纤维素焊条立向下焊,电弧具有熔深大,穿透力强,气孔敏感性小。广泛应用于石油化工、天然气、电力、民用行业的输油、输气、输水等大口径的管道铺设中;纤维素焊条我国的质量还不如国外,纤维素还不够成熟,因此,对于纤维素焊条还有待于进一步的改进。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种纤维素电焊条,具有良好的综合性能,电弧稳定,性能稳定,可靠性高,同时不会产生粘条不良现象。

铬3-6份,二氧化钛7-10份,碳酸钾6-14份,纤维素15-30份,萤石2-5份,碳酸钡7-10份,钛白粉6-11份,锰11-14份,云母2-4份,石英砂8-10份,改性松香7-11份,二乙二醇乙醚2.3-6份,高锰酸钾粉1.5-4份,铜1-5份,柠檬酸6-10份,氯化锌4-8份,双硬脂酸酰胺3.5-10份。
