背景技术
纤维素焊条立向下焊，电弧具有熔深大，穿透力强，气孔敏感性小。广泛应用于石油化工、天然气、电力、民用行业的输油、输气、输水等大口径的管道铺设中；纤维素焊条我国的质量还不如国外，纤维素还不够成熟，因此，对于纤维素焊条还有待于进一步的改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明要解决的问题是，提供一种纤维素电焊条，性能稳定，气孔小，电弧稳定，具有良好的焊接性。
为解决现有技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案是，一种稳定的纤维素焊条，其由以下重量份数的原料制成：
金红石6-11份，钛白粉3-6份，碳酸钙4-11份，钛铁5-7份，钾钠水玻璃6-10份，中碳锰铁2-5份，氧化铋6-10份，脱氧剂6-8份，硬脂酸钡9-10份，烷基苯4-8份，非氟氯型环保有机溶剂1.5-6份，表面活性剂0.5-2份，聚酰胺6-9份，纤维素20-40份，碳酸钾4-9份，氧化铁11-14份。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的纤维素电焊条，性能稳定，气孔小，电弧稳定，具有良好的焊接性。
