗渣侵蚀性能,大幅增加了钢包的抗热震性能,有效提高了整体浇注钢包的使用寿命,比常规同类型的钢包寿命提高30%以上。

一种钢包浇注料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢包耐火材料,具体的说是一种钢包内衬浇注料。
背景技术
钢包中和钢水直接接触的耐火材料称为钢包工作层。现有技术中钢包工作层一般采用尖晶石浇注料,但目前钢包内衬的各项性能一般,因此,直接影响了钢包的使用寿命,如何提高钢包的使用寿命,改善钢包工作层的性能最为关键,因此钢包内衬浇注料的性能改进成为延长钢包使用寿命的关键。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种钢包浇注料,可以降低钢包内衬材料与熔渣的反应程度,提高其抗渣性能钢包产品的高温性能、抗渣侵蚀性能,大幅增加了钢包的抗热震性能,总体上提高了钢包的综合性能,最终钢包的使用寿命大幅增加。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种钢包浇注料,使用部位为钢包与钢水接触的直接内衬,其中各组分重量百分比为:烧结微孔铝尖晶石12—8mm为8~20%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石8—5mm为l1~15%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石5—3mm为12~15%,烧结微孔铝尖晶石3一lmm为10~15%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石≤1mm为30~35%,改性镁钙砂≤1mm0~5%,二碳化三铬粉1%,复合凝胶粉3~5%,水合氧化铝微粉1%,珍珠陶土粉1%,锗酸铋粉0.5%,改性纯铝酸钙水泥 3~5%,外加C7H10N2O2S0.1%,C21H14Na2O6S20.1%,2-吗啉乙磺酸0.05%。
本发明进一步的技术特征是:所述的复合凝胶粉为锆凝胶粉和铝凝胶粉的复合粉,其重量比为1:2。
所述改性镁钙砂是指镁钙砂用H2C2O4进行浸渍和碳酸化处理,使镁钙砂表面形成抗水化的包覆膜。
所述烧结微孔铝尖晶石为氧化铝含量≥78%,闭口微孔的孔径≤5微米,闭口微孔占总气孔的80%以上。
所述珍珠陶土的铝含量≥30%。
所述改性纯铝酸钙水泥为水泥生产过程中加入了5%的铝尖晶石,3%碳酸锆再经高温烧结制造出来的特性水泥,改性铝酸钙水泥的铝含量≥75%。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明可以降低钢包内衬材料与熔渣的反应程度,提高其抗渣性能钢包产品的高温性能、抗渣侵蚀性能,大幅增加了钢包的抗热震性能,有效提高了整体浇注钢包的使用寿命,比常规同类型的钢包寿命提高30%以上。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种钢包浇注料,使用部位为钢包与钢水接触的直接内衬,其中各组分重量百分比为:各组分重量百分比为:烧结微孔铝尖晶石12—8mm为15%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石8—5mm为14%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石5—3mm为15%,烧结微孔铝尖晶石3一lmm为13%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石≤1mm为30%,二碳化三铬粉1%,复合凝胶粉5%,水合氧化铝微粉1%,珍珠陶土粉1%,锗酸铋粉0.5%,改性纯铝酸钙水泥 4.5%,外加C7H10N2O2S0.1%,C21H14Na2O6S20.1%,2-吗啉乙磺酸0.05%。将上述 配料混合均匀即得钢包浇注料。
以实施例1的钢包浇注料配方进行实验测试:外加占上述配方比例重量3~6wt%的水,测试性能指标如下:体积密度为2.9/cm3; 1600℃×3h烧后抗折强度为18.8MPa;1600℃×3h烧后耐压强度为78MPa;1100℃水冷10次后抗折强度保持率为41%;1500℃回转坩埚法抗渣实验侵蚀指数14%;渗透指数24%。实验使用的钢渣的碱度CaO/SiO2=2.03。比常规同类型的钢包寿命提高32%以上。
实施例2:
一种钢包浇注料,其中各组分重量百分比为:各组分重量百分比为:烧结微孔铝尖晶石12—8mm为14%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石8—5mm为15%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石5—3mm为15%,烧结微孔铝尖晶石3一lmm为12%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石≤1mm为30%,改性镁钙砂≤1mm为2%,二碳化三铬粉1%,复合凝胶粉5%,水合氧化铝微粉1%,珍珠陶土粉1%,锗酸铋粉0.5%,改性纯铝酸钙水泥 3.5%,外加C7H10N2O2S0.1%,C21H14Na2O6S20.1%,2-吗啉乙磺酸0.05%。将上述 配料混合均匀即得钢包浇注料。
以实施例2的钢包浇注料配方进行实验测试:外加占上述配方比例重量3~6wt%的水,测试性能指标如下:体积密度为2.9/cm3; 1600℃×3h烧后抗折强度为17MPa;1600℃×3h烧后耐压强度为71MPa;1100℃水冷10次后抗折强度保持率为54%;1500℃回转坩埚法抗渣实验侵蚀指数11%;渗透指数19%。实验使用的钢渣的碱度CaO/SiO2=2.03。比常规同类型的钢包寿命提高35%以上。

1.一种钢包浇注料,其特征在于各组分重量百分比为:烧结微孔铝尖晶石12—8mm为14%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石8—5mm为15%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石5—3mm为15%,烧结微孔铝尖晶石3一lmm为12%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石≤1mm为30%,改性镁钙砂≤1mm为2%,二碳化三铬粉1%,复合凝胶粉5%,水合氧化铝微粉1%,珍珠陶土粉1%,锗酸铋粉0.5%,改性纯铝酸钙水泥 3.5%,外加C7H10N2O2S0.1%,C21H14Na2O6S20.1%,2-吗啉乙磺酸0.05%;所述的复合凝胶粉为锆凝胶粉和铝凝胶粉的复合粉,其重量比为1:2;所述烧结微孔铝尖晶石为氧化铝含量≥78%,闭口微孔的孔径≤5微米,闭口微孔占总气孔的80%以上;所述改性镁钙砂是指镁钙砂用H2C2O4进行浸渍和碳酸化处理,使镁钙砂表面形成抗水化的包覆膜;所述改性纯铝酸钙水泥为水泥生产过程中加入了5%的铝尖晶石,3%碳酸锆再经高温烧结制造出来的特性水泥,改性铝酸钙水泥的铝含量≥75%。
