本发明就是针对上述问题而提出的一种工艺简单、成本低、耐蚀性性良好的铜合金发动机油底壳。

其特征在于:油底壳本体本体化学组成为(重量百分比):Zn:3.3﹪,Mg:1.2﹪,Si:7.1﹪,Ni:1.2﹪,W:0.73﹪,Nb:0.33﹪,Cr:0.14﹪,V:0.14﹪,Al:0.082﹪,Sn:0.053﹪,Ta:0.012﹪,Ce:0.013﹪,余量为Cu及不可避免的杂质;
油底壳制备方法:包括以下步骤:按照上述比例配制合金,原料熔炼、浇注,脱模后,得到的铸锭进行热处理:首先将铸锭进行加热,升温至500℃,升温速率40℃/小时,保温2小时,后降温至400℃,降温速率100℃/小时,保温5小时,后升温至450℃,升温速率25℃/小时,保温4小时,后再次降温至300℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至200℃,降温速率40℃/小时,保温4小时,后空冷至室温,

外表面涂覆:对油底壳槽体外表面进行涂覆耐高温涂料,所述涂料包括(重量):环氧改性有机硅树脂100份,纳米级氧化铝12份,二氧化硅12份,云母粉10份,硅酸钠20份,乙二胺5份,氧化硼3份,磷酸锌1份,乙醇30-40份,得到最终的油底壳。

1.一种铜合金发动机油底壳,包括油底壳本体,油底壳本体具有矩形截面槽体,在槽体上部设置有安装边缘,矩形槽体内表面涂覆有氧化锆系涂层,矩形槽体外表面涂覆耐高温涂料,
其特征在于:油底壳本体化学组成为重量百分比:Zn:3.3﹪,Mg:1.2﹪,Si:7.1﹪,Ni:1.2﹪,W:0.73﹪,Nb:0.33﹪,Cr:0.14﹪,V:0.14﹪,Al:0.082﹪,Sn:0.053﹪,Ta:0.012﹪,Ce:0.013﹪,余量为Cu及不可避免的杂质;
油底壳制备方法:包括以下步骤:按照上述比例配制合金,原料熔炼、浇注,脱模后,得到的铸锭进行热处理:首先将铸锭进行加热,升温至500℃,升温速率40℃/小时,保温2小时,后降温至400℃,降温速率100℃/小时,保温5小时,后升温至450℃,升温速率25℃/小时,保温4小时,后再次降温至300℃,降温速率50℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至200℃,降温速率40℃/小时,保温4小时,后空冷至室温,
锻造:将铸锭加热至800℃保温4小时,后进行锻造,开锻温度800℃,将铸锭竖直镦粗,压力机每压下35mm停顿4s,终锻温度700℃,
轧制:将锻造后的坯料进行加热,加热温度750℃,开坯轧制采用8道次,开坯时道次相对压下率控制在12-15%,轧制速度控制在10mm/s,开坯后板坯在600℃进行保温,保温时间5小时,后升温至700℃,保温时间控制在4小时,然后对坯板进行热轧,热轧12道次,初轧道次相对压下率8%,其他道次相对压下率控制在10-15%,轧制速度控制在65mm/s,终轧温度在550℃;板材厚度2.5mm,
冲压:将板材加热至600℃进行冲压,冲压后空冷至室温,得到油底壳本体,
热处理:油底壳本体加热到550℃保温3小时,后降温至450℃,降温速率30℃/小时,保温3小时,后再次降温至250℃,降温速率60℃/小时,保温1小时,后空冷至室温,
喷砂粗化:对油底壳本体中矩形槽体的内表面和外表面进行喷砂粗化处理,砂粒为石英砂,砂粒的大小为20目,喷砂压力为0.4MPa,喷砂枪距工件距离为40mm,喷砂后用压缩空气吹净;
内表面涂覆:对油底壳槽体内表面进行涂覆氧化锆系涂层;通过涂覆在油底壳槽体内表面形成氧化锆系涂层,氧化锆系材料层包括重量份:氧化锆63份,氧化铬32份,碳化钨13份,将涂覆后的油底壳进行加热,升温至500℃,升温速率50℃/小时,保温2小时,后降温至400℃,降温速率20℃/小时,保温1小时,后再次降温至250℃,降温速率40℃/小时,保温5小时,后空冷至室温,
外表面涂覆:对油底壳槽体外表面进行涂覆耐高温涂料,所述涂料包括重量份:环氧改性有机硅树脂100份,纳米级氧化铝12份,二氧化硅12份,云母粉10份,硅酸钠20份,乙二胺5份,氧化硼3份,磷酸锌1份,乙醇30-40份,得到最终的油底壳。
