非陶瓷坐便器底座的制作方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种坐便器的制作方法,具体涉及一种非陶瓷坐便器底座的制作方法。
背景技术
现有的卫生洁具马桶都采用陶瓷材料,其制作流程如下:

这种陶瓷马桶有几个不可避免的缺点:
第一、原材料采用不可再生资源-陶土,而陶土资源是非常有限的,会在几十年内采集完,并且成品报废后不可再回收利用,造成二次污染;
第二、陶瓷成型过程复杂,需要先将泥浆吸水成型做成泥坯,一个模具一天只能做一个泥坯;泥坯晾干后再用高温对泥坯进行烧制,一个产品的生产周期需要7到10天,不利于批量生产,而且模具寿命短,通常做100多个产品,模具就报废了;
第三、尺寸不能精准控制,因为陶瓷烧制过程中收缩大,产品容易变形,尺寸偏差较大,公差往往超过10mm;
第四、成品合格率低,产线一般合格率在80%左右。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种非陶瓷坐便器底座的制作方法,它可以避免采用陶瓷材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明非陶瓷坐便器底座的制作方法的技术解决方案为:
所述底座包括外壳和冲洗内胆,冲洗内胆固定设置于外壳的内腔;所述制作方法包括以下步骤:
第一步,分别制作外壳和冲洗内胆;
制作外壳:
采用SMC复合材料作为外壳原材料,通过模具一次成型,形成外壳;
制作冲洗内胆:
将金属板冲压成型,然后在金属板的表面喷釉,最后进行高温烧制,形成搪瓷材料的冲洗内胆;
第二步,组装底座;
将冲洗内胆与外壳进行组装,形成坐便器的底座。
本发明可以达到的技术效果是:
本发明所采用的生产材料易得,并且可实现回收利用;
本发明的生产周期短,利于大规模生产;
本发明所制作的坐便器底座的冲洗表面硬度略高于陶瓷,耐挂擦性能优良;
本发明所制作的坐便器底座的冲洗效果较好;
本发明所制作的坐便器底座的尺寸精度高,产品尺寸公差可控制在2mm以内。
本发明能够将成品合格率提高至98%以上。

具体实施方式
本发明非陶瓷坐便器底座的制作方法,能够制作如图1所示的坐便器的底座,所述底座包括外壳和冲洗内胆,冲洗内胆固定设置于外壳的内腔;所述制作方法包括以下步骤:
第一步,分别制作外壳和冲洗内胆;
制作外壳:
采用SMC复合材料作为外壳原材料,通过模具一次成型,形成外壳;
制作冲洗内胆:
将金属板冲压成型,然后在金属板的表面喷釉,最后进行高温烧制,形成搪瓷材料的冲洗内胆;
第二步,组装底座;
将冲洗内胆与外壳进行组装,形成坐便器的底座。
本发明采用SMC复合材料作为外壳原材料,SMC复合材料密度高,质感非常接近陶瓷质感;所制作的外壳表面硬朗。
本发明制作外壳采用一次成型工艺,能够实现快速生产,一个模具一天可产近300个产品,并且模具寿命长,一个模具寿命周期内可生产几十万件产品。
本发明所制作的冲洗内胆的表面硬度、光洁度及去污性能等同或略超陶瓷产品,产品强度好,不像陶瓷那样易碎,更方便运输,且成型周期短,易形成批量生产,同样模具寿命在几十万件,一个模具一天产能近500 件产品。
本发明的制作工艺简易,更适合工业批量生产;
本发明的生产周期短,一套产品整个流程只用10分钟,而陶瓷生产流程需要近10天;
本发明所制作的底座精度远高于陶瓷工艺;
相比陶瓷马桶底座的成品合格率只有80%左右,本发明所制作的底座可达98%以上。

  1. 一种非陶瓷坐便器底座的制作方法,能够制作坐便器的底座,其特征在于,所述底座包括外壳和冲洗内胆,冲洗内胆固定设置于外壳的内腔;所述制作方法包括以下步骤:
    第一步,分别制作外壳和冲洗内胆;
    制作外壳:
    采用SMC复合材料作为外壳原材料,通过模具一次成型,形成外壳;
    制作冲洗内胆:
    将金属板冲压成型,然后在金属板的表面喷釉,最后进行高温烧制,形成搪瓷材料的冲洗内胆;
    第二步,组装底座;
    将冲洗内胆与外壳进行组装,形成坐便器的底座。
