背景技术
膨胀节是为补偿因温度差与机械振动引起的附加应力,而设置在容器壳体或管道上的一种挠性结构。由于它作为一种能自由伸缩的弹性补偿元件,具有工作可靠、性能良好、结构紧凑等优点,已广泛应用在化工、冶金、核能等部门。
现有风箱中由于催化烟气温度高、有腐蚀物(氯化物、硫化物、连多硫酸),烟气中的催化剂对设备的冲刷较严重,导致膨胀节发生泄漏现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种改进型风箱竖井膨胀节,解决膨胀节发生泄漏的技术问题。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种改进型风箱竖井膨胀节,其特征在于,包括导流筒、波纹管、保温枕、保温砖,所述导流筒设置于所述保温枕与所述波纹管的内部,所述保温枕设置于所述保温砖的上部,所述波纹管设置于所述保温砖的内部,所述导流筒的外部环绕设置有水冷壁,所述水冷壁上设置有浇注口。
优选地,浇注口为多个圆形的通孔。
优选地,保温枕包括内层保温枕、外层保温枕,内层保温枕设置于外层保温枕的内部。
优选地,内层保温枕的厚度大于外层保温枕的厚度。
优选地,内层保温枕为气凝胶毡,外层保温枕为膨胀珍珠岩。
优选地,波纹管为不锈钢波纹管。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明采用双层保温枕实现了防止膨胀节发生泄漏,具有结构简单、使用方便、安全可靠的优点。

图1是本发明的结构示意图,本发明提出一种改进型风箱竖井膨胀节,其特征在于,包括导流筒1、波纹管5、保温枕、保温砖7,导流筒1设置于保温枕与波纹管5的内部,保温枕设置于保温砖7的上部,波纹管5设置于保温砖7的内部,导流筒1的外部环绕设置有水冷壁3,水冷壁3上设置有浇注口2。
浇注口2为多个圆形的通孔;保温枕包括内层保温枕4、外层保温枕6,内层保温枕4设置于外层保温枕6的内部;内层保温枕4的厚度大于外层保温枕6的厚度;内层保温枕4为气凝胶毡,外层保温枕6为膨胀珍珠岩;波纹管5为不锈钢波纹管。
