Abstract
一种机动车变速箱,所述变速箱包括下箱体和上箱体,下箱体与上箱体相连形成变速箱腔体,变速箱腔体内设置有传动轴及齿轮,所述齿轮包括齿轮本体和齿轮本体表面的碳化钨涂层,所述上箱体内表面涂覆有氧化铝系陶瓷材料层,所述下箱体内表面涂覆有碳化钛系陶瓷材料层,上箱体和下箱体外表面涂覆耐热涂料,铝合金的成分简单;对箱体外表面形成有机涂层有效提高耐候抗污性能,通过对齿轮外表面涂覆碳化钨涂层提高其耐磨性。

技术领域
本发明涉一种机动车变速箱,属于汽车配件技术领域。
背景技术
在世界汽车市场的激烈竞争中,各国都在向高质量、高可靠性、重量轻、节能、低成本方向发展。在材料方面表现为轻量化,用铝合金代替部分钢(铁)件,以达到汽车向高质量、低成本的发展的要求;在工艺方面表现为科学性,用先进工艺取代传统的工艺以达到提高毛坯精度,减少加工余量,减少原材料消耗,降低成本的目的。要进一步扩大铝合金材料在汽车结构和动力总成系统的运用,现有的铝合金铸件的制备方法和制造工艺已难以满足这一要求。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题而提出的一种工艺简单、成本低、耐蚀性性良好的机动车变速箱。
一种机动车变速箱,所述变速箱包括下箱体和上箱体,下箱体与上箱体相连形成变速箱腔体,变速箱腔体内设置有传动轴及齿轮,所述齿轮包括齿轮本体和齿轮本体表面的碳化钨涂层,所述上箱体内表面涂覆有氧化铝系陶瓷材料层,所述下箱体内表面涂覆有碳化钛系陶瓷材料层,上箱体和下箱体外表面涂覆耐热涂料,
其特征在于:将经过精加工的齿轮本体进行涂覆碳化钨涂层,碳化钨材料层厚度0.3mm,将涂覆后的齿轮进行加热,升温至500℃,升温速率20℃/小时,保温4小时,后降温至400℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温4小时,后再次降温至200℃,降温速率30℃/小时,保温5小时,后空冷至室温,得到涂覆有碳化钨涂层的齿轮,
所述上箱体和下箱体为铝合金材质,铝合金化学组成为(重量百分比):Ni: 8-9﹪、:Fe:4-5﹪、Zn :2-3﹪,Mg:1-2﹪、Ti:0.7-0.8﹪、Mn 0.6-0.7﹪、Cu 0.4-0.5﹪、Sn:0.2-0.3﹪、Nb:0.08-0.09﹪、:Ag 0.06-0.07﹪、Cr:0.05-0.06﹪,Pr:0.06-0.07﹪,Mo :0.08-0.09﹪,余量为Al以及不可避免的杂质;
上箱体和下箱体的制备方法:包括以下步骤:按照上述铝合金化学成分配料,先将铝锭加入到熔炼炉中,炉温控制在720℃,待铝锭熔化后,铝液温度升到730℃加入镍铝中间合金,后将炉温升高到735℃加入铁铝中间合金;后将炉温升高到740℃加入锌铝中间合金;后将炉温升高到745℃加入其他合金元素,后炉温升高到760℃,加入精炼净化剂,精炼净化剂加入量为炉料量的0.8%,搅拌40分钟,静置60分钟,待渣与金属液分离,扒渣,后加入覆盖剂,静置30分钟后再次扒渣,之后对上箱体和下箱体分别进行浇注;浇注温度为740℃;得到的上箱体和下箱体进行热处理:首先将上箱体和下箱体进行加热,升温至580℃,升温速率50℃/小时,保温2小时,之后进行淬火处理,淬火介质为水,淬火后将上箱体和下箱体从室温加热至500℃,升温速率100℃/小时,保温7小时,后降温至300℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至200℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温9小时,后空冷至室温,所述精炼净化剂包括:氯化铝60%,硝酸铝20%,氯化钾10%,硝酸钠5%, 氯化锰5%,所述覆盖剂包括:硫酸铝40%,硫酸钡20%,氯化钠10%;铝氟酸钠10%;氧化铝10%,氟化钠10%,覆盖剂总加入量为炉料量的0.8%,
之后对上箱体和下箱体表面进行钝化处理,其中:钝化液组成为(重量):氯化亚铁9份,硫酸氢钠10-13份,氟钛酸10-11份,氢氟酸5-10份,硝酸锆2-3份,十二烷基磺酸钠1-2份,水25-35份;
之后对上箱体内表面进行涂覆氧化铝系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在上箱体内表面形成氧化铝系陶瓷材料层,氧化铝系陶瓷材料层厚度0.5mm,氧化铝系陶瓷材料层包括(重量):氧化铝 40份, 氮化钛30-35份,氧化钛5-10份,将涂覆后的上箱体进行加热,升温至400℃,升温速率60℃/小时,保温4小时,后降温至300℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至150℃,降温速率25℃/小时,保温7小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对下箱体内表面进行涂覆碳化钛系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在下箱体内表面形成碳化钛系陶瓷材料层,碳化钛系陶瓷材料层厚度0.5mm,碳化钛系陶瓷材料层包括(重量):碳化钛 40份,氮化硅 5份,氧化硅5份,将涂覆后的下箱体进行加热,升温至350℃,升温速率50℃/小时,保温4小时,后降温至250℃,降温速率100℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至150℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温6小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对上箱体和下箱体外表面进行涂覆耐热涂料;所述涂料包括(重量):聚醚砜树脂60份,丙烯酸树脂20-30份, 氯化铬10-15份、滑石粉10-15份,五氧化二钒10-15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份,乙二胺5份,钼酸锌3份、磷酸锌3份,甲基纤维素2份,去离子水100份,得到最终的箱体。

上述发明内容相对于现有技术的有益效果在于:1)铝合金的成分简单;2)对该成分的铝合金进行钝化的表面处理工序,避免出现任何表面黑点等问题,使获得表面整洁; 3)因箱体内表面长期接触变速箱油,会对其内表面造成损伤,通过在铝合金箱体内表面涂覆氧化钛系涂层,提高耐蚀性能。4)对箱体外表面形成有机涂层有效提高耐候抗污性能。5)通过对齿轮外表面涂覆碳化钨涂层提高其耐磨性。

上箱体和下箱体的制备方法:包括以下步骤:按照上述铝合金化学成分配料,先将铝锭加入到熔炼炉中,炉温控制在720℃,待铝锭熔化后,铝液温度升到730℃加入镍铝中间合金,后将炉温升高到735℃加入铁铝中间合金;后将炉温升高到740℃加入锌铝中间合金;后将炉温升高到745℃加入其他合金元素,后炉温升高到760℃,加入精炼净化剂,精炼净化剂加入量为炉料量的0.8%,搅拌40分钟,静置60分钟,待渣与金属液分离,扒渣,后加入覆盖剂,静置30分钟后再次扒渣,之后对上箱体和下箱体分别进行浇注;浇注温度为740℃;得到的上箱体和下箱体进行热处理:首先将上箱体和下箱体进行加热,升温至580℃,升温速率50℃/小时,保温2小时,之后进行淬火处理,淬火介质为水,淬火后将上箱体和下箱体从室温加热至500℃,升温速率100℃/小时,保温7小时,后降温至300℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至200℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温9小时,后空冷至室温,所述精炼净化剂包括:氯化铝60%,硝酸铝20%,氯化钾10%,硝酸钠5%, 氯化锰5%,所述覆盖剂包括:硫酸铝40%,硫酸钡20%,氯化钠10%;铝氟酸钠10%;氧化铝10%,氟化钠10%,覆盖剂总加入量为炉料量的0.8%,
之后对上箱体和下箱体表面进行钝化处理,其中:钝化液组成为(重量):氯化亚铁9份,硫酸氢钠12.7份,氟钛酸10.8份,氢氟酸9份,硝酸锆2.8份,十二烷基磺酸钠1.7份,水34份;
之后对上箱体内表面进行涂覆氧化铝系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在上箱体内表面形成氧化铝系陶瓷材料层,氧化铝系陶瓷材料层厚度0.5mm,氧化铝系陶瓷材料层包括(重量):氧化铝 40份, 氮化钛34份,氧化钛9份,将涂覆后的上箱体进行加热,升温至400℃,升温速率60℃/小时,保温4小时,后降温至300℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至150℃,降温速率25℃/小时,保温7小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对下箱体内表面进行涂覆碳化钛系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在下箱体内表面形成碳化钛系陶瓷材料层,碳化钛系陶瓷材料层厚度0.5mm,碳化钛系陶瓷材料层包括(重量):碳化钛 40份,氮化硅 5份,氧化硅5份,将涂覆后的下箱体进行加热,升温至350℃,升温速率50℃/小时,保温4小时,后降温至250℃,降温速率100℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至150℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温6小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对上箱体和下箱体外表面进行涂覆耐热涂料;所述涂料包括(重量):聚醚砜树脂60份,丙烯酸树脂27份, 氯化铬14份、滑石粉14份,五氧化二钒14份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份,乙二胺5份,钼酸锌3份、磷酸锌3份,甲基纤维素2份,去离子水100份,得到最终的箱体。
Claims (10)
1.一种机动车变速箱,所述变速箱包括下箱体和上箱体,下箱体与上箱体相连形成变速箱腔体,变速箱腔体内设置有传动轴及齿轮,所述齿轮包括齿轮本体和齿轮本体表面的碳化钨涂层,所述上箱体内表面涂覆有氧化铝系陶瓷材料层,所述下箱体内表面涂覆有碳化钛系陶瓷材料层,上箱体和下箱体外表面涂覆耐热涂料,
其特征在于:将经过精加工的齿轮本体进行涂覆碳化钨涂层,碳化钨材料层厚度0.3mm,将涂覆后的齿轮进行加热,升温至500℃,升温速率20℃/小时,保温4小时,后降温至400℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温4小时,后再次降温至200℃,降温速率30℃/小时,保温5小时,后空冷至室温,得到涂覆有碳化钨涂层的齿轮,
所述上箱体和下箱体为铝合金材质,铝合金化学组成为(重量百分比):Ni: 8-9﹪、:Fe:4-5﹪、Zn :2-3﹪,Mg:1-2﹪、Ti:0.7-0.8﹪、Mn 0.6-0.7﹪、Cu 0.4-0.5﹪、Sn:0.2-0.3﹪、Nb:0.08-0.09﹪、:Ag 0.06-0.07﹪、Cr:0.05-0.06﹪,Pr:0.06-0.07﹪,Mo :0.08-0.09﹪,余量为Al以及不可避免的杂质;
上箱体和下箱体的制备方法:包括以下步骤:按照上述铝合金化学成分配料,先将铝锭加入到熔炼炉中,炉温控制在720℃,待铝锭熔化后,铝液温度升到730℃加入镍铝中间合金,后将炉温升高到735℃加入铁铝中间合金;后将炉温升高到740℃加入锌铝中间合金;后将炉温升高到745℃加入其他合金元素,后炉温升高到760℃,加入精炼净化剂,精炼净化剂加入量为炉料量的0.8%,搅拌40分钟,静置60分钟,待渣与金属液分离,扒渣,后加入覆盖剂,静置30分钟后再次扒渣,之后对上箱体和下箱体分别进行浇注;浇注温度为740℃;得到的上箱体和下箱体进行热处理:首先将上箱体和下箱体进行加热,升温至580℃,升温速率50℃/小时,保温2小时,之后进行淬火处理,淬火介质为水,淬火后将上箱体和下箱体从室温加热至500℃,升温速率100℃/小时,保温7小时,后降温至300℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至200℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温9小时,后空冷至室温,所述精炼净化剂包括:氯化铝60%,硝酸铝20%,氯化钾10%,硝酸钠5%, 氯化锰5%,所述覆盖剂包括:硫酸铝40%,硫酸钡20%,氯化钠10%;铝氟酸钠10%;氧化铝10%,氟化钠10%,覆盖剂总加入量为炉料量的0.8%,
之后对上箱体和下箱体表面进行钝化处理,其中:钝化液组成为(重量):氯化亚铁9份,硫酸氢钠10-13份,氟钛酸10-11份,氢氟酸5-10份,硝酸锆2-3份,十二烷基磺酸钠1-2份,水25-35份;
之后对上箱体内表面进行涂覆氧化铝系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在上箱体内表面形成氧化铝系陶瓷材料层,氧化铝系陶瓷材料层厚度0.5mm,氧化铝系陶瓷材料层包括(重量):氧化铝 40份, 氮化钛30-35份,氧化钛5-10份,将涂覆后的上箱体进行加热,升温至400℃,升温速率60℃/小时,保温4小时,后降温至300℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至150℃,降温速率25℃/小时,保温7小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对下箱体内表面进行涂覆碳化钛系陶瓷材料;通过涂覆在下箱体内表面形成碳化钛系陶瓷材料层,碳化钛系陶瓷材料层厚度0.5mm,碳化钛系陶瓷材料层包括(重量):碳化钛 40份,氮化硅 5份,氧化硅5份,将涂覆后的下箱体进行加热,升温至350℃,升温速率50℃/小时,保温4小时,后降温至250℃,降温速率100℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至150℃,降温速率75℃/小时,保温6小时,后空冷至室温,
之后对上箱体和下箱体外表面进行涂覆耐热涂料;所述涂料包括(重量):聚醚砜树脂60份,丙烯酸树脂20-30份, 氯化铬10-15份、滑石粉10-15份,五氧化二钒10-15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份,乙二胺5份,钼酸锌3份、磷酸锌3份,甲基纤维素2份,去离子水100份,得到最终的箱体。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种机动车变速箱,铝合金化学组成为(重量百分比):Ni: 8﹪、:Fe:4﹪、Zn :2﹪,Mg:1﹪、Ti:0.7﹪、Mn 0.6﹪、Cu 0.4﹪、Sn:0.2﹪、Nb:0.08﹪、:Ag 0.06﹪、Cr:0.05﹪,Pr:0.06﹪,Mo :0.08﹪,余量为Al以及不可避免的杂质。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种机动车变速箱,铝合金化学组成为(重量百分比):Ni: 9﹪、:Fe: 5﹪、Zn : 3﹪,Mg: 2﹪、Ti: 0.8﹪、Mn 0.7﹪、Cu 0.5﹪、Sn: 0.3﹪、Nb: 0.09﹪、:Ag 0.07﹪、Cr: 0.06﹪,Pr: 0.07﹪,Mo : 0.09﹪,余量为Al以及不可避免的杂质。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种机动车变速箱,铝合金化学组成为(重量百分比):Ni: 8.5﹪、:Fe:4.5﹪、Zn :2.5﹪,Mg:1.5﹪、Ti:0.75﹪、Mn 0.65﹪、Cu 0.45﹪、Sn:0.25﹪、Nb:0.085﹪、:Ag 0.065﹪、Cr:0.055﹪,Pr:0.065﹪,Mo :0.085﹪,余量为Al以及不可避免的杂质。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种机动车变速箱,氧化铝系陶瓷材料层包括(重量):氧化铝 40份, 氮化钛30份,氧化钛5份。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种机动车变速箱,氧化铝系陶瓷材料层包括(重量):氧化铝 40份, 氮化钛35份,氧化钛10份。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种机动车变速箱,氧化铝系陶瓷材料层包括(重量):氧化铝 40份, 氮化钛33份,氧化钛7份。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种机动车变速箱,涂料包括(重量):聚醚砜树脂60份,丙烯酸树脂20份, 氯化铬10份、滑石粉10份,五氧化二钒10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份,乙二胺5份,钼酸锌3份、磷酸锌3份,甲基纤维素2份,去离子水100份。
9.如权利要求1-8之一所述的一种机动车变速箱,涂料包括(重量):聚醚砜树脂60份,丙烯酸树脂30份, 氯化铬15份、滑石粉15份,五氧化二钒15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份,乙二胺5份,钼酸锌3份、磷酸锌3份,甲基纤维素2份,去离子水100份。
10.如权利要求1-9之一所述的一种机动车变速箱,涂料包括(重量):聚醚砜树脂60份,丙烯酸树脂25份, 氯化铬13份、滑石粉13份,五氧化二钒13份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份,乙二胺5份,钼酸锌3份、磷酸锌3份,甲基纤维素2份,去离子水100份。
