背景技术
在日常生活中,能否获得舒适的环境,味道即是主要的因素。在我们居住的场所最容易产生臭味的地方,应该是洗手间,而令人感到舒适的洗手间即是无臭空间,一般为了消除臭味,大都是用具有香味的芳香剂来盖过一时的臭味,或是加强洗手间的通风设备,籍以降低异味比例,这样虽可减少异味,但效果不佳,异味很难在洗手间完全消失。又因洗手间的臭味主要是由一些硫化氢及氨代表的硫磺系化合物与氮系化合物组成,上述除臭方法都不能在化合物产生时就清除,且除臭效果不佳。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种除臭马桶盖及其制备方法,本发明能有效减少厕所空气中的异味,产生负离子以净化空气,而且制备方法简单,原料易得。
本发明提出的一种除臭马桶盖,其原料按重量份包括:50-60份玉米芯,30-40份秸秆粉,45-55份花生壳粉,20-30份茶叶渣,15-25份柚子皮,10-20份稻糠,40-45份竹木粉,2-8份造纸污泥,10-15份改性麦饭石粉,8-16份多孔磷酸钙,8-12份薄荷,14-18份金银花,5-8份丁香,3-5份电气石粉,2-4份六环石粉,30-35份环氧树脂胶结剂;
其中改性麦饭石粉的制备方法如下:将麦饭石粉、红薯淀粉、三氧化二铝加水混合均匀后,干燥,粉碎过筛得到颗粒物料A;将颗粒物料A升温至300-350℃,保温1-2h,再升温至550-580℃,保温30-40min,再升温至620-650℃,保温10-15min,取出冷却至室温得到物料B;将物料B置于氯化铝溶液静置,取出,洗涤,干燥后得到物料C;将物料C升温至340-360℃,保温10-15min,取出冷却至室温得到改性麦饭石粉。

本发明采用玉米芯、秸秆粉、花生壳粉、稻糠、竹木粉作为主料,再通过环氧树脂胶结剂使原料粘接成一个整体,使马桶盖具有一定的硬度、强度和韧性;麦饭石粉通过与红薯淀粉、三氧化二铝加水混合,捏合成整体,再通过多次升温保温烧结,使三氧化二铝牢牢的附着在麦饭石粉表面,而氯化铝溶液呈酸性,对麦饭石粉表面具有一定的侵蚀作用,使麦饭石粉表面的孔隙进一步增多,进一步增强改性麦饭石粉的吸附能力;厕所中的臭味物质为硫化氢及氨代表的硫磺系化合物与氮系化合物,本发明中茶叶渣、柚子皮、改性麦饭石粉、多孔磷酸钙表面具有多孔结构,使空气中的硫磺系化合物与氮系化合物进入茶叶渣、柚子皮、改性麦饭石粉、多孔磷酸钙的多孔结构中,从而降低厕所空气中硫磺系化合物与氮系化合物的含量,降低臭味,同时改性麦饭石粉表面附着有三氧化二铝,不仅具有多孔结构,能吸附臭味物质,还可促进臭味物质氧化、分解,进一步降低空气中臭味物质的含量;在茶叶渣、柚子皮、改性麦饭石粉、多孔磷酸钙吸附和分解臭味物质的基础上,茶叶渣、柚子皮、薄荷、金银花、丁香相互配合能作为香味物质,产生香味以降低异味比例;同时电气石粉、六环石粉相互配合能产生负离子,一方面可以调节厕所空气中正、负离子浓度比,另一方面负离子能使空气中微米级肉眼看不见的漂尘,通过正负离子吸引、碰撞形成分子团下沉落地,且负离子能使细菌蛋白质两级性颠倒,而使细菌生存能力下降或致死,从而达到净化空气的作用。

5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述除臭马桶盖,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:52-58份玉米芯,33-37份秸秆粉,48-52份花生壳粉,24-26份茶叶渣,19-23份柚子皮,11-19份稻糠,42-44份竹木粉,4-6份造纸污泥,12-13份改性麦饭石粉,10-14份多孔磷酸钙,10-11份薄荷,15-16份金银花,6-7份丁香,3.5-4.5份电气石粉,2.7-3.4份六环石粉,31-33份环氧树脂胶结剂。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述除臭马桶盖,其特征在于,改性麦饭石粉的制备方法如下:按重量份将4-6份麦饭石粉、1-2份红薯淀粉、2-4份三氧化二铝加水混合均匀后,干燥,粉碎过筛得到颗粒物料A;将颗粒物料A升温至300-350℃,保温1-2h,再升温至550-580℃,保温30-40min,再升温至620-650℃,保温10-15min,取出冷却至室温得到物料B;将物料B置于浓度为0.3-0.4mol/L的氯化铝溶液静置3-5h,取出,洗涤,干燥后得到物料C;将物料C升温至340-360℃,保温10-15min,取出冷却至室温得到改性麦饭石粉。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述除臭马桶盖的制备方法,其特征在于,将造纸污泥烘干至水分含量为2-3wt%,加入玉米芯、秸秆粉、花生壳粉、茶叶渣、柚子皮、稻糠、竹木粉、薄荷、金银花和丁香搅拌均匀,粉碎至10-12目,烘干后再加入改性麦饭石粉、多孔磷酸钙、电气石粉、六环石粉搅拌均匀,然后加入环氧树脂胶结剂混合均匀得到混合物料;将混合物料放入模具中,将含有混合物料的模具置于液压机中进行高温高压成型得到除臭马桶盖,其中液压机的温度为100-120℃,液压机的压力为0.8-1MPa。
