本发明涉及动物养殖技术领域,尤其是一种蛇的生态养殖方法。
背景技术
蛇,属爬行纲,蛇亚目,是真正的陆生脊椎动物。有毒蛇固然可怕,但只要注意提防,也并不那么危险。蛇类以食鼠为主(也食蛙类、鸟类等),蛇类其貌不扬,形状色泽奇特、浑身披鳞,头颈高翘、躯尾摆动、快速行进、寻偶鸣叫、泅水过渡、实在难以逗人喜爱。蛇类喜居荫蔽、潮湿、人迹罕至、杂草丛生、树木繁茂、有枮木树洞或乱石成堆、具柴垛草堆和古埂土墙,且饵料丰富的环境,这些都是它们栖居、出没、繁衍的场所,也有的蛇栖居水中。
它们栖息于墓洞中,洞口可见稀稠成粒的粪便,这样我们就知道洞中有没有蛇了。蛇有冬眠的习性,到了冬天盘踞在洞中睡觉,一睡就是几个月,不吃不喝,一动不动地保持体力。风和日立的天气,偶尔也会出来晒太阳,有时也会进食。待到春暖花开,蛇就醒了,开始外出觅食,而且脱掉原来的外衣。蜕皮时,蛇的新旧皮之间会分泌出一种液体,这种液体有助于蛇的蜕皮。从蛇蜕的外衣直径和长度可测出蛇重量甚至说出蛇的名称。蛇蜕皮后不久,活动量增大,觅食量增加,体况逐渐恢复。随着气温逐渐上升,到4月下旬至5月上中旬进入发情期。寻偶时,雌雄蛇发出的鸣叫声清晰明亮,“哒哒哒”如击石声。
蛇类的产卵期一般在4月下旬到6月上中旬,因品种而异。所产蛇卵一般粘结成一个大的卵块,卵块中卵的数量为8~15枚不等。蛇经常处于饥饿或半饥饿状态。一般以“守株待兔”方式捕食,但有时也主动出击。笔者曾目睹一条青竹骠蛇在河边追赶青蛙,青蛙一跃跳入河中,蛇也跟着跃入河中,简直像两名一前一后的跳水运动员。也见到过蛇捕食鸟卵的情景。它悄悄地爬上屋檐近侧的墙壁,游到家燕巢边,不断伸舌,惊走了亲鸟。当蛇发现其卵时,先行攻击,缠绕,待平安后,再行张开嘴巴,囫囵吞枣。不要以为它的嘴巴小,实际上它能吞食相当于本身头部大8~10倍的食物。蛇吃足食物后,感到疲倦,进入休息状态,此时极易被人捕捉。至于蛇的觅食次数,因蛇类品种和大小而异。一般夏令觅食活动盛期,特别是产卵繁殖期,一日一次或隔天一次。蛇体稍大的,因觅食量较大,一般是3日至一周左右进食一次。蛇类也喜欢在太阳光下进行日光浴,时间一般为上午10~12时左右。行日光浴时,一般伏于地面草丛或缠绕于树干上,也有半身裸露于洞口外、石头堆外面呈盘蜷状的,姿态变化多端。蛇类的活动规律,以昼出夜伏居多,因品种而异。
蛇在我们生活中作用很大,无论是用它泡酒还是吃蛇肉都可以治很多的病.
蛇肉不仅味道鲜美,质地细滑,更重要的是它富有营养价值,含有大量蛋白质,脂肪及碳水化合物及钙,磷,铁等盐类,还含有维生素A、B1、B2等等。一般说来,牛肉也是属于高蛋白的食品,可是,蛇肉中的蛋白质含量不仅可以和牛肉匹美,有的甚至有过之而无及。黑眉锦蛇肉含蛋白质约20.2%,虽低于瘦牛肉的蛋白质含量,但高于瘦猪肉、鸭肉、黄鳝肉等;乌梢蛇肉的蛋白质含量与瘦牛肉相近,为22.2%;蝮蛇肉的蛋白质含量还高于牛肉。其实,蝮蛇并非属于著名的食用蛇,其药用价值也难和五步蛇相比,但仅就蝮蛇肉的蛋白质和脂肪的成分来说,就很受人赞许,其所含蛋白质是由20余种氨基酸组成的,其中有甲硫氨酸(蛋氨酸)、亮氨酸(白氨酸)、异亮氨酸、赖氨酸、色氨酸、苯丙氨酸等8种为“必需氨基酸”。之所以称它们为必需氨基酸,是人体需要他们,但体内不能利用简单物质把它们制造出来,而必须从食物中去摄取。这8种必须氨基酸在蝮蛇肉中全部都有。而且还具有增强脑细胞活力的谷氨酸以及有助于消除疲劳的天门冬氨酸,虽则并非属于必需氨基酸,可是仍为人体所需要。上述两种氨基酸的含量远比牛肉为高。蝮蛇的脂肪所含的不饱脂肪酸中的亚油酸、亚麻酸含量非常丰富,对防止血管硬化有一定作用。研究者以蝮蛇制品所作的动物实验表明,它能刺激脑下垂体,性腺,甲状腺等内分泌有关激素进入血液,从而在协调和强化某些生理机能上具有特殊的功能。
蛇类入药早在二千多年前的《神农本草经》中就有记载,而且全身都有药用价值,称:蛇肉有活血驱风、除痰祛湿、补中益气的作用,对风湿关节炎、肢体麻木、气虚血亏、惊风癫痫及皮肤瘙痒等症都有较好的疗效。蛇胆、蛇骨、蛇蜕(处方名青龙衣,俗称蛇壳、蛇衣)、对治疗坐骨神经痛,偏头痛、风湿关节痛和晚期癌症、麻风病等有较好的疗效。蛇毒价格比黄金还贵十倍,是国际市场上十分紧缺的药源。故有“天赐良药”之美称。
特别是五步蛇,声名格外显赫。据《本草纲目》记载:五步蛇可以治疗麻风病、痉孪病、颈肿、恶疮,消除坏死的肌肉,杀死多种寄生虫等,这种药物具有壮阳、增强体质、永葆青春的作用。而这些用途在许多医学典籍上写得十分清楚。
现代研究也证实了蛇肉中含有丰富的蛋白质和脂肪。这是因为它们在人体中不可缺少,而人体又不能制造,需要依靠“进口”。蛇肉中含有这8种必需的不饱和脂肪酸,亚油酸、亚麻酸等。尤其是亚油酸的含量特别丰富,而这种生化物质对防止血管硬化有一定的作用。
蛇毒对人体的作用
一、蛇毒对血液系统的影响:
1、抗凝,纤溶作用;2、溶血;3、活血化瘀。
二、蛇毒对心血管的效应:
对血压的影响:MCD-肽的组织胺释放作用最强。PLA2能间接通过促进卵磷脂酶转化为溶血卵磷脂,具有释放组织胺的作用。其降压主要与组织胺扩张血管作用有关。碱性较强的MCD-肽可直接于肥大细胞膜上的钙通道蛋白酸性侧链基团发生反应,导致钙通道开放,钙向细胞内流动,使肥大细胞脱颗粒。这种作用导致组织胺和5-羟色胺的释放,具有抗炎作用。MCD-肽比氢化可的松抗炎作用强约100倍。
三、蛇毒对心脏的作用:
心脏肽可使心率及心力明显持久的增强,具有抗心率失常的作用和肾上腺素样活性。可改善冠状脉血流量,增强心肌收缩力,改善冠状动脉供血,缓解心绞痛。
四、蛇毒对微循环的作用:
有扩张血管,迅速溶解纤维蛋白的功能,能增加皮肤毛细血管的通透性,引起肥大的细胞释放肝素组织和5-羟色胺等生理流行性物质,是影响血管外微循环改变的重要因素。可以改变红细胞膜流动性降低了全血粘度和血将粘度,加快了红细胞电泳速度,最终达到了活血化瘀的作用。从而解决血管栓塞,打通微循环。
五、蛇毒的抗肿瘤作用:PLA2使肿瘤细胞线粒体膜溶解,使细胞的正常呼吸受到抑制。因而肿瘤组织氧化磷酸化的过程受到抑制,氧化功能被破坏,导致肿瘤组织生长抑制。细胞毒素P6的物质对吉田肉瘤有明显的抑制作用。精氨酸脂酶对癌症转移到血管壁上形成的斑块有消除作用。溶细胞素分离出来注入人体,随着血液循环扩散全身各处,专门杀癌细胞。
六、蛇毒对前列腺的作用:
安度肽是一种镇痛抗炎活性很强的多肽,对前列腺素合成酶有抑制作用,可激活前列腺增生组织细胞内酶体的活性,让前列腺增生组织萎缩,从而恢复正常的性功能。
七、蛇毒对风湿类风湿的作用:
可刺激巨噬细胞,增加其吞噬能力,显著增加碳粒廓清率。还具有促进肾上腺皮质激素的分泌,有显著的抗炎镇痛的作用。抗生素达不到的部位,蛇毒都能达到。
八、蛇毒丸对皮肤和内粘膜的作用:
生物酶杀菌因子和生物酶CMA细胞修复因子,可以迅速杀灭各种皮肤病的细菌,真菌,防止二次复发。对胃病溃疡面有镇痛和修复作用。
九、蛇毒对辐射的防护效应:
组胺肽因其有保护和复苏造血干细胞的潜在作用,可防护辐射的侵蚀。
十、对三高病人有食疗作用。同时,特别也对腰酸背痛、肩周、颈椎、哮喘及皮肤的改善有显著效果。
蛇的市场前景和销路毋庸置疑,越来越宽广早已成定局。
据有关权威部门的市场调查,从1996年至今,连续10多年我国食用蛇市场持续走高,蛇价逐年上涨,涨幅平均为15-20%,有的则超过30%。由于人们生活水平的不断提高,饮食结构营养的理性调整,青睐蛇肉的人们逐年增多,使得我国各大城市蛇肉用量大幅上升。蛇品种的多样化,满足了消费者的不同需求。食用蛇价格上涨的主因是市场需求量的大幅上升,加之国家严控滥捕滥杀,而人工养蛇多规模小、产量少、市场缺口大,供求矛盾突出,是蛇价逐年上升的另一主因。蛇少价扬,为人工养蛇预留了较大的上升空间。
虽然发展养蛇业大有可为,并且许多成功的养蛇者或知名蛇类专家也一致认为:养好一条蛇,胜养一头猪。其实,要想真的把蛇养好养大,从一条柔弱怜人的幼蛇养成肥硕可人的商品蛇或是能继续繁育更多后代的优质种蛇,可不是一件容易做好的事,也不是一桩急功近利的短期行为,它需要养蛇者付出心血和劳动的同时,掌握蛇的一系列养殖技术才是最至关重要的。随着众多蛇系列产品的陆续面市,市场对蛇品种需求的增多,佛教“队伍”放生蛇类的不断壮大,各地旅游景点爬行馆的不断建造,药材市场用蛇客户逐年增添等,诸多良性渠道的不断追加,势必会加大市场对蛇越来越多的需求。而蛇自身由于生长缓慢或有冬眠(夏眠)习性的缘故,同时管理繁琐,配套设施成本过高,没有达到应有的经济效益;也有的设施简单,成本低的养殖方法,但是技术含量不高,没有形成高效的管理手段,经过实践证明,现在的养蛇产业产量跟不上市场日益增多的需求。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种安全、环保、高效、可行、经济的蛇生态养殖方法,投入少,养殖效率高,容易推广。
本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:
一种蛇的生态养殖方法,包括蛇场建造、饲养管理及蛇病防治:
(1)蛇场建造:选择僻静、地势较高、干燥、安静、植物生长茂盛的山地处建造,周围砌有2.6-3米高的围墙,在围墙内建造蛇房,蛇房地面为不透水地板,在地板上铺上一层10-20公分的发酵床,发酵床的制作材料包括桑杆、杉木和松木,按桑杆:杉木:松木=1:1:1加入菌种发酵一周后制成,蛇房四周的墙上设有通气对流窗,顶部设有天花板,蛇房外部门口铺有一层多年生常绿草本植物麦冬作为草坪,草坪被蛇房以及三面围墙围住;
(2)饲养管理:选取20-25克重量大小的蛇卵,放入孵化缸或孵化室里孵化出幼蛇;幼蛇采用群养的方式,刚出壳的幼蛇用活青蛙作为诱食,几天后即可喂食冷冻小鸡仔,幼蛇重量超过500克时,可将幼蛇移至蛇房养殖,每个蛇房放3-5条蛇,喂食青蛙或经过脱毛的冰冻小鸡仔,每条蛇平均每月喂食2-2.5千克;每年的6-8月份,蛇会在蛇房内产蛋15-18个,工作人员需要专门把蛋取出存放;蛇房门口铺有一层多年生常绿草本植物麦冬;夏天要在屋顶洒水,保证蛇房的湿度在55%-75%,冬天在蛇房内装有不发光的陶瓷保暖灯,保证蛇房内温度在27-30℃内;
(3)蛇病防治:发酵床能够为蛇提供适合其生长的地面环境,消除蛇的不适感,降低蛇的发病率,分解蛇的排泄物和食物残渣,为蛇提供干净的环境,可以减少对蛇房的打扫次数,对于常见的肺炎,使用中药制剂涂抹到饲料或将其融入清水中给蛇喂食。
所述蛇房顶部上方铺设有泥土,泥土上种有常绿藤蔓,蛇房门口设有自来水装置。
所述蛇房的温度应保持在20-30℃,夏天蛇房干燥时,应并进行定期淋水,冬季可以看情况加盖旧棉被或旧毯子进行保暖。应制定严格的管理制度,每天进蛇房巡查4次,第1次于早上6~7时进行清扫工作,把蛇类排出的粪便及吃剩的食物或吐出的残食拣拾干净,边清理边观察蛇类的健康情况,把病蛇挑出单养治疗,死蛇作尸体解剖,确诊病症对症下药群防;第2次巡查蛇房的时间为上午10时;第3次巡查蛇房的时间为下午3时,这两次巡查的主要任务是,夏天对蛇房进行喷水降温,冬天注意防寒保温,但要注意保持适宜湿度;第4次于下午7时进行换水、投食。每次进入蛇房都要认真观察,以便及时发现问题及时处理。值得特别注意的是保持蛇房的透气性,以利空气流通,排出劣味,使蛇房全天候保持空气凉爽、新鲜。蛇房采取管理专人化,即一个专业人员固定管理若干间蛇房,不参与其它蛇房的管理,杜绝一间多人管理制度,一旦发现病况,立即进行全面性、封锁性群体预防。
蛇蛋的孵化过程中应保证温度在22-28℃,相对湿度控制在55-65%之间,每隔6-8天翻一次卵,如发现卵壳上有霉斑,应用抹布轻轻拭去,发现未受精的蛋和死胎要及时剔除,以防污染正在孵化的其他蛇蛋。蛇蛋的孵化周期为45-55天,除了对温度和湿度的控制外,还要注意孵化缸或孵化室的阴凉和通风,防治高温孵化产生的幼蛇畸形。此外还需要防止鼠害和蚊、蝇叮咬,可在孵化室窗户上装铁丝网,孵化室的墙壁和地全部用水泥粉刷。木架脚置水,隔断它们的进路。
所述发酵床需每年添加适量的木屑,木屑为桑杆、杉木和松木,按桑杆:杉木:松木=1:1:1加入。
种桑养蚕是发展经济的主导产业之一,每亩桑地夏、冬两次剪伐的桑杆(干品)达1吨至1.5吨,除少量被当柴烧之外,其余均堆放在田间地头、水沟边发霉发酵,空气、水土都受到不同程度的污染。利用桑杆、杉木和松木作为发酵蛇床的原料,不仅变废为宝,耐腐性强,而且天然无污染。蛇的粪便在发酵床上,一般只需二天就会被发酵床进行微生物耗氧发酵分解处理,经过有益微生物分解,粪便给发酵床垫料产生微生物提供了丰富营养,促使在发酵床有益菌不断繁殖而形成有益菌体蛋白,可杀灭有害病菌在发酵垫料上。蛇生活在有益菌群的发酵床上,更有利于其健康成长,改善蛇类在天气常变温度下不容易生病。春夏季的雨水比较多,蛇类生活在酵床上会感觉很干爽,基本上杜绝蛇皮肤病的发生。冬季发酵床又能保温,减轻打破无冬眠养殖户的加温养殖成本,是天然微生物有益菌的生态养蛇场地。同时提高蛇产品的品质,增强蛇类市场品质竞争的优势。
所述中药制剂包括以下重量份数的原料:白头翁10-12、穿心莲8-10、罗汉松叶15-17、枇杷叶10-12、茅根5-7;
其制备方法是:按重量份数将上述原料分别粉碎,混合在一起,加8倍重量的纯化水,回流煎煮2小时,过滤得滤液a;在滤渣中加入4倍重量的纯化水,再回流煎煮2小时,过滤得滤液b;将滤液a和b混合,进行减压浓缩,使总体积缩减为原来的1/4,得到中药水提浓缩液,将中药水提浓缩液用纯化水稀释至处方量1g/mL,即得成品中药制剂,置于4℃环境保存备用。

白头翁(拉丁学名:Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge)Regel),毛茛科,银莲花属多年生草本植物,别名有奈何草、粉乳草、白头草、老姑草等等。植株高15-35厘米。根状茎粗0.8-1.5厘米。基生叶4-5,通常在开花时刚刚生出,有长柄;叶片宽卵形,长4.5-14厘米,宽6.5-16厘米,三全裂,中全裂片有柄或近无柄,宽卵形,三深裂,中深裂片楔状倒卵形,少有狭楔形或倒梯形,全缘或有齿,侧深裂片不等二浅裂,侧全裂片无柄或近无柄,不等三深裂,表面变无毛,背面有长柔毛;叶柄长7-15厘米,有密长柔毛。花葶1(-2),有柔毛;苞片3,基部合生成长3-10毫米的筒,三深裂,深裂片线形,不分裂或上部三浅裂,背面密被长柔毛;花梗长2.5-5.5厘米,结果时长达23厘米;花直立;萼片蓝紫色,长圆状卵形,长2.8-4.4厘米,宽0.9-2厘米,背面有密柔毛;雄蕊长约为萼片之半。聚合果直径9-12厘米;瘦果纺锤形,扁,长3.5-4毫米,有长柔毛,宿存花柱长3.5-6.5厘米,有向上斜展的长柔毛。4月至5月开花。在中国分布于四川(宝兴,海拔3200米)、湖北北部、江苏、安徽、河南、甘肃南部、陕西、山西、山东、河北(海拔200-1900米)、内蒙古、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江。生平原和低山山坡草丛中、林边或干早多石的坡地。在朝鲜和苏联远东地区也有分布。性味:苦,寒。①《本经》:"味苦,温,无毒。"②《别录》:"有毒。"③《药性论》:"味甘苦,有小毒。"④李杲:"味苦,性寒。"归经:入大肠、肝、胃经。①《雷公炮制药性解》:"入心、肾二经。"②《本草经疏》:"入手、足阳明经血分。"③《长沙药解》:"入足少阳胆、足厥阴肝经。"功能主治:清热凉血,解毒。治热毒血痢,温疟寒热,鼻衄,血痔。①《本经》:"主温疟狂易寒热,症瘕积聚,瘿气,逐血止痛,金疮。"②《别录》:"(主)鼻衄。"③陶弘景:"疗毒痢。"④《药性论》:"止腹痛及赤毒痢,治齿痛,主项下瘤疬。""主百骨节痛。"⑤《日华子本草》:"治一切风气及暖腰膝,明目,消赘。子:功用同上。"⑥《伤寒蕴要》:"热毒下痢紫血鲜血者宜之。" ⑦《本草汇言》:"凉血,消瘀,解湿毒。" ⑧《本草备要》:"治秃疮、瘰疬、疝瘕、血痔、偏坠,明目,消疣。" ⑨《纲目拾遗》:"去肠垢,消积滞。" ⑩《现代实用中药》:"疗咽肿。"
穿心莲为爵床科植物。穿心莲(学名:Andrographis paniculata (Burm. f.) Nees),又名春莲秋柳,一见喜,榄核莲、苦胆草、金香草、金耳钩、印度草,苦草等。一年生草本植物,茎呈方柱形,多分枝,长50~70cm,节稍膨大;质脆,易折断。单叶对生,叶柄短或近无柄;叶片皱缩、易碎,完整者展开后呈披针形或卵状披针形,长3~12cm,宽2~5cm,先端渐尖,基部楔形下延,全缘或波状;上表面绿色,下表面灰绿色,两面光滑。气微,味极苦。秋初茎叶茂盛时采割穿心莲干燥地上的部分,晒干。药用植物,有清热解毒、消炎、消肿止痛作用。穿心莲具有消炎解毒作用,临床上曾应用于多种感染性疾病,包括外伤感染、疖、痈、丹毒、上呼吸道感染、急慢性扁桃体炎、急慢性咽喉炎、急慢性支气管炎、急性菌痢、急性胃肠炎、尿路感染、子宫内膜炎、盆腔炎、中耳炎、牙周炎等,均有不同程度的疗效。
罗汉松叶,拉丁植物动物矿物名:Podocarpus macrophyllus (Thunb.) D. Don[Taxus macrophylla Thunb.],为罗汉松科植物罗汉松或短叶罗汉松的枝叶。树皮灰白或灰褐色,浅纵裂,成薄鳞片状脱落;枝开展或斜展,枝叶稠宓。叶螺旋状排列,条状披针形,微弯,长7-12cm,宽7-10mm,先端渐尖或钝尖,基部楔形,有短柄,上面深绿色,有光泽,中脉显着突起,下面带白色,淡绿色中脉微突起。雌雄异株;雄球花穗状,常3-5(稀7)簇生于极短的总梗上,长3-5cm;雌球花单生叶腋,有梗。种子卵圆球形,径长1-1.2cm,熟时肉质假皮紫色或紫红色,有白粉,着生于肥厚肉质的种托上,种托红色或紫红色,梗长1-1.5cm。花剪4-5月,种子8-9月成熟。采收和储藏:全年或夏、秋季采收,洗净,鲜用或晒干。化学成份:罗汉松叶含蜕皮甾酮(ecdysterone),尖叶土杉甾酮(ponasterone)A,罗汉松甾酮(makisterone)A、B、C、D,扁柏双黄酮(hinokifavone),新柳杉双酮(neocryptome-rin),金松双黄酮(sciaclopitysin),竹柏双黄酮(podocarpusflavone)A,竹柏双黄酮(podocarpusflavone)B,榧双黄酮(kayafla-vone),挥发油。性味:淡;性平。功能主治:止血。主吐血;咳血。
枇杷叶(学名:Eriobotrya japonica Thunb.)为蔷薇科植物枇杷的叶子。又名巴叶、芦桔叶(《中药材手册》)。原植物枇杷又名:卢橘(广东)。常绿小乔木,高约10米;小枝粗壮,黄褐色,密生锈色或灰棕色绒毛。叶革质,披针形、倒披针形、倒卵形或椭圆状矩圆形,长12-30厘米,宽3-9厘米,先端急尖或渐尖,基部楔形或渐狭成叶柄,边缘上部有疏锯齿,上面多皱,下面及叶柄密生灰棕色绒毛,侧脉11-21对;叶柄长6-10毫米。圆锥花序顶生,总花梗、花梗及萼筒外面皆密生锈色绒毛;花白色,直径1.2-2厘米;花柱5,离生。梨果球形或矩圆形,直径2-5厘米,黄色或桔黄色。 分布在甘肃、陕西、河南、长江流域;越南,缅甸,印度,印度尼西亚,日本也有。多为栽培或野生。果生食或酿酒;叶药用,能利尿、清热、止渴,枇杷仁及叶有镇咳作用。有清肺止咳,和胃利尿,止渴的功效。中国大部分地区均有栽培。分布于中南及陕西、甘肃、江苏、安徽、浙江、江西、福建、台湾、四川、贵州、云南等地。全年均可采收,晒干,刷去毛,切丝生用或蜜炙用。性味归经,苦,微寒。①《别录》:味苦,平,无毒。②《药性论》:味甘。③《滇南本草》:性微寒,味苦辛。归肺,胃经。①《滇南本草》:"入肺。"②《本草经疏》:"入手太阴、足阳明经。"③《本草经解》:"入手太阴肺经,手少阴心经。" 功能主治:清肺止咳,降逆止呕。肺热咳嗽,气逆喘急,胃热呕吐,哕逆。可治疗口干消渴,肺风面疮,粉刺。 ①《别录》:"主卒啘不止,下气。"②《食疗本草》:"煮汁饮,主渴疾,治肺气热嗽及肺风疮,胸、面上疮。"③《滇南本草》:"止咳嗽,消痰定喘,能断痰丝,化顽痰,散吼喘,止气促。"④《纲目》:"和胃降气,清热解暑毒,疗脚气。"⑤《本草再新》:"清肺气,降肺火,止咳化痰,止吐血呛血,治痈痿热毒。"⑥《安徽药材》:"煎汁洗脓疮、溃疡、痔疮。"
芦根为禾本科植物芦苇Phragmites communis Trin.的新鲜或干燥根茎。别名:苇根、芦头。多年生高大草本,具有匍匐状地下茎,粗壮,横走,节间中空,每节上具芽。茎高2~5米,节下通常具白粉。叶2列式排列,具叶鞘;叶鞘抱茎,无毛或具细毛;叶灰绿色或蓝绿色,较宽,线状披针形,长30~60厘米,宽2~5厘米,粗糙,先端渐尖;叶舌长1~2毫米,成一轮毛状。圆锥花序大形,顶生,直立,有时稍弯曲,长15~25厘米,有时或更长;小穗长9~12毫米,暗紫色或褐紫色,稀淡黄色;颖披针形,内颖比外颖长约1倍;第1花通常为雄性,其外稃长8~15毫米,内稃长3~4毫米,脊上粗糙;第2外稃长9~16毫米,先端长渐尖,基盘具长6~12毫米之柔毛;两性花具雄蕊3,雌蕊1,花柱2,柱头羽状。颖果,椭圆形至长圆形,与内外稃分离。花期9~10月。生长于河流、池沼岸边浅水中。全国大部地区均有分布。全年均可采挖,除去芽、须根及膜状叶,鲜用或晒干。芦根含薏苡素,以及蛋白质5%、脂肪1%、碳水化物51%、天门冬酰胺0.1%。芦苇含纤维素48~54%、木质素约18.2%、木聚糖约12.4%、灰分2.8%。多糖水解产生D-木糖、L-阿拉伯糖、D-葡萄糖、D-半乳糖和两种糖醛酸。另含多量维生素B1、B2和C,以及苜蓿素。功能主治:清热生津,除烦,止呕,利尿。用于热病烦渴,胃热呕哕,肺热咳嗽,肺痈吐脓,热淋涩痛。
本发明的有效增益:
1、本发明通过发酵床垫料通过物理吸附、化学中和以及发酵过程的生物化学作用消除了粪尿中的臭味物质,蛇长期生活在大量的有益菌环境中,抗病免疫能力明显提高,更有利用蛇的健康成长,很少生病,降低医药成本,尤其是冬季,打破或缩短蛇的冬眠期,有利于蛇的生长,减少了养殖周期,提高了人工饲养的成活率。
2、本发明所采用的饲料是青蛙或脱毛的小鸡仔,比传统的饲料更加经济,减少了成本,提高了经济效益;
3、本发明所采用的管理模式具有先进性和示范性,有利于进行人工饲养蛇的推广;
4、本发明发酵床的作用下,一部分降解为无臭气体被排放掉,另一部分转化为粗蛋白、菌体蛋白和维生素等营养物质,从源头上消除了粪尿对生态环境的污染,使蛇房无臭味,达到零排放;
5、本发明所采用蛇的生态养殖方法,利用桑杆、杉木和松木作为发酵蛇床的原料,不仅变废为宝,耐腐性强,而且天然无污染,蛇的粪便在发酵床上,一般只需二天就会被发酵床进行微生物耗氧发酵分解处理,经过有益微生物分解,粪便给发酵床垫料产生微生物提供了丰富营养,促使在发酵床有益菌不断繁殖而形成有益菌体蛋白,可杀灭有害病菌在发酵垫料上,蛇生活在有益菌群的发酵床上,更有利于其健康成长,改善蛇类在天气常变温度下不容易生病,春夏季的雨水比较多,蛇类生活在酵床上会感觉很干爽,基本上杜绝蛇皮肤病的发生,冬季发酵床又能保温,减轻打破无冬眠养殖户的加温养殖成本,是天然微生物有益菌的生态养蛇场地,同时提高蛇产品的品质,增强蛇类市场品质竞争的优势;

具体实施方式
一种蛇的生态养殖方法,包括蛇场建造、饲养管理及蛇病防治:
(1)蛇场建造:选择僻静、地势较高、干燥、安静、植物生长茂盛的山地处建造,周围砌有2.6-3米高的围墙,在围墙内建造蛇房,蛇房地面为不透水地板,在地板上铺上一层10-20公分的发酵床,发酵床的制作材料包括桑杆、杉木和松木,按桑杆:杉木:松木=1:1:1加入菌种发酵一周后制成,蛇房四周的墙上设有通气对流窗,顶部设有天花板,蛇房外部门口铺有一层多年生常绿草本植物麦冬作为草坪,草坪被蛇房以及三面围墙围住;
(2)饲养管理:选取20-25克重量大小的蛇卵,放入孵化缸或孵化室里孵化出幼蛇;幼蛇采用群养的方式,刚出壳的幼蛇用活青蛙作为诱食,几天后即可喂食冷冻小鸡仔,幼蛇重量超过500克时,可将幼蛇移至蛇房养殖,每个蛇房放3-5条蛇,喂食青蛙或经过脱毛的冰冻小鸡仔,每条蛇平均每月喂食2-2.5千克;每年的6-8月份,蛇会在蛇房内产蛋15-18个,工作人员需要专门把蛋取出存放;蛇房门口铺有一层多年生常绿草本植物麦冬;夏天要在屋顶洒水,保证蛇房的湿度在55%-75%,冬天在蛇房内装有不发光的陶瓷保暖灯,保证蛇房内温度在27-30℃内;
(3)蛇病防治:发酵床能够为蛇提供适合其生长的地面环境,消除蛇的不适感,降低蛇的发病率,分解蛇的排泄物和食物残渣,为蛇提供干净的环境,可以减少对蛇房的打扫次数,对于常见的肺炎,使用中药制剂涂抹到饲料或将其融入清水中给蛇喂食。
所述蛇房顶部上方铺设有泥土,泥土上种有常绿藤蔓,蛇房门口设有自来水装置。
所述蛇房的温度应保持在20-30℃,夏天蛇房干燥时,应并进行定期淋水,冬季可以看情况加盖旧棉被或旧毯子进行保暖。应制定严格的管理制度,每天进蛇房巡查4次,第1次于早上6~7时进行清扫工作,把蛇类排出的粪便及吃剩的食物或吐出的残食拣拾干净,边清理边观察蛇类的健康情况,把病蛇挑出单养治疗,死蛇作尸体解剖,确诊病症对症下药群防;第2次巡查蛇房的时间为上午10时;第3次巡查蛇房的时间为下午3时,这两次巡查的主要任务是,夏天对蛇房进行喷水降温,冬天注意防寒保温,但要注意保持适宜湿度;第4次于下午7时进行换水、投食。每次进入蛇房都要认真观察,以便及时发现问题及时处理。值得特别注意的是保持蛇房的透气性,以利空气流通,排出劣味,使蛇房全天候保持空气凉爽、新鲜。蛇房采取管理专人化,即一个专业人员固定管理若干间蛇房,不参与其它蛇房的管理,杜绝一间多人管理制度,一旦发现病况,立即进行全面性、封锁性群体预防。
蛇蛋的孵化过程中应保证温度在22-28℃,相对湿度控制在55-65%之间,每隔6-8天翻一次卵,如发现卵壳上有霉斑,应用抹布轻轻拭去,发现未受精的蛋和死胎要及时剔除,以防污染正在孵化的其他蛇蛋。蛇蛋的孵化周期为45-55天,除了对温度和湿度的控制外,还要注意孵化缸或孵化室的阴凉和通风,防治高温孵化产生的幼蛇畸形。此外还需要防止鼠害和蚊、蝇叮咬,可在孵化室窗户上装铁丝网,孵化室的墙壁和地全部用水泥粉刷。木架脚置水,隔断它们的进路。
所述发酵床需每年添加适量的木屑,木屑为桑杆、杉木和松木,按桑杆:杉木:松木=1:1:1加入。
所述中药制剂包括以下重量份数的原料:白头翁10-12、穿心莲8-10、罗汉松叶15-17、枇杷叶10-12、茅根5-7;
其制备方法是:按重量份数将上述原料分别粉碎,混合在一起,加8倍重量的纯化水,回流煎煮2小时,过滤得滤液a;在滤渣中加入4倍重量的纯化水,再回流煎煮2小时,过滤得滤液b;将滤液a和b混合,进行减压浓缩,使总体积缩减为原来的1/4,得到中药水提浓缩液,将中药水提浓缩液用纯化水稀释至处方量1g/mL,即得成品中药制剂,置于4℃环境保存备用。
本发明蛇的生态养殖方法,适用于有毒蛇和无毒蛇的养殖。
应用实施例1
蛇场选择位于广西横县,该地区为丘陵地带,气候温和,全年光照充足,雨量充沛,适宜的气候为蛇类生长繁殖提供了良好的自然条件。蛇场选址建在一个斜坡上,山坡坐南朝北,绿色植被覆盖面积率为95%,环境相对安静,空气污染小。蛇场面积占地面积15亩,按本发明方法建成蛇房,蛇房地面为不透水地板,在地板上铺上一层10-20公分的发酵床,发酵床的制作材料包括桑杆、杉木和松木,按桑杆:杉木:松木=1:1:1加入菌种发酵一周后制成,蛇房四周的墙上设有通气对流窗,顶部设有天花板,蛇房外部门口铺有一层多年生常绿草本植物麦冬作为草坪,草坪被蛇房以及三面围墙围住,蛇房顶部上方铺设有泥土,泥土上种有常绿藤蔓,蛇房门口设有自来水装置。蛇场围墙高度为2.9 m,墙基深入地下0.75 m,并用水泥砂石灌筑,以防老鼠打洞引蛇逃走,场内墙壁用水泥抹平光滑,墙角砌成圆弧形,以防蛇从墙角外逃。采用本发明蛇的生态养殖方法,每条幼蛇出壳后养12个月就可以出栏,平均可达3斤左右,小部分可以长到4斤多,14个月可全部出栏,蛇场主要驯养眼镜蛇、水律蛇、王锦蛇等,并可提供以上蛇的种蛋、小蛇苗。
应用实施例2
广西南宁市某蛇场,总建筑面积15亩,饲养设施12亩,按本发明方法建成蛇房,蛇房地面为不透水地板,在地板上铺上一层10-20公分的发酵床,发酵床的制作材料包括桑杆、杉木和松木,按桑杆:杉木:松木=1:1:1加入菌种发酵一周后制成,蛇房四周的墙上设有通气对流窗,顶部设有天花板,蛇房外部门口铺有一层多年生常绿草本植物麦冬作为草坪,草坪被蛇房以及三面围墙围住,蛇房顶部上方铺设有泥土,泥土上种有常绿藤蔓,蛇房门口设有自来水装置。蛇场围墙高度为2.9 m,墙基深入地下0.75 m,并用水泥砂石灌筑,以防老鼠打洞引蛇逃走,场内墙壁用水泥抹平光滑,墙角砌成圆弧形,以防蛇从墙角外逃。采用本发明蛇的生态养殖方法,每条幼蛇出壳后养12个月就可以出栏,平均可达3斤左右,小部分可以长到4斤多,14个月可全部出栏,蛇场主要驯养眼镜蛇、水律蛇、王锦蛇等,并可提供以上蛇的种蛋、小蛇苗。
应用实施例3
广西南宁某蛇场的600多条180日龄的水律蛇出现病情,有60多条水律蛇口腔内有大量粘液或脓性分泌物,发病初期,给蛇清洗口腔,涂碘甘油,鱼石脂等。但病情没有得到控制,发展成为肺炎,并逐渐传染给水律蛇群。在此期间先后有320多条水律蛇患病,死亡29条水律蛇。应用本发明制备的中药制剂进行治疗,前3天以药液为饮水进行全群饮水,每天3次,每次0.5mL,不饮水的的病蛇隔离用涂抹中药制剂的饲料喂食,治疗前后对蛇场及周围环境进行严格消毒处理。用药3天后全群未再增加发病水律蛇,病蛇的临床症状及精神状态好转。用药5天后,水律蛇临床症状消失,基本恢复健康,治愈率达到95%以上。治愈一个月后,未见有再复发。

1.一种蛇的生态养殖方法,包括蛇场建造、饲养管理及蛇病防治,其特征在于,(1)蛇场建造:选择僻静、地势较高、干燥、安静、植物生长茂盛的山地建造,周围砌有2.6-3米高的围墙,在围墙内建造蛇房,蛇房地面为不透水地板,在地板上铺上一层10-20公分的发酵床,发酵床的制作材料包括桑杆、杉木和松木,按桑杆:杉木:松木=1:1:1加入菌种发酵一周后制成,蛇房四周的墙上设有通气对流窗,顶部设有天花板,蛇房外部门口铺有一层多年生常绿草本植物麦冬作为草坪,草坪被蛇房以及三面围墙围住;

其制备方法是:按重量份数将上述原料分别粉碎,混合在一起,加8倍重量的纯化水,回流煎煮2小时,过滤得滤液a;在滤渣中加入4倍重量的纯化水,再回流煎煮2小时,过滤得滤液b;将滤液a和b混合,进行减压浓缩,使总体积缩减为原来的1/4,得到中药水提浓缩液,将中药水提浓缩液用纯化水稀释至处方量1g/mL,即得成品中药制剂,置于4℃环境保存备用。
