背景技术
为制造的需要,金属氮气瓶先期铸造时做成分体式,在后期在对分体的金属氮气瓶进行焊接,焊接的工艺决定氧气瓶的整体质量。

本发明提供一种氮气瓶真空焊接工艺,焊接工艺良好。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种氮气瓶真空焊接工艺,其具体步骤如下:
首先将含有真空夹层的氮气瓶上端口焊接好,之后将上述上端口焊接好的氮气瓶,将其底部朝上放入真空容器中,真空容器抽真空,激光焊机透过光学玻璃将氮气瓶下端口焊接好,真空容器排真空,取出真空容器内的氮气瓶。
进一步地,所述激光焊机设置在真空容器上端。
进一步地,所述真空容器顶端安装有光学玻璃。
