Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐沾污排水盲管,包括排水盲管本体,在所述排水盲管本体的内壁上依次涂有PE胶底部涂层和耐沾污涂层,所述排水盲管本体上布有多个渗水孔。另外,还公开了排污盲管的制备方法,包括步骤:准备排水盲管本体材料,在材料内壁使用PE胶均匀涂刷一遍,待24h实干,再使用耐沾污涂层,均匀涂刷一遍,待24h实干;在管壁上均匀开出若干个渗水孔。本发明优点在于:排水盲管的内壁涂刷了PE胶底部涂层和耐沾污涂层,使得排水盲管具有良好的耐沾污性能,延长了排水盲管的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及给排水技术领域,具体涉及一种耐沾污排水盲管。
背景技术
排水盲管又称排水盲沟,主要以合成纤维、塑料以及合成橡胶等为原料,经不同的工艺方法制成各种类型、多功能的土工产品。其材质憎水、阻力小,具有极高的表面渗水能力和内部通水能力;并具有极好的抗压能力及适应形变的能力;具有极佳的化学惰性,在岩土工程使用中能保持长久的寿命;重量轻,易裁剪,施工安装方便。主要作用是集排土中渗水,用以减小地下水压力,排除多余水分,保护土体和建筑物不会因产生渗透变形而破坏,广泛应用于土木、交通、水利、工民建矿工、环境保护等建设项目的地下集排水工程。
传统排水盲管使用时间长了,会在内壁残留污渍,加上排水盲管一旦安装,后期在清理维修会特别麻烦,导致这些污渍日积月累,极大的影响排水盲管的渗透效果以及通水能力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种耐沾污排水盲管,排水盲管解决了传统排水盲管耐沾污性能差的缺陷。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种耐沾污排水盲管,包括排水盲管本体,在所述排水盲管本体的内壁上依次涂有PE胶底部涂层和耐沾污涂层,所述排水盲管本体上布有多个渗水孔。
进一步改进在于,所述排水盲管本体为PE双壁波纹管或PVC实壁管。
进一步改进在于,所述耐沾污涂层的制作原料包括聚四氟乙烯乳液10-15份、钛白粉4-8份、甲基硅酸钠1-5份、乙二醇单丁醚5-10 份、消泡剂1-3份、滑石粉4-8份、碳酸钙6-10份、氧化锌12-15 份、纳米碳粉7-10份和液体石蜡2-5份。
进一步改进在于,所述耐沾污涂层为具有亚微米、纳米的双微观结构膜层。
进一步改进在于,所述渗水孔的孔壁上设有防腐蚀涂层。
进一步改进在于,所述渗水孔上覆盖有两层过滤网,所述过滤网分别设在渗水孔的里外孔口处。
一种耐沾污排水盲管的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
a、准备排水盲管本体材料,在材料内壁使用PE胶均匀涂刷一遍,待24h实干,再使用耐沾污涂层,均匀涂刷一遍,待24h实干;
b、在管壁上均匀开出若干个渗水孔。
进一步改进在于,步骤a中所述排水盲管本体为PE双壁波纹管或PVC实壁管。
进一步改进在于,步骤a中所述耐沾污涂层的制作原料包括聚四氟乙烯乳液10-15份、钛白粉4-8份、甲基硅酸钠1-5份、乙二醇单丁醚5-10份、消泡剂1-3份、滑石粉4-8份、碳酸钙6-10份、氧化锌12-15份、纳米碳粉7-10份和液体石蜡2-5份。

本发明的有益效果是:排水盲管的内壁涂刷了PE胶底部涂层和耐沾污涂层,使得排水盲管具有良好的耐沾污性能,延长了排水盲管的使用寿命;另外,渗水孔可使地下水顺畅的渗透到管内,且可有效防止土壤或其他杂质从渗水孔进入排水盲管内。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,一种耐沾污排水盲管,包括排水盲管本体1,在排水盲管本体1的内壁上依次涂有PE胶底部涂层2和耐沾污涂层3,排水盲管本体1上布有多个渗水孔4。排水盲管本体1为PE双壁波纹管或PVC实壁管。
其中,耐沾污涂层3的制作原料优选的为:聚四氟乙烯乳液12 份、钛白粉6份、甲基硅酸钠3份、乙二醇单丁醚8份、消泡剂2份、滑石粉6份、碳酸钙8份、氧化锌13份、纳米碳粉9份和液体石蜡 4份。将这些材料搅拌混合均匀后,静置1h,并将混料处理为具有亚微米、纳米的双微观结构膜层,这是现有处理技术,这里不详细介绍,然后将其涂覆在内壁的PE胶底部涂层2表面。
渗水孔4的孔壁上设有防腐蚀涂层5,渗水孔4上覆盖有两层过滤网6,过滤网6分别设在渗水孔的里外孔口处。
一种耐沾污排水盲管的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
a、准备排水盲管本体材料,在材料内壁使用PE胶均匀涂刷一遍,待24h实干,再使用耐沾污涂层,均匀涂刷一遍,待24h实干;
b、在管壁上均匀开出若干个渗水孔。
其中,步骤a中排水盲管本体为PE双壁波纹管或PVC实壁管。
其中,步骤a中耐沾污涂层的制作原料包括聚四氟乙烯乳液12 份、钛白粉6份、甲基硅酸钠3份、乙二醇单丁醚8份、消泡剂2份、滑石粉6份、碳酸钙8份、氧化锌13份、纳米碳粉9份和液体石蜡 4份。
步骤b中对渗水孔进行孔壁涂刷防腐蚀层,并在渗水孔的孔口处加设过滤网。
经检测,涂刷耐沾污涂层的排水盲管内壁水的静态接触角可达 130°。
经耐沾污性能试验,采用反射率为指标时,与普通排水管比较,反射率下降率仅为10%,普通排水管反射下降为20%左右。使用污染源对管内壁沾污增重为指标时,10cm耐沾污管材循环试验5次后增重仅为普通排水管增重的1/10左右,具有良好的耐沾污性。

1.一种耐沾污排水盲管,其特征在于:包括排水盲管本体(1),在所述排水盲管本体(1)的内壁上依次涂有PE胶底部涂层(2)和耐沾污涂层(3),所述排水盲管本体(1)上布有多个渗水孔(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐沾污排水盲管,其特征在于:所述排水盲管本体(1)为PE双壁波纹管或PVC实壁管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐沾污排水盲管,其特征在于:所述耐沾污涂层(3)的制作原料包括聚四氟乙烯乳液10-15份、钛白粉4-8份、甲基硅酸钠1-5份、乙二醇单丁醚5-10份、消泡剂1-3份、滑石粉4-8份、碳酸钙6-10份、氧化锌12-15份、纳米碳粉7-10份和液体石蜡2-5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐沾污排水盲管,其特征在于:所述耐沾污涂层(3)为具有亚微米、纳米的双微观结构膜层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐沾污排水盲管,其特征在于:所述渗水孔(4)的孔壁上设有防腐蚀涂层(5)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐沾污排水盲管,其特征在于:所述渗水孔(4)上覆盖有两层过滤网(6),所述过滤网(6)分别设在渗水孔的里外孔口处。
7.一种耐沾污排水盲管的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、准备排水盲管本体材料,在材料内壁使用PE胶均匀涂刷一遍,待24h实干,再使用耐沾污涂层,均匀涂刷一遍,待24h实干;
b、在管壁上均匀开出若干个渗水孔。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种耐沾污排水盲管的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤a中所述排水盲管本体为PE双壁波纹管或PVC实壁管。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种耐沾污排水盲管的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤a中所述耐沾污涂层的制作原料包括聚四氟乙烯乳液10-15份、钛白粉4-8份、甲基硅酸钠1-5份、乙二醇单丁醚5-10份、消泡剂1-3份、滑石粉4-8份、碳酸钙6-10份、氧化锌12-15份、纳米碳粉7-10份和液体石蜡2-5份。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种耐沾污排水盲管的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤b中对渗水孔进行孔壁涂刷防腐蚀层,并在渗水孔的孔口处加设过滤网。
