本发明属于涂料领域,特别涉及一种金属用紫外光固化防腐抗静电涂料,由以下原料按质量份组成:芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯:25-35份,丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯10-20份,光引发剂1-6份,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚的季铵盐衍生物20-25份,流平剂0.2-0.5份,防沉剂0.2-0.5份,哑光粉3-6份,石墨烯20-25份。本发明采用芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯与石墨烯,不仅能够满足防腐抗静电的要求,且涂料保有较长作用时效,而且与紫外光固化树脂具有良好的相容性。

一种金属用紫外光固化防腐抗静电涂料
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,特别涉及一种金属用紫外光固化防腐抗静电涂料。
背景技术
日常生活中,由于气候、环境、物理影响会产生静电,而静电的存在会给金属器件带来危害,甚至导致稳定性下降出现仪器故障等缺陷,或是金属输油管道等发生燃烧或爆炸等严重危害。
此外,金属材料受周围介质的作用而损坏,称为金属腐蚀。金属的锈蚀是最常见的腐蚀形态。腐蚀时,在金属的界面上发生了化学或电化学多相反应,使金属转入氧化(离子)状态。这会显著降低金属材料的强度、塑性、韧性等力学性能,破坏金属构件的几何形状,增加零件间的磨损,恶化电学和光学等物理性能,缩短设备的使用寿命,甚至造成火灾、爆炸等灾难性事故。同时,腐蚀还可能成为生产发展和科技进步的障碍。
为了防止静电及腐蚀带来的危害,在金属材料表面涂装防腐抗静电的涂料是一种很有效的方法,这样既能拥有防腐抗静电的功能,又具有涂料的美观防护作用。
但市面上现有的涂料虽然能够满足基本的防腐抗静电的要求,但是在使用过程中会出现防腐、抗静电两项功能衰减过快,或者防腐、抗静电其中一项功能在较短时间内丧失原本功效的缺点。经申请人研究发现,这是因为市面上的涂料防腐、抗静电成分与树脂不相容的现象,特别是在光固化涂料中,直接影响光固化效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种金属用紫外光固化防腐抗静电涂料,本发明采用芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯与石墨烯,不仅能够满足防腐抗静电的要求,且涂料保有较长作用时效,而且与紫外光固化树脂具有良好的相容性。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种金属用紫外光固化防腐抗静电涂料,由以下原料按质量份组成:芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯:25-35份,丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯10-20份,光引发剂1-6份,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚的季铵盐衍生物20-25份,流平剂0.2-0.5份,防沉剂0.2-0.5份,哑光粉3-6份,石墨烯20-25份。
作为优选,所述流平剂为有机硅流平剂或丙烯酸酯流平剂。
作为优选,所述光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、二苯基-(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧磷、二苯甲酮中的一种或几种。
具体地,所述脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚的季铵盐衍生物是由水性聚氨酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚与季铵盐在有机溶剂中制成。
具体地,所述有机溶剂为甲苯、环己烷、二甲苯中的一种或几种。
石墨烯是一种由碳原子构成的单层片状结构的新材料。是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化轨道组成六角型呈蜂巢晶格的平面薄膜,只有一个碳原子厚度的二维材料。石墨烯目前是世上最薄却也是最坚硬的纳米材料,它几乎是完全透明的,只吸收2.3%的光;导热系数高达5300W/m·K,高于碳纳米管和金刚石,常温下其电子迁移率超过15000cm2/V·s,又比纳米碳管或硅晶体高,而电阻率只约10-6Ω·cm,比铜或银更低,为目前世上电阻率最小的材料。目前,也有报道称石墨烯无论是直接在铜或镍上制备,或转移到其他金属上,都可提供防腐蚀保护。铜涂层培育单层石墨烯,采用化学气相沉积法,腐蚀会比裸铜慢七倍,镍涂层培育多层石墨烯,腐蚀比裸镍慢20倍以上。单层石墨烯具有相同的防腐蚀保护作用,就像常规有机涂料,但后者要厚五倍以上。
本发明的有益效果是如下:
一、本发明采用脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚的季铵盐衍生物抗静电,不仅能够满足抗静电的要求,而且与光固化体系具有良好的相容性,稀释低聚物、调节体系粘度、参与光固化过程,最终影响体系光固化速度;
二、本发明采用石墨烯防腐,与光固化体系具有良好的共同作用,且效果稳定,作用时效长;
三、本发明无色透明,能快速固化干燥,环保无毒,抗静电性能优异且持久稳定,涂料表面电阻能达到106-109Ω/cm2;表干好、不发粘、返粘,抗划伤耐磨;可用于电子金属板件、金属器具、金属管道等的涂装。

下面结合实施例进一步阐述本发明:
实施例1
一种金属用紫外光固化防腐抗静电涂料,由以下原料按质量份组成:芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯:25份,丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯10份,1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮1份,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚的季铵盐衍生物20份,有机硅流平剂0.2份,防沉剂0.2份,哑光粉3份,石墨烯20份。
实施例2
一种金属用紫外光固化防腐抗静电涂料,由以下原料按质量份组成:芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯:35份,丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯20份,2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮6份,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚的季铵盐衍生物25份,丙烯酸酯流平剂0.5份,防沉剂0.5份,哑光粉6份,石墨烯25份。
实施例3
一种金属用紫外光固化防腐抗静电涂料,由以下原料按质量份组成:芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯:30份,丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯15份,二苯基-(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧磷4份,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚的季铵盐衍生物22份,有机硅流平剂0.4份,防沉剂0.4份,哑光粉5份,石墨烯24份。

1.一种金属用紫外光固化防腐抗静电涂料,其特征在于由以下原料按质量份组成:芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯:25-35份,丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯10-20份,光引发剂1-6份,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚的季铵盐衍生物20-25份,流平剂0.2-0.5份,防沉剂0.2-0.5份,哑光粉3-6份,石墨烯20-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属用紫外光固化防腐抗静电涂料,其特征在于:所述流平剂为有机硅流平剂或丙烯酸酯流平剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属用紫外光固化防腐抗静电涂料,其特征在于:所述光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、二苯基-(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧磷、二苯甲酮中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属用紫外光固化防腐抗静电涂料,其特征在于:所述脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚的季铵盐衍生物是由水性聚氨酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚与季铵盐在有机溶剂中制成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种金属用紫外光固化防腐抗静电涂料,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为甲苯、环己烷、二甲苯中的一种或几种。
