本发明公开了一种金属内胆马桶，包括马桶上壳、马桶底壳、马桶金属内胆、虹吸管道、密封胶圈；马桶上壳作为马桶上表面与马桶底壳作为马桶主体组成马桶外观表面；马桶金属内胆固定连接马桶上壳和马桶下壳，连接处用密封胶圈密封；虹吸管道连接马桶金属内胆并穿过马桶底壳联通卫生间的排污管。本发明的金属内胆马桶，以金属内胆代替陶瓷，以马桶上壳包覆、固定，从根本上放弃了使用陶瓷材质，实现了可重复利用，且生产率高、无污染、合格率高。

金属内胆马桶
技术领域
本发明涉及金属内胆马桶，属于卫生洁具领域。
背景技术
目前，马桶普遍采用陶瓷材质。对用户来说，陶瓷材质存在易碎、使用中由于残留应力容易破裂等导致伤人风险，且陶瓷马桶报废后不易处理。陶瓷原料在烧制过程中能耗高、废品率高，废渣、废水、废气污染大，员工工作环境恶劣、生产率低，存在严重的环境污染，并且面临陶土资源供应枯竭问题。
针对上述问题，市场上出现了一种采用陶瓷内胆和塑壳的马桶，但此种方式作为一种有益的改进，仅仅是降低了陶瓷材料的使用，不能根本解决以上问题。
发明内容
为解决以上问题，本发明公开了一种金属内胆马桶。具体的说，所述金属内胆马桶包括马桶上壳、马桶底壳、马桶金属内胆、虹吸管道、密封胶圈；马桶上壳作为马桶上表面与马桶底壳作为马桶主体组成马桶外观表面；马桶金属内胆固定连接马桶上壳和马桶下壳，连接处用密封胶圈密封；虹吸管道连接马桶金属内胆并穿过马桶底壳联通卫生间的排污管。
本发明所述金属内胆马桶，以金属内胆代替陶瓷，以马桶上壳包覆、固定，从根本上放弃了陶瓷材质，还可以通过在马桶进水内胆上喷涂不粘、杀菌、多种颜色(等)的特殊涂层，提供特定的性能。相对目前市面上的普通陶瓷马桶，本发明的金属内胆马桶材料可重复利用，且生产率高、无污染、合格率高，再通过采用涂层，可具有杀菌、不粘等性能。

参考附图1，本发明的金属内胆马桶，包括马桶上壳1、马桶底壳2、马桶金属内胆4、虹吸管道5、密封胶圈3，作为马桶上表面的马桶上壳1和作为马桶主体的马桶底壳2(均为塑料材质)组成马桶外观表面；马桶金属内胆4固定连接于马桶上壳1和马桶下壳2，连接处用密封胶圈3密封(金属内胆根据马桶的形状预先加工成型，然后与塑料的上壳、底壳组成在一起做成马桶)。
上壳、底壳、内胆组成的空间，用作主要功能区，起容污、排污和水封隔臭的作用。虹吸管道5连接马桶金属内胆并穿过马桶底壳连接到卫生间的排污管道，作为污物排出管道。
作为上述方案的一种改进，可以在金属内胆表面喷涂特氟龙不粘涂料作为马桶的洗净面。

1.金属内胆马桶，其特征在于：包括马桶上壳、马桶底壳、马桶金属内胆、虹吸管道、密封胶圈；马桶上壳作为马桶上表面与马桶底壳作为马桶主体组成马桶外观表面；马桶金属内胆固定连接马桶上壳和马桶下壳，连接处用密封胶圈密封；虹吸管道连接马桶金属内胆并穿过马桶底壳联通卫生间的排污管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属内胆马桶，其特征在于：马桶金属内胆表层喷涂涂层或进行抛光处理。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的金属内胆马桶，其特征在于：使用特氟龙不粘涂料作为马桶的洗净面，使用铝材或不锈钢作为金属内胆的材料。
