本发明属于涂料领域,特别涉及一种PCB塑料板用紫外光固化抗菌防静电涂料,由以下原料按质量份组成:松香基超支化聚酯丙烯酸酯树脂30-45份,1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯10-20份,丙烯酸树脂5-10份,光引发剂2-4份,受阻胺光稳定剂1-2份,流平剂0.2-0.5份,防沉剂0.2-0.5份,石墨烯10-15份,纳米银抗菌剂5-10份。本发明采用松香基超支化聚酯丙烯酸酯树脂与石墨烯,不仅能够满足抗菌防静电的要求,且涂料保有较长作用时效,而且与紫外光固化树脂具有良好的相容性。

Description

一种PCB塑料板用紫外光固化抗菌防静电涂料
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,特别涉及一种PCB塑料板用紫外光固化抗菌防静电涂料。
背景技术
随着全球环境保护意识的增强,涂料工业也开始沿着可持续性方向发展。因此,我们可以看到越来越多的无溶剂涂料或使用少量挥发性有机化合物的涂料体系出现。UV固化涂料作为一种环保涂料,正日益普及并且在近几年经历了高速的增长。
随着发展中国家正在采用措施保护各国的环境,UV涂料因具有环保、方便和经济等优点,在现代社会得到了广泛使用,尤其是在3C产品方面更是一统天下,有着无可比拟的优势,相信这类涂料后续还会持续地增长。
具体而言,PCB塑料板用UV固化涂料同传统挥发干燥型塑胶涂料相比具有如下好处:
一、快速固化、生产效率高;
二、优异的固化膜性能(耐磨性、耐化学药品等);
三、低温固化,适于热敏性基材(如塑料);
四、溶剂含量低或不含溶剂,对环境危害小;
五、节省场地,能量消耗低。
然而,UV涂料采用紫外线固化,配方里含有大量的低分子光敏剂,即使固化完全,也还有大量光敏剂碎片残留,导致UV涂层耐候性差,在日光曝晒下易发黄,同时残留的光敏剂会迁移至产品表面,对人体有一定毒性。另外,高光的UV涂料表面普遍存在不耐划伤的问题。
PCB塑料板往往用于各种电子产品的电子线路板基材,对PCB塑料板表面的涂层性能要求很高,尤其是抗静电能力。另外电子版如果在一些特殊环境下,那么对于PCB塑料板表面涂层的抗菌性也具备一定的要求,以防止腐蚀现象的加快发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种PCB塑料板用紫外光固化抗菌防静电涂料,本发明采用松香基超支化聚酯丙烯酸酯树脂与石墨烯,不仅能够满足抗菌防静电的要求,且涂料保有较长作用时效,而且与紫外光固化树脂具有良好的相容性。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种PCB塑料板用紫外光固化抗菌防静电涂料,由以下原料按质量份组成:松香基超支化聚酯丙烯酸酯树脂30-45份,1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯10-20份,丙烯酸树脂5-10份,光引发剂2-4份,受阻胺光稳定剂1-2份,流平剂0.2-0.5份,防沉剂0.2-0.5份,石墨烯10-15份,纳米银抗菌剂5-10份。
作为优选,所述流平剂为有机硅流平剂或丙烯酸酯流平剂。
作为优选,所述光引发剂为苯甲酰甲酸酯类和酰基膦氧化物。
进一步地,所述纳米银抗菌剂的粒径在18~20纳米。
石墨烯是一种由碳原子构成的单层片状结构的新材料。是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化轨道组成六角型呈蜂巢晶格的平面薄膜,只有一个碳原子厚度的二维材料。石墨烯目前是世上最薄却也是最坚硬的纳米材料,它几乎是完全透明的,只吸收2.3%的光;导热系数高达5300W/m·K,高于碳纳米管和金刚石,常温下其电子迁移率超过15000cm2/V·s,又比纳米碳管或硅晶体高,而电阻率只约10-6Ω·cm,比铜或银更低,为目前世上电阻率最小的材料。目前,也有报道称石墨烯无论是直接在铜或镍上制备,或转移到其他金属上,都可提供防腐蚀保护。铜涂层培育单层石墨烯,采用化学气相沉积法,腐蚀会比裸铜慢七倍,镍涂层培育多层石墨烯,腐蚀比裸镍慢20倍以上。单层石墨烯具有相同的防腐蚀保护作用,就像常规有机涂料,但后者要厚五倍以上。
本发明的有益效果是如下:
一、本发明采用松香基超支化聚酯丙烯酸酯树脂与石墨烯,不仅能够满足抗菌防静电的要求,而且与光固化体系具有良好的相容性;
二、本发明采用松香基超支化聚酯丙烯酸酯树脂,为环境友好型材料,并为可再生资源,具有较高的强度,与光固化体系具有良好的共同作用,且效果稳定,作用时效长;
三、本发明采用石墨烯防腐,与光固化体系具有良好的共同作用,且效果稳定,作用时效长;
四、本发明无色透明,能快速固化干燥,环保无毒,抗静电性能优异且持久稳定,涂料表面电阻能达到121-145Ω/cm2;表干好、不发粘、返粘,抗划伤耐磨;可用于PC塑料板、PCB板材等的涂装。

下面结合实施例进一步阐述本发明:
实施例1
一种PCB塑料板用紫外光固化抗菌防静电涂料,由以下原料按质量份组成:松香基超支化聚酯丙烯酸酯树脂30份,1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯10份,丙烯酸树脂5份,光引发剂2份,受阻胺光稳定剂1份,有机硅流平剂0.2份,防沉剂0.2份,石墨烯10份,纳米银抗菌剂5份。
实施例2
一种PCB塑料板用紫外光固化抗菌防静电涂料,由以下原料按质量份组成:松香基超支化聚酯丙烯酸酯树脂45份,1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯20份,丙烯酸树脂10份,光引发剂4份,受阻胺光稳定剂2份,丙烯酸酯流平剂0.5份,防沉剂0.5份,石墨烯15份,纳米银抗菌剂10份。
实施例3
一种PCB塑料板用紫外光固化抗菌防静电涂料,由以下原料按质量份组成:松香基超支化聚酯丙烯酸酯树脂35份,1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯15份,丙烯酸树脂7份,光引发剂3份,受阻胺光稳定剂1.5份,有机硅流平剂0.3份,防沉剂0.4份,石墨烯12份,纳米银抗菌剂8份。

1.一种PCB塑料板用紫外光固化抗菌防静电涂料,其特征在于由以下原料按质量份组成:松香基超支化聚酯丙烯酸酯树脂30-45份,1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯10-20份,丙烯酸树脂5-10份,光引发剂2-4份,受阻胺光稳定剂1-2份,流平剂0.2-0.5份,防沉剂0.2-0.5份,石墨烯10-15份,纳米银抗菌剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB塑料板用紫外光固化抗菌防静电涂料,其特征在于:所述流平剂为有机硅流平剂或丙烯酸酯流平剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB塑料板用紫外光固化抗菌防静电涂料,其特征在于:所述光引发剂为苯甲酰甲酸酯类和酰基膦氧化物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PCB塑料板用紫外光固化抗菌防静电涂料,其特征在于:所述纳米银抗菌剂的粒径在18~20纳米。
