技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于合金材料的焊条。
背景技术
选用焊条通常根据钢材化学成分、力学性能、抗裂性能等方面的要求,同时对焊接结构形状、工作条件、受力情况等进行全面考虑,必要时应进行焊接性试验,采取一定的工艺措施,保证焊接质量。1、一般根据钢材强度等级来选相应的焊条,同时考虑焊接结构尺寸、形状、坡口、工作条件、受力情况、综合分析选用需要的焊条和工艺措施。2、对焊缝冷却速度快,使强度增高,焊缝易产生裂纹的情况,可选用比母材强度低一级的焊条。3、对于碳钢与低合金钢或低合金钢与低合金钢之间的异种钢焊接,一般选用与强度等级较低的钢材相对应的焊条。4、对中碳钢的焊接,由于钢材含碳量较高,增大了焊接裂纹倾向,可选用低氢焊条。并采取预热、缓冷和后热措施。因此,现有的合金焊条应用范围较窄,不能够广泛应用。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种用于合金材料的焊条,应用的合金的范围广,同时低温性能好、抗裂性能好。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种用于合金材料的焊条,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
金红石8-13份,二氧化硅3-7份,氧化钛6-11份,中碳锰铁9-17份,金属铬4-8份,云母3-9份,炭6-8份,海藻酸钠6-9份,纤维素5-8份,烷基苯8-13份,三乙烯二胺10-15份,石蜡7-9份,萤石2-7份,谷胱甘肽9-14份,镍粉2-7份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的用于合金材料的焊条,应用的合金的范围广,同时低温性能好、抗裂性能好。
