本发明公开了一种车门扶手结构，包括安装在车门容槽内的车门扶手，所述车门扶手包括连接端铰接在一起的支板和扶手板，所述扶手板的连接端与所述容槽顶部两个侧壁铰接，在所述容槽槽底中部设有卡槽，在所述支板的底端设有卡条与所述卡槽配合的卡条，在所述支板安装有卡条的一端安装有回复弹簧的一端，所述回复弹簧的另一端固定在所述车门容槽的底部边缘上。本发明通一种车门扶手结构，不使用时能够放下，不会向车内支出，节省了车内空间，而且使用时顶面水平，能够放置其他用品，避免卡条从卡槽中掉出造成的不便。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件制造技术领域，尤其是一种车门扶手结构。
背景技术
传统的车门把手向车内支出，会占用一定车内的空间，而且功能单一一般只能放置手臂，放置其他东西容易滑落。
发明内容
本发明通一种车门扶手结构，不使用时能够放下，不会向车内支出，节省了车内空间，而且使用时顶面水平，能够放置其他用品，避免卡条从卡槽中掉出造成的不便。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明提供以下技术方案：
一种车门扶手结构，包括安装在车门容槽内的车门扶手，所述车门扶手包括连接端铰接在一起的支板和扶手板，所述扶手板的连接端与所述容槽顶部两个侧壁铰接，在所述容槽槽底中部设有卡槽，在所述支板的底端设有卡条与所述卡槽配合的卡条，
在所述支板安装有卡条的一端安装有回复弹簧的一端，所述回复弹簧的另一端固定在所述车门容槽的底部边缘上。
进一步地，所述卡槽的位置保证所述卡条与其配合后所述扶手板水平。
进一步地，所述卡槽横截面面积大于所述卡条横截面面积。
进一步地，在所述车门扶手外部包裹有弹性层，
所述容槽的深度大于等于所述扶手厚度与所述弹性层厚度之和。
进一步地，所述弹性层长度大于所述车门扶手的长度。
本发明通一种车门扶手结构，不使用时能够放下，不会向车内支出，节省了车内空间，而且使用时顶面水平，能够放置其他用品，避免卡条从卡槽中掉出造成的不便。

具体实施方式

如图1和图2所示的一种车门扶手结构，包括安装在车门3容槽31内的车门3扶手，车门扶手包括连接端铰接在一起的支板1和扶手板2，扶手板2的连接端与容槽31顶部两个侧壁铰接，在容槽31槽底中部设有卡槽311，在支板1的底端设有卡条11与卡槽311配合的卡条11，
在所述支板安装有卡条的一端安装有回复弹簧4的一端，所述回复弹簧的另一端固定在所述车门容槽的底部边缘上。
卡槽311的位置保证卡条11与其配合后扶手板2水平。
卡槽311横截面面积大于卡条11横截面面积，以保证套上弹性层后卡条11仍然能顺利出入卡槽311。
在车门扶手外部包裹有弹性层，以防止碰伤使用者，
容槽31的深度大于等于扶手厚度与弹性层厚度之和。
弹性层长度大于车门扶手的长度，以保证车门扶手在弯折时弹性层有足够的长度与之配合。
使用时，将扶手板2弯折，卡条11放入卡槽311内，此时支板在回复弹簧的作用下不会因车体晃动而产生晃动，避免卡条从卡槽中掉出造成的不便。
本发明通一种车门扶手结构，不使用时能够放下，不会向车内支出，节省了车内空间，而且使用时顶面水平，能够放置其他用品。

1.一种车门扶手结构，其特征在于，包括安装在车门容槽内的车门扶手，所述车门扶手包括连接端铰接在一起的支板和扶手板，所述扶手板的连接端与所述容槽顶部两个侧壁铰接，在所述容槽槽底中部设有卡槽，在所述支板的底端设有卡条与所述卡槽配合的卡条，
在所述支板安装有卡条的一端安装有回复弹簧的一端，所述回复弹簧的另一端固定在所述车门容槽的底部边缘上。
2.如权利要求1所述一种车门扶手结构，其特征在于，所述卡槽的位置保证所述卡条与其配合后所述扶手板水平。
3.如权利要求1或2所述一种车门扶手结构，其特征在于，所述卡槽横截面面积大于所述卡条横截面面积。
4.如权利要求1所述一种车门扶手结构，其特征在于，在所述车门扶手外部包裹有弹性层，
所述容槽的深度大于等于所述扶手厚度与所述弹性层厚度之和。
5.如权利要求4所述一种车门扶手结构，其特征在于，所述弹性层长度大于所述车门扶手的长度。
