本发明公开一种PVC绝缘电线电缆,按重量份计,包括以下组分:PVC树脂100份、聚酰胺树脂10-20份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯12-18份、硬脂酸钠0.1-0.3份、二盐基亚磷酸铅2-6份、木糖醇0.1-0.5份、碳酸钙3-12份、石蜡0.2-0.6份、抗氧剂0.4-0.8份。本发明PVC绝缘电线电缆以PVC树脂为主料,加入少量聚酰胺树脂,聚酰胺树脂具有良好的力学性能、耐热性、耐磨损性、耐化学药品性和自润滑性,且摩擦系数低,有一定的阻燃性,本发明制备得到电线电缆兼具PVC树脂与聚酰胺树脂的优异性能,绝缘性能良好,用途广泛。

技术领域
本发明属于电缆技术领域,具体是一种PVC绝缘电线电缆。
背景技术
电线电缆是指用于电力、通信及相关传输用途的材料。通常将芯数少、产品直径小、结构简单的产品称为电线,没有绝缘的称为裸电线,其他的称为电缆。
在我国,PVC电缆料在作为高低压农用埋地电线及工业用电力电缆的主绝缘层,成功地运行了十几年,由于PVC电缆绝缘料绝缘电阻偏低,泄漏电流太大,使得不少地方出现地埋线运行故障。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种PVC绝缘电线电缆。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种PVC绝缘电线电缆,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下组分:PVC树脂100份、聚酰胺树脂10-20份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯12-18份、硬脂酸钠0.1-0.3份、二盐基亚磷酸铅2-6份、木糖醇0.1-0.5份、碳酸钙3-12份、石蜡0.2-0.6份、抗氧剂0.4-0.8份。
进一步优选,本发明按重量份计,包括以下组分:PVC树脂100份、聚酰胺树脂15份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯15份、硬脂酸钠0.2份、二盐基亚磷酸铅4份、木糖醇0.3份、碳酸钙7份、石蜡0.4份、抗氧剂0.6份。
本发明所述抗氧剂为双酚A。
本发明所述碳酸钙细度为2000-3000目。
本发明的有益效果:本发明PVC绝缘电线电缆以PVC树脂为主料,加入少量聚酰胺树脂,聚酰胺树脂具有良好的力学性能、耐热性、耐磨损性、耐化学药品性和自润滑性,且摩擦系数低,有一定的阻燃性,本发明制备得到电线电缆兼具PVC树脂与聚酰胺树脂的优异性能,绝缘性能良好,用途广泛。
具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种PVC绝缘电线电缆,按重量份计,包括以下组分:PVC树脂100份、聚酰胺树脂15份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯15份、硬脂酸钠0.2份、二盐基亚磷酸铅4份、木糖醇0.3份、碳酸钙7份、石蜡0.4份、抗氧剂0.6份。
制备方法:将PVC树脂、聚酰胺树脂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和硬脂酸钠混合,搅拌3-5min,再依次加入盐基亚磷酸铅、木糖醇、碳酸钙、石蜡、抗氧剂,搅拌10min,即得到本发明PVC绝缘电线电缆。
实施例2
一种PVC绝缘电线电缆,按重量份计,包括以下组分:PVC树脂100份、聚酰胺树脂10份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯12份、硬脂酸钠0.1份、二盐基亚磷酸铅2份、木糖醇0.1份、碳酸钙5份、石蜡0.2份、抗氧剂0.4份。
制备方法如实施例1。
实施例3
一种PVC绝缘电线电缆,按重量份计,包括以下组分:PVC树脂100份、聚酰胺树脂20份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯18份、硬脂酸钠0.3份、二盐基亚磷酸铅6份、木糖醇0.5份、碳酸钙10份、石蜡0.6份、抗氧剂0.8份。
制备方法如实施例1。

2. 根据权利要求1所述一种PVC绝缘电线电缆,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下组分:PVC树脂100份、聚酰胺树脂15份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯15份、硬脂酸钠0.2份、二盐基亚磷酸铅4份、木糖醇0.3份、碳酸钙7份、石蜡0.4份、抗氧剂0.6份。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述一种PVC绝缘电线电缆,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为双酚A。
4. 根据权利要求1或2所述一种PVC绝缘电线电缆,其特征在于,所述碳酸钙细度为2000-3000目。
